As Jesus told the man who asked what he should do to gain admittance into the Kingdom, so I repeat.
Believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
It has been posted by me in the past, and I believe by many others that ip service believing is cheap, but to trully believe anyone is to obey what they teach, not simply to repeat what they say. I think you already knew this.

My response is the Gospel is the "good news" of the death, burial and resurrection of Christ (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) and is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that BELIEVES.. (Romans 1:16). To believe the Gospel is to trust, in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ as the ALL-sufficient means of our salvation. We must not only believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, but also trust in Him alone for salvation.
Yes, Gospel means Good News. Actually, in some modern translations of the Word, the Good News is used in place of the word, Gospel.
Now you asked me what Gospel means, and I answered to the best of my understanding that it means Beliving Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
If you believe this, you will hear Him and Do His Word, for His Word is the Good News which actually begins in the beginning.

Faith, Hope and Love are gifts, and all should pray they be increased...I do, and I will continue to. The first time I experiencedd God's love was the first time I knew Love..........so it is with all who have received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and God, amen.
PS, talking down to your elders in public without talking to them is frowned upon by the teachings of Paul. This is a rare moment for me,, pulling the "elder" card, but it seems necessary.

You are doing it again, I did not say I wanted to follow paul only. So why do you continue to insinuate that I do.
You made a statement, that if people assume you are claiming they only obey paul only, we are mistaken.
So I posted a quote where you basically said the very thing you claimed not to say.
So then you respond again by calling me sick, and saying I again want to follow paul only. Which you SAID YOU NEVER SAID TO ANYTONE?
And who said I was hung up on you? You made a statement, I called your statement in question by asking how else we should interpret what you said, Instead of responding and saying you did not mean it, or you made a mistake, this is what you meant, You attacked me again.

It is too bad you cannot just drop it, but rather you keep coming back, and at this point, though I know I want you in heaven with all, I do not feel the need to support your kind of sharing, it is abusive and I jsut do not like it.

A quick reminder............
When I post here, it is in the spirit of sharing the Word as taught by Jesus Christ. I may not always convey what I understand perfectly, but then the great Teacher is Jesus Christ not I. Even if my rendition may not be perfect the Hoy Spirit will fill in and correct where it is so for the believing reader or hearer.......I believe this.
When posting each day, I ask God to guide my words, and to actually be in them vrom Jesus. I believe He is for any who already believe and are guided by the Holy Spirit.
If at times what I pass on seems offensive, keep in mind my Teacher was taken also as being offensive to the hypocrites.
So with this wordy introduction, I wish to convey from Jesus Christ once more, "Faith without works is no faith at all."
Either you understand this teaching vial Paul from our Lord or you are in darkness related to gratitude.
God bless all in Jesus Christ and who hear Him! God bless all who are not yet there, in Jesus christ's fame, amen.

Paul never contradicted Jesus.....remember the conversion of Saul? He was on the road to Damascus when JESUS Himself appeared to Saul, and called him by name, "Why doest thou persecute me?" Paul didn't contradict Jesus, he PREACHED Jesus! That was his mission after he had been changed. Nobody can follow Paul, but Pauls teachings line directly up with Christ's teachings. That's the point.

You just hurt yourself man, You made a statement, I asked you to back your statement up and showe4d where you said otherwise.
And as usual you refuse to live up to it.
As a respected teacher in church to me when I was a youth used to say, if your going to say something, stand up with it, If you made a mistake, be humble enough to admit it, if not,. You will lose any power to be considered a trustworthy person. People do not trust or listen to people who do not live up to their mistakes.
What saddens me, is no one else will show JJ where he made the mistake today,
It reminds me of the universal new age world we live in, It is a sin to call people out..
