Note that the above deals with cases where Jews are governing Jews under Jewish law.

It would appear, then, that American courts might be required under Noahide law to impose capital punishment for the violation of any one of the seven Noahide laws based upon one-witness testimony, circumstantial evidence or a defendant's confession.

This paper addresses the scope of Jewish law's mandate upon Jews to enforce the Seven Noachide commandments, as well as any other rules Jewish law mandates that Gentiles should keep. Part One of this article outlines what are the Noachide commandments, and their place in a halachic system. Part Two discusses the obligation of both Jews and Noachides under the rubric of the commandment called dinim (literally: "laws" or "justice"). Part Three reviews the various opinions on the obligation of Jews to enforce the Noachide commandments. The Seven Laws of Noah (Hebrew: שבע מצוות בני נח‎ Sheva mitzvot B'nei Noach) form the major part of the Noachide Laws, or Noahide Code.[1] This code is a set of moral imperatives that, according to the Talmud, were given by God[2] as a binding set of laws for the "children of Noah" - that is, all of humankind.[3][4] According to Judaism, any non-Jew who lives according to these laws is regarded as a Righteous Gentile, and is assured of a place in the world to come (Olam Haba), the final reward of the righteous.[5][6] Adherents are often called "B'nei Noach" (Children of Noah) or "Noahides" and may often network in Jewish synagogues.

One of these groups that she mentioned will bring about change to Israel and they will enforce the law there so everyone will be living in peace and Jesus will head it and back the Jewish Laws and we will all go back to the Old Law...this is what the millenium is all about? Judaism has always been a conquering religion, not for the purpose of converting gentiles to become Jews, but rather with the mission of returning the world to the universal covenant between G-d and Noah.

For halachic reasons too numerous and detailed to list here, gentiles today who follow Christianity, Islam, or other religions are not, for the most part, "righteous gentiles" who inherit the World to Come. That status belongs only to those gentiles who carefully observe the Seven Laws of Noah, including following the halachic authority of the oral Torah and the rabbis.

(For those who find the concept confusing, we hasten to point out that this is not part of a conversion to Judaism, nor even a step in the process. The Children of Noah have their own, independent role to play in assisting the Jewish people and refining the world. Those individuals who wish to convert may do so, but there is no such requirement.

In the Messianic era, these righteous gentiles will worship in the Jerusalem Temple and celebrate certain Torah holidays, but will maintain a separate court system and not intermarry with Jews. Today, such Noachides also assist in bringing non-observant Jews back to Torah, among other functions.)

During the time of the first Temple, the dream of eventually refining and transforming the gentiles was reflected in the presence of ten menorahs in the Temple sanctuary—for a total of seventy lights—representing the elevation of the seventy gentile nations. But when the Temple was destroyed, the Jews had to influence the gentiles in a more quiet, gradual manner.

Although causing the gentiles to observe the Seven Noachide Laws is itself one of the 613 mitzvos of the Torah, the exile at times sank to such depths of harshness and oppression that Jews simply could not fulfill this mitzvah for fear of death. In such times, Judaism was forced to adapt itself to mere survival; conquest was simply out of the question.

That situation has completely reversed itself today. The very fact that Amalekcan stir up such chaos in the world is proof that gentile society no longer presents true opposition to Jewish teachings. One now sees anti-Semitism only where Amalek is provoking trouble, which is precisely where gentiles are the most desperate for guidance. As Christianity spirals downward into strife and theological confusion, it becomes a vacuum unable to defend itself against either the lies of Amalek or the truth of Torah. Amalek can exploit the worldwide collapse of Christianity only by default—that is, only when the Jewish people do not seize the unprecedented opportunity.

And as the Lubavitcher Rebbe has explained, by transforming the gentiles we can quickly create a vast army of supporters who will help us reveal Moshiach and bring all Jews back to the Torah.

Specifically, the Rebbe has emphasized that the "peace process" in Israel will be defeated only through our influence on the gentiles—especially through the campaign to teach the Noachide Laws (see Sichos in English, vol. 16, [19 Kislev 5743]).

Our most pressing task, to put it simply, is to launch an international Noachide revolution without delay. The process has already begun, with dozens of tiny Noachide communities having appeared throughout the United States, generally composed of former Christians who have abandoned that religion. The task of organizing the revolution can be divided into two broad stages:

I) We must first create a new Noachide society as an international network of communities and organizations functioning inside, but separately from, the surrounding society (based on halachic requirements and directives, Noachide institutions function quite differently from their Christian and secular counterparts).

