We are at the end time,and close to the gathering of the saints unto Christ,and God defeating the world at the battle of Armageddon,and putting an end to this sin business on earth.

Dan 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
Dan 12:8 And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things?
Dan 12:9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.

Daniel did not understand what was told him,but was told to go his way,for he cannot understand it,for the book is sealed until the time of the end,which at the end time they will be able to understand the book of Daniel,and what is going on in the world,for they are slowly cutting God out of the picture,and at the beast kingdom of Revelation they acknowledge no personal God.

As long as the world acknowledges a higher power,even if it is not the God of Israel there is hope for the world,and things will continue on earth with governments,and nations,but the beast kingdom took that hope away,so God will end this sin business on earth,and put an end to Gentile governments,and nations ruling.

They will understand it is the end time,and the book of Daniel,or any prophesies to do with the end time,for many shall run to and fro,advanced travel,and knowledge shall be increased,advanced technology.

Because of the advancement of travel,and technology,the world is aware of each other,and can communicate with each other,and the Gentile nations will come together in the future to try to solve their problems on earth,but they will rebel against God.

Without advanced travel,and technology,the world could never come together as one to try to establish peace by their own efforts,and rebel against fundamental Christianity,and not acknowledge any personal God.

But God has to allow the world a certain amount of time to have their way,and rebel against Him so He can end this sin business on earth.

He is not forcing anybody to follow the beast kingdom,but allowing all people that do not love Him to follow the beast kingdom,for God will not give up on the world until the world gives up on Him.

Mat 24:3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

Mat 24:6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
Mat 24:7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
Mat 24:8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
Mat 24:9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
Mat 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

The disciples would be in the same position as Daniel,not being able to observe,and know what the world is doing to understand the end time.

What Jesus told the disciples can only be known at the end time,for they will hear of wars,and rumors of wars,for nation shall rise against nation,and kingdom against kingdom,and there will be famines,and pestilences,and earthquakes,on different places on earth,and they will be hated of all nations,and the Gospel must be preached in to all the world as a witness to all nations,and then the end shall come.

People cannot understand these things without advanced travel,and technology,for they have to be able to observe,and know of these things,which we can today because we know what is happening on earth,and the world cannot be against the saints unless they can communicate to come together as one.

The beginning of the end.

1Ti 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
1Ti 4:2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
1Ti 4:3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
1Ti 4:4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
1Ti 4:5 For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

God warns the saints of the new age movement,and their interpretation of the Bible based on spiritual evolution through nature.

They will forbid to marry for population reduction,and command to abstain from meats for they are nature worshippers.

2Ti 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
2Ti 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2Ti 4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

The new age movement is the future for this sinful world,and the time will come that the world will only want to hear the Bible,and religion,according to the new age movement.

The new age movement covers the bases for the occult,the outer circle,to get people interested in the occult,which in the long run will bring out the inner circle of the occult at the beast kingdom,which is more extreme than the outer circle.

The new age movement will develop in to a unified religious system,and at that time will be international law for a man and woman not to marry,and to be a vegetarian.

So they will promote the occult,homosexuality,being a vegetarian,and evolution,and try to cause them to become popular,prior to the Gentile nations coming together saying,Peace and safety.

Dan 7:7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.
Dan 7:8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.

Dan 8:23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.
Dan 8:24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.
Dan 8:25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand(witchcraft); and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.

Dan 11:36 And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done.
Dan 11:37 Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.
Dan 11:38 But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things.
Dan 11:39 Thus shall he do in the most strong holds with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge and increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many, and shall divide the land for gain.

Rev 13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
Rev 13:2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
Rev 13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
Rev 13:4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

The New Age Christ,beast,the man of sin,will support the new age movement,which he acknowledges no God,but honors the God of forces,or the power of nature as his God,and is of the occult,nature worship,witchcraft,spiritual evolution through nature,and will convince the world that he harnessed the power of nature,and obtained power,evolved,and will share this power with all who follow him.

2Th 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
2Th 2:2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
2Th 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

The saints cannot be gathered unto Christ until there is a falling away first,and the man of sin claims to be God by harnessing the power of nature,which he will exalt himself above all that is called God,or worshipped,and exalt himself above all people,and acknowledges no God,but he has the most power,and the highest authority above all who ever dwelled on earth.

2Th 2:5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
2Th 2:6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
2Th 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
2Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
2Th 2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
2Th 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
2Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
2Th 2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

God will allow the man of sin to deceive all people who do not love Him.

God will allow the world 7 years to have their way and cause all people who do not love God to follow the beast kingdom,and bring Israel to the truth that Jesus is their Messiah.

Eze 39:25 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name;
Eze 39:26 After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them afraid.
Eze 39:27 When I have brought them again from the people, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations;
Eze 39:28 Then shall they know that I am the LORD their God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the heathen: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there.
Eze 39:29 Neither will I hide my face any more from them: for I have poured out my spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.

