Never have. Don't think I ever will. I guess thats where faith comes in. Believe in something you have never experienced , or seen or heard. just words in a book. I still believe though. Too much to lose if I don't . Ain't it a hard life.

Jesus Christ spoke to Pul. Jesus Christ is God.

When a person believes God has spoken, he obeys, and miracles ensue. These things do occur. I believe I have heard God, and obeyed, and miracles followed.

Do not fault others for their experience, and do not leave yourself short in your faith because He will talk to you too.

The main act we are able to do is to make ourselves truly available to Him, to His will. I do not have an ongoing conversation with God. Frankly, when He has spoken, HE did all the talking, and I did what I was told. It did not seem like much, but it was His way with me.

He has His way for you too, always in Jesus Christ. I pray He speak to you soon, in Jesus Christ'os name, amen.

The more a person draws to God, the closer he draws to them, this can happen in a multitude of ways, but eventually they will hear it.. I remember for me, i didn't see or hear anything until i completely submit myself to God, and dedicated my life to Him. It's not hard, but you have to be willing to go all the way.

I guess I have too much doubt still. Even though I want to. I don't know I need some time to figure it out. I'm on the edge man, really trying not to fall off. Just never feel it man. Seems like its just what I can see , feel or hear. Thats all there is. Wanna believe in something higher, really do. I do believe though in God, just blind faith though, never feel Him. Like all you people talk about , can't relate. I don't know , I'm going to go take a month break from this place. Its frustrating.

When a person hears God speak to them...........they know it is God.......He doesn't hide who He is when He speaks......don't worry, if you receive the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit, and He fills your heart, and you sincerely seek God, He will reveal Himself to you........

Only the one timewhile sleeping, and I was not given anything other than a teaching. It is in the Word also, but when it came in my sleep I understood the implications of it. The words were, "No the children of Israel while they were in the wilderness were disobedient, and by their diobedience salvation was gained by the nations." It was a night when I slept feeling the warmth and love of God all night.

Other times I was given something to do glorifyng Jesus Christ but not an actual voice. These times it came as understanding exactly what I was to do, but very specific minor chores. No voice but understood. I have alre4ady shared this earlier in these posts.......

God does talk to us, but no one has a privatle line with Him. Unless you consider our privilege of prayer, then we all do.

I want you, and all, to know He will do this for any of us, He will. God bless you always. Jesus Christ is Lord, amen.

Oh no! Are you telling me you are just like I am? I feel bonded to you already in Jesus Christ because you have gone to the bother of actually hearing others on the topic of HIs talking to us.

Just by asking you have sparked hope in me, not just for you, for myself and so many others. Many times God will speak with no voice. If this should happen to a person, he will know.

You have so much wonder ahead of you. It is written that God's desire is for no soul to be lost. Know this about yourself as do I constaqntly remind myslef also.

He loves us, and if I qualify that by saying "so much" it would be wrong for how can His perfection be qualified, HIs love for us is perfect, for He is perfect. You, because you seek, are being perfected by the Holy Spirit and dJesus Christ is "after you2 in such a big way. Do you not feel His presence? He is here, and He is here just for you.

God bless you wild one. You will never be let down by our Salvation, Jesus Chrsit.

Thank you for your earnest conversation, it is welcom in this website,.

You don't have to be GOOD ENOUGH...........no one is good enough.........you simply have to sincerely seek Him.

Do you believe in the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit? Do you know that the Holy Spirit is GOD? Read what Jesus Himself said of the Holy Spirit, and what He would do when He came............

If you have not received the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit, read the Book of Acts and learn how to........do a "search" on your Computer concerning this to get a quick reference to the pertinent Scripture(s).

Christianity isn't a part time thing. It is a life commitment........just saying..........God bless

It was 2 words, JUST GO. i had an appointment, and i didn't want to go. So i was complaining to Father. Telling Him that i didn't want to go and if He could get me out of it. That's all He said, with no explanation, JUST GO.
MadebyHim, did you GO?

There are Christians who live their whole life and never hear an actual word from God spoken directly to them, maybe they are doing what God wants them to do so God does not have to speak directly to them? No one should be seeking to hear a direct word from God, that is dangerous because it opens the door for false spirits to speak to you. If God wants to speak to you directly then He will do so, but if not then you are still saved. In our time there have been notable bible teachers who have made statements concerning things that they were convinced that God spoke to them about and the things they said simply did not come true. Those folks were convinced that God spoke to them but the facts proved otherwise. So we have to be very careful in this area.