This starts with an aggressive outreach program, by Jews and Noachides alike, to teach gentiles about their responsibilities according to Torah.

Simultaneously, we must organize functioning programs and institutions that are prepared to absorb these vast numbers of ex-Christians and immediately involve them in efforts to bring Moshiach. The Noachide communities require schools for their children, modeled after the Jewish yeshiva programs; Torah study groups geared for their specific needs; coordinated celebrations of appropriate Torah holidays; family services for marriage, support for the elderly, and burial; courts of justice, led by rabbinically trained righteous judges, which will function similarly to Jewish batei dinim; and tzedaka programs to assist the needy, to build new Noachide schools, and to support Jewish settlements in Israel and synagogues throughout the diaspora.

2) In the second stage, the growing Noachide movement will seize political power—using only peaceful, lawful means—in the capitals of the Western nations. This, of course, will not take place until the Noachide society has grown to some threshold size. We do not know how large this needs to be nor which nations will join the revolution first, although the United States, as a fairly religious, conservative nation, certainly tops the list of prospects.

Upon seizing the reins of government, the new Noachide leaders will move quickly to implement a full agenda of reform. All economic and technological aid to the Communist Bloc, including the PLO, will be terminated immediately. Full support will be given to Israeli forces to reinvade PLO-controlled areas, with military assistance offered where necessary. Jewish courts (the batei dini of the rabbis) will be granted full legal sovereignty over Jewish citizens within each country, who will no longer be subject to the authority of gentile courts. The pre-existing Noachide judges and courts will replace the existing court system of each country, and the legal code will be drastically rewritten to conform to halacha; in the United States, the emphasis will be on restoring the authority of the Constitution and abolishing all unconstitutional government programs and agencies. The national debt will be foreclosed, probably by paying off creditors with government land holdings, thus averting economic disaster. And law and order will be fully restored through the establishment of internal security measures, again in accordance with Torah law.

Almost as soon as aid to the Communist Bloc stops, the international Communist revolution will plunge headlong into crisis. The captive peoples, seeing their liberation at hand, will genuinely rise up to throw their brutal dictators out of power, and the armies of Gog and Magog—ranging from the Soviet Communists to the PLO—will self-destruct before the eyes of the entire world.

Naturally, Amalek's agents will scream hysterically to intimidate Jews from carrying out the above campaign, hoping to delay this victory. They have no power, however, to prevent our successful action; they can only try to create doubts and hesitation.

As the world plunges headlong toward the imminent revelation of Moshiach while the last walls of the exile disintegrate, the number of confused gentiles ready to change is rising exponentially. If the Jewish people immediately begin preparing adequate structures for the Noachide movement, this tide will be channeled directly into a glorious revelation of Truth.

But if we allow ourselves to be caught unprepared, this same overwhelming force for social change can, G-d forbid, be diverted to empower Amalek's final assault on holiness. It is not a matter of whether gentile society will explode in the face of the growing crisis; this event is an inevitable, and fast-approaching, reality. We do not want to miss this incredible opportunity to provide light in the final moments of darkness.

The world has reached its ultimate point of decision, and the power to succeed belongs entirely to the Jewish people. We can wait until Moshiach comes on his own, following a world war, or we can bring him through our own actions, as the Lubavitcher Rebbe has stated is our mission. The choice is ours.

1. At the seventh meeting of the above commission, held in Jerusalem, the chairmen Cardinal Jorge Mejia and Chief Rabbi Shear Yashuv Cohen noted the significance of the number seven within the biblical tradition as indicating fullness and maturity. They expressed the hope that the fullness of the relationship between the Catholic and the Jewish members of this commission will be a source of blessing to both faith communities and the world at large.

Cardinal Mejia also noted the recent passing of Cardinal Johannes Willebrands former president of the Holy See's Commission for Religious Relations with the Jews and a central figure in the historic transformation in Catholic-Jewish relations. May his memory always be for a blessing.

2. The subject of the meeting was the Freedom of Religion and Conscience and its Limits. The human capacity to choose is a manifestation of the Divine Image in which all people are created (cf. Gn 1: 26-27) and is foundational for the Biblical concept of human responsibility and Divine justice (cf. Dt 30: 19).

