Yes, I am aware they do not care about God; That doesn't change the fact that they are in denial of his existence on a subconscious level. They will be without excuse of his existence.
I meant they are in denial of his existence consciously but they are aware of Him on a subconscious level.

You meant this i think:.............

[h=1]Romans 1:18-20 (KJV)[/h]18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

I beat you to it, my friend. I recently quoted this verse to Colincat in my post here:

So yes, I already had this verse in mind in what I had said. I just didn't post the verse here.

But thank you, though.

Can you give any single one (biblical) scripture in support for this your belief?
There are lots of scriptures that deal with choosing God and free agency. Joshua 24:15, Psalms 119:30, 179; Job 34:4. Do I have a specific verse off the top of my head that claims this verbatim? No, admittedly. But I can't think of any that say otherwise, either. Plus, if my statement is not correct, then that would imply that God chooses who he will save and who he will grant faith to. I think that would undermine the principle of agency and the admonition that we should choose to follow Christ.

It has been said in this thread that faith comes by hearing the word of the Lord. What happens when we hear the word of the Lord for the first time? Usually, it is attested to by the Holy Spirit and we have one of two choices. We can either accept the message, or reject it. God might open our hearts to the message or give us a stroke of inspiration testifying of its truth, but we still have to make that choice. God doesn't make it for us. He will not force us to serve him.

Do you disagree?