Jer 33:23 Moreover the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, saying,
Jer 33:24 Considerest thou not what this people have spoken, saying, The two families which the LORD hath chosen, he hath even cast them off? thus they have despised my people, that they should be no more a nation before them.
Jer 33:25 Thus saith the LORD; If my covenant be not with day and night, and if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth;
Jer 33:26 Then will I cast away the seed of Jacob, and David my servant, so that I will not take any of his seed to be rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and have mercy on them.

Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Rom 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
Rom 11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
Rom 11:27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
Rom 11:28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.
Rom 11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

Jer 46:27 But fear not thou, O my servant Jacob, and be not dismayed, O Israel: for, behold, I will save thee from afar off, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make him afraid.
Jer 46:28 Fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith the LORD: for I am with thee; for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have driven thee: but I will not make a full end of thee, but correct thee in measure; yet will I not leave thee wholly unpunished.

Israel is blinded in part,they acknowledge the Old Testament for the most part,but not the New Testament,until salvation is no longer available to the Gentiles,and so all Israel shall be saved.

1Th 5:1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
1Th 5:2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
1Th 5:3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
1Th 5:4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
1Th 5:5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
1Th 5:6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.

The man of sin will establish peace in the Middle East,and it will pave the way for all Jews to go to Israel,and the Jews and the Gentiles will be separated.

The Jews will split Jerusalem with the Palestians,and the Jews will rebuild their temple with no hassle from the Palestinians.

The Gentile nations will come together,and say,Peace and safety,as they try to establish peace on earth,and the 7 years period will begin.

They will operate by the ten horn kingdom,the world split in to ten sections with a leader in each section,and a unified religious system based on the new age movement,which people are still evolving through nature,and any religion,or belief not compatible,will not be accepted,and if they try to convert someone to their religion they will be guilty of a hate crime punishabe in the international court system,and Christianity will rapidly decline in imapcting the world with the truth,and is the time they will not endure the truth of the Bible,but according to their own lusts,power through nature.

The ten horn kingdom will rule for three and one half years.

All Gentle governments will come together,but the ten horn kingdom,and unified religious system,will spark a war between the religion of Islam and the world,for they will say it is an insult to Allah,for they believe in a personal God that created all things,and do not believe in evolution,and they must extend their religion,and cannot be hindered.

That war will cripple the religion of Islam,and the Arab nations,and will cause one third of the population of the world to perish that the world is devastated,and lost hope for there to be peace,and they turn to the man of sin.

The 6 trumpets are warnings to the world to turn to God,but after the 6th trumpet they do not repent of their sins,and turn to God,but keep trying to solve their problems,and have peace on earth,so God allows the man of sin to rule over them.

At the end of the three and one half years that the ten horn kingdom rules it is the falling away first.

The world is devasted,and lost hope for the world to achieve peace,but they man of sin will claim to have harnessed the powe of nature,and obtained power,evolved,and calmed things down,and gave the world hope for there to be peace on earth,and the world says,who is like unto the beast,and who can make war with him,believing he has the power to establish his kingdom,and achieve peace on earth,and no foe can stop him.

The man of sin will claim to be God,and deceive all people who do not love God to follow the beast kingdom,and when they take the mark of the beast then repentance,and salvation,is no longer available to the Gentiles,and the fulness of the Gentiles have come in.

God will then send 2 witnesses to turn Israel to the truth that Jesus is their Messiah.

The mark of the beast,666,is the number of a man,which the occult believes in the power of numbers,and the grouping of numbers for more power,which 6 is the number of a man,so the man of sin has assigned the number 666,a triple 6 to himself,for he believes it will give him more power.

The mark of the beast has to do with technology,for the beast's agenda is there is no personal God to help mankind,but their technology,and devices,can achive peace on earth.

The saints cannot be gathered unto Christ until the man of sin claims to be God in the middle of the 7 years period,but then the beast makes war against the saints,and prevails against them,and at the end of the last three and one half years then those saints that remain on earth will be gathered unto Christ.

Mat 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Mat 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

Dan 8:24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.
Dan 8:25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many(peace plan for the world convincing them they must take away many people,all who oppose them,for there to be peace on earth).

Rev 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

Dan 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time(three and one half years).

Dan 12:7 And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half(three and one half years); and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.

The beast will make war with the saints for the last three and one half years,and it will be the worse persecution the saints ever faced which God tells them not to fight back,for however they fight back it will come upon them for they are acting like the world,and at the end of the three and one half years the saints that remain on earth shall be gathered unto Christ.

1Co 15:23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.
1Co 15:24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
1Co 15:25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
1Co 15:26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

When the beast scatters the power of the holy people then all things shall be finished in the book of Daniel,and then comes the end when the Son shall deliver up the kingdom to the Father,when He shall have put down all rule,and authority,and power,that people display on earth.

The wrath of God,the 7 vials,will then be poured upon the earth leading up to the battle of Armageddon when God puts an end to this sin business on earth,and defeats the world,and saves Israel for they turned to the truth that Jesus is their Messiah,which Jesus said the Jews will not see Him again until they say blessed is the name of the Lord.

