but even so this person has come on here many times spamming the bible discussion forum, he or she has been banned many times but it's easy to infiltrate cc all you do is make a new email a new account and user name and bam your in. we can have this guy banned but he will just come back, now if ip adress is what we were dealing then he would have to leave his home or wherever he is to make a new account but once he does that ip address is registered and so he if he banned he will once again have to move to a different area
You can buy a rotating IP address. It is expensive, but every time you post, the IP changes. If your goal is to disrupt forums, you might need to do this, so your old IP is not a marker.
I actually knew someone who did this to go back to a health forum she had been banned in. Not here, of course. She was pretty looney tunes, and I helped her get to the bottom of it - she was on Mirapex for Parkinson's she actually did not have, and it triggered bipolar 1 symptoms, including pyschosis. Once she got off the medicine, she canceled her rotating IP and stopped trying to go back to that forum.
So one has to wonder if it is malicious intent (could be!) or they need some help for mental health issues? (Or both?)