It is not a prerequisit of God' to be spoken to by Him, but if and when He does speak to any individual, that individual knows it is not false in any manner, especially when it is accompanied by fruit of the Holy Spirit produced giving glory to God in Jesus Christ.

God is good, amazing, generous, and even humble, perfectly humble. He is so humble He actually used the likes of me
for a few wonderful works. By used me, I mean I was available, and He did all of the work. How can flesh, other than Jesus christ, do God's work unless He is doing it through that vessel.

What many do not understand or give credence to is the fact that they are doing good works ever day, every moment in believing Jesus Christ is Lord. I believe some believers think they are required to be like the Twelve, or Jesus, or Paul, when they already are like Him in faith.

When people tell you of their experiences with being utilized as vessels of the Lord, do not think you are "left out. All who have called upon the name of Jesus Christ have received the answer directly from God, and you just may be a far better servant than anyone claiming anything that seems like a big dea. Remember, miracles are everyday events in the lives of those who believe Jesus Christ. God bless all who are in Jesus Crhist and love Him, for this means you love all the members of His Body, and that would include me..............thank you for your love in Jesus Christ. I love you too.

lol well u know me. Sometimes I hear his voice but he has spoken to me in different ways.
I remember when I had to get a MRI I was told that they will put a canula and I was so frightened. So people (incl. myself) prayed for me and on that day I was not afraid at all.. opposite.. I couldnt even be afraid if I tried lol
I was laying there and was praying and I felt the Lords hand on mine and saw Jesus just holding my hand and I closed my eyes and this 45min MRI was gone so fast that it felt like 5 minuts.
Sometimes I dream so that would be one way..
so here you have it. Hearing his voice, actions and dreams..i could go on and on like the song from Celine Dion

Everyone has heard his voice they just don't realize it. Everyone expects to his a booming voice or hear a voice with their ears but this is not the main communication he uses with us he has only done this once with myself.

Have you ever had your heart touched by your child or by a child in general? that is his voice, have you ever just sat there with a loved one relaxing and at peace? even if it's just with your pet? that is his voice. Have you ever felt the cool wind blow on your face and you can't help but notice how good the wind feels on your skin? that is his voice. Have you ever gone down memory lane and enjoyed the fond memories of the past? that is his voice. Have you ever woken up in the morning and you just knew it was going to be a great day? that is his voice.

Have you ever felt sorrow in your heart and felt like your all alone and no one gives a crap about you? Well that is not his voice but the longing for someone to be there for you to care about you and to understand you that is his voice. Have you ever enjoyed a particular smell that brings up nostalgic feelings? that is his voice, have you ever looked at the sky and be in wonder at the colors of the clouds and the sky or the night of stars and moon? that is his voice.

His voice is everywhere we hear it but don't recognize it but there is also the times when he speaks to us in our hearts using a voice with no words and words with no sound sometimes we can tell it's him other times we are to distracted to hear it. Sometimes it's a sense of knowing something other times it's a phrase or series of words place on your heart to speak other times still there are those rare moments where you can just feel him. He even used t.v. shows to teach me in fact in this past year alone I grew so much in him and came to know who I am in him from a t.v. show that has seemingly nothing to do with him

For those who believe in Jesus, but don't believe He does/can/will speak to them, I would encourage you to read John Eldredge's book Walking With God.

While my experience is different from Eldredge's, it is consistent. I talk to God, He talks to me. Not audibly... yet, but clearly enough.

I've told this story before... several times. Many years ago I needed to find someone; it was potentially a life-or-death situation. I drove through town, turning where I felt led to turn, having asked God for direction. I sensed that I was to park at the East end of a city park and start walking. I walked almost the entire length of the park, asking again at each intersection of paths. I crossed a bridge, and felt strongly that I should turn left at the end. I sensed God telling me to turn right. I glanced that way, and resisted. He repeated that I should turn right, despite my inclination to turn left. I turned right, and found the person I sought within seconds. The walk back through the park to my car gave time for me to convince the person to go with me to get appropriate help. Yes, I firmly believe that God speaks to me. Sometimes I even listen. ;)
