Man, I was deceived by fluffy clouds, just goes to show you how bad things are getting, and how ill equipped I am in that I couldnt discern some fake clouds
My daughter and I used to lay on her trampoline and we'd look for different things in the real ones (lol!) years back, so we would do back yard cloud watching.
Havent done that in quite awhile. I hate bugs
Nite nite Ugly, God bless you
The 'tornado' post, post number 7, is the most obvious. It became a somewhat popular thing to combine tornado photos with other pictures. If you notice, the 'tornado' is pretty short, compared to the trees. It's not a lot taller than the trees. The 'tornado' has a lot of definition and detail, whereas if you notice most pictures of tornadoes appear nearly smooth, due to the high speed of the winds.
The distance from the tornado to the edge of the clouds is too close. The clouds nearest the tornado are too well defined and show no movement. The clouds appear to be too thin to be the clouds that would spawn a tornado. The clouds near the light appear white/purple, while the tornado and it's cloud all appear brown, but then the top layer of clouds goes back to white.
The lightening is not causing the clouds to glow, are only near the top of the tornado, and so many different arcs appearing in such close proximity all at once. And the random luck of catching that happening with a camera.
The top of the picture shows a beautiful starry sky, including the Milky Way, but on the sides where the dark sky is visible there is not a single star and also suggests a sunrise, by the orange-ish coloring mixed in with the dark background. Not a time of day when the sky would be so full of stars.
The detailed, non-moving clouds around the tornado suddenly become smooth and appear almost blurred smooth the Farther from the tornado they get. Likely smudged to push the cloud further out into the picture to hide more blank space.
Whatever the bright glow is behind the tornado, it's bright effect seems to stop completely once the white clouds and the brown clouds touch.
Post #8. Clouds forming a perfect spiral, and centering around the highest point of a building, a metal rod. How likely is that? And look how close the sun and the moon are. Now consider that, this perfect cloud spiral, forming around the metal rod of a large, fanciful building, spiraling out, while the sun and moon are both out, clearly visible and in quite close proximity to each other. Then, being there at the right time, and in the exact right spot, to take that picture.
#10 could be a real photo, but it has been so digitally enhanced that the original serves as nothing more than an outline. I'd be of the opinion that the sunset has been added in and not part of the original picture. Or, if it has, it has also been highly digitally enhanced and color added.
#11 i can't say for certain, but something just doesn't feel right about it. It may just not be as enhanced as the others, so it appears more natural. It could be real, but i'm doubtful it's 100% real.
The rest seem legit.
I'm not a professional, but from the bit i've learned that's my take.
