Anybody know of a good reading of the Bible on mp3? Would like to have something in the car for my drive to/from work which is 70 min each way.

Biblegateway has one.
I haven't tried it, but I think there is a "preview" for it.

As mentioned biblegateway is good. There are a couple others also. They have them in just about any translation you want.

There is an app called "dailybible" which has sermons you can listen to. I like it as they send you a daily verse and has Bible studies. They are done by more than one person also so you can pick who you like. It is free which is a bonus.

That is kind of a problem as I have not settled on a translation yet. Hmm.

I listen to the Word of Promise Audio bible. It is NKJV.

This is an excellent audio Bible. It features the voice acting and narration by many and varied well-known and lesser-known Christians. The total duration is 89 hours.

FREE DOWNLOAD of a good reading of the Bible on mp3
and that browser of yours will do the rest
for you to choose whats the best there is

I think I am going to give this one a try. Based on the Amazon reviews I think it might be best to buy the cd version rather than the Audible Audio from Amazon version. Several people mentioned that The Audible version is broken into "parts" rather than by Book, Chapter, Verse so searching is more difficult.