Then the millennial reign of Christ on earth will begin,and Israel will be the only operating government,and nation,and all Gentile governments,and nations,will cease to operate.

Act 1:6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
Act 1:7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
Act 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
Act 1:9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
Act 1:10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;
Act 1:11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven(Mount of Olives).

Zec 14:1 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.
Zec 14:2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

Isa 13:4 The noise of a multitude in the mountains, like as of a great people; a tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together: the LORD of hosts mustereth the host of the battle.

Isa 13:10 For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine.
Isa 13:11 And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.

Zec 14:12 And this shall be the plague wherewith the LORD will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.

2Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming.

Zec 14:9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.

Isa 11:9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

Zec 14:16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.

Some call it the "Kingdom Age" AKA "the Millennium" without realizing their view about this age is wrong. The "millennium" is not a physical (of this world) age. It is spiritual. We are to live apart from the world as witnesses to the world just as Israel was to live apart from the world under the Law as witnesses in their day.

I just scrolled down and saw that Locutus has given you several passages which tell us that Christ came at the end of their age so I won't go into the scriptural support for what I'm saying too much except to mention the lesson Peter gave a Pentecost. In Acts 2:17, Peter invokes Joel 2 saying that they were literally in "the last days." During these last days of their age, God poured His spirit upon all flesh. This literally happened in the first century which few Christians doubt. But, Peter doesn't stop there. Peter goes on to teach that there will be wonders in the heavens and signs in the earth BEFORE THE GREAT AND AWESOME DAY OF THE LORD. Peter was not jumping ahead thousands of years. He was speaking to his generation about things to come to that generation.

Then comes this famous passage began by David but repeated by Jesus, Peter and the writer of Hebrews.

‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies Your footstool.

The enemies were the disbelieving Jews who put Christ to death. This is clear from the context of the next verse:

36 “Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.”

This lesson was very relevant to that wicked and perverse generation. It has nothing to do with our present time in history.

Peter is telling his audience at Pentecost (circa 30 AD) to repent and receive the refreshing or restoration from the presence (parousia) of Christ which they very well would experience in their life times. Compare to Luke 21:

20 “But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation is near. 21 Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, let those who are in the midst of her depart...

This is clearly the Roman army of 66-70 AD as this was the next time Jerusalem was surrounded by an army and left desolate (not one stone upon another). Christ certainly was not skipping over the 70 AD event to discuss some future destruction and desolation thousands of years into the future. Only those in Judea are told to flee, not the entire planet.

27 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.”

HERE IS THE REDEMPTION, the time of refreshing Peter discusses in Acts 3. It all happened in 70 AD and Josephus records it. Sorry, the "rapture" the resurrection, the "second coming" i.e., the parousia or presence return of Christ were all first century events. No gap of thousands of years is found or taught anywhere in the Bible. Everything was taught as imminent. The "blessed hope" was given to Titus for him to experience, not some American Christians thousands of years later.

We are told that we are appointed once to die, then judgment, not then resurrection. The "second coming" parousia return of Christ was all the disciples could talk about after Christ ascended, right? Well this talk ended with them. The second century church fathers never discussed Christ coming back. Instead, they discussed waiting to die so they could immediately be with Him. Why? Because they knew Christ returned to destroy Jerusalem exacting His revenge on those wicked Jews who killed Him and persecuted His Church (far worse than the Romans did) and that He came to free the captives in Hades and usher in the Kingdom age which is where we are today.

The above is pure conjecture on your part PW. If you will read Rev.20:1-7 at face value i.e. without applying your adopted interpretation, you will read that there will be a thousand years in which Satan will be bound in the Abyss, that the great tribulation saints will rule with him and that Satan is release at the end of that thousand years.

Furthermore, none of the characteristics regarding the millennial period currently exist nor have they ever. All that you do by your teachings is to continue to distort the word of God. By interpreting scripture as spiritual, you can make it mean anything that you want. Below are some of the major events that must take place prior to the millennial period:

* The church must be gathered

* The seven year agreement must be made with Israel

* God's wrath must take place via the seals, trumpets and bowl judgments

* The abomination must be set up in the holy place within the temple

* Armageddon must take place with all of the nations being gathered

* Jesus must return to the earth to end the age

* The beast and the false prophet must be captured and thrown into the lake of fire

* Satan mush be thrown into and locked up in the Abyss during the thousand years

* Jesus must literally and physically rule from the throne of David from Jerusalem

All of the above and much more must take place prior to the literal 1000 years period taking place.

The Word is clear, Christ's body was not allowed to see corruption. Everyone else who died does, including David. Not one human molecule or flesh DNA will enter heaven. The Word is also clear about this.

Corrupt, sinful human bodies CANNOT and DO NOT inherit the Kingdom. Paul was crystal clear about this:

Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption.

Therefore, our dead decaying flesh is going nowhere. It returns to dust (Gen 3:19).

What "awakened" were the souls of the dead saints who were locked in Hades, separated from God, asleep and waiting for Christ.

For You will not leave my soul in Hades,
Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.

Doesn't this imply that most of us will see corruption?