3. God has created the human person as a social being which by definition places limits on individual human freedom. Moreover freedom of choice is derived from God and therefore is not absolute, but must reflect Divine will and law. Accordingly human beings are called to freely obey the Divine will as manifested in the Creation and in His revealed word.

Jewish tradition emphasizes the Noachide Covenant (cf. Gn 9: 9-12) as containing. the universal moral code which is incumbent on all humanity. This idea is reflected in Christian Scripture in the Book of Acts 15: 28-29.

4. Accordingly the idea of moral relativism is antithetical to this religious world view and poses a serious threat to humanity. Even though the Enlightenment helped bring about a purification from the abuse of religion, secular society still requires religious foundations to sustain lasting moral values. Critical among these is the principal of the sanctity of human life and dignity. Ethical monotheism affirms these as inviolable human rights and therefore can provide inspiration in this regard for society at large.

• The Rambam, indeed, officially rules in three places that Christianity is idolatry and thus forbidden to gentiles (Mishneh Torah, Hilchos Ma'achalos Asuros 11:7 and Hilchos Avodas Kochavim 9:4; commentary on Mishnah, Avodah Zarah 1:3), and implies the same in a fourth place (Hilchos Melachim 11:4) (Note: these texts are censored from the standard editions of these works). The Rambam further rules that any religion which would believe in ****tuf would also be prohibited to gentiles (Hilchos Melachim 9:2).

• According to the Nodah Biyhudah,* the Rama agrees with the Rambam that any religion of ****tuf would be forbidden to gentiles (nor did the Rama ever indicate that Christianity was ****tuf rather than idolatry).

The Experience of Becoming a Noahide

Stage One - Curiosity: Most people who become Noahides appear to be naturally curious and have questions, as a result they tend to stumble upon Noahides as if by accident. We now know this was no accident; it was simply Hashem's way of telling us to keep looking.

Each of us found out about Noahides in our own way. Some are looking for a clarification or better understanding of a word, verse, or concept held within our "faith". As the majority of the Noahides we have spoken with are former Christians, we found we were simply looking for answers that directly or indirectly concerned our relationship with God. For each of us, there were always questions about Christianity that were never fully answered, dismissed as being disruptive, or outright ignored by church leaders and members. While others, who were outside the Christian faith system, appeare to have been looking for Spirituality or a means in which to find a connection to a higher plain of existence.

Stage Two - Intrigue: Once our Curiosity had been peeked we found we had another common experience, Intrigue. By intrigue we mean; in Judaism we found answers to our questions, one answer lead to another question, which lead to another, and another and another, and on and on. Judaism seemed to have all the answers, simply stated, unambiguous, and without apology. We found the 7 Universal Laws that have applied to ALL mankind since Creation. Yet many of us had never heard of these Laws, why not until now?

Stage Three - Confusion and Frustration: For those Noahides coming out of Christianity the next phase we shared was confusion and frustration. For the majority of Noahides this was a very trying time in their lives because it meant facing the fact that majority of the basic "faith principles' which form the Christian Doctrine are either misguided or simply not true.

When a searching Noahide discovers that Christianity at its very core has a very close similarity to the Pagan beliefs of the early Christian era he may become frustrated and confused. It is not comforting to find that the Virgin Birth, Death on a Cross and subsequent Resurrection, god in human form, the drinking of symbolic blood and eating of symbolic flesh, and a 'second coming' all have roots in the various Pagan practices and philosophies of the time when the New Testament was written. Is this a coincidence?- or - Is it more likely a new and growing religion would incorporate these Pagan beliefs in order to appeal to a larger audience, thereby, making the change from one faith system to another more palatable and less restrictive?

Stage Four - Anger: The next phase a Noahide is likely to encounter is anger. A word of caution here: This is not a place where a Noahide should dwell for very long. Yet, all Noahides seem to go through this phase.
Where does this anger come from?

In speaking with other Noahides it seems to come from a combination of two places. The first is anger that is directed inward, at ones self. The key phrase seems to be: "How could I have been so stupid when everything inside me was telling me what I was hearing was wrong?" We become angry with ourselves and say, "We should have known better". When we analyze our situation we find we were in a very clever trap that appeals to all of our basic emotions of love and fear of the unknown.

Consider Christianity's appeal:

(1) It appeals to our "Fears".

(2) It appeals to our "Greed".

(3) It appeals to those who seek "Power" over others.

Once a Noahide realizes that what he or she has been lead to believe has as much to do with Paganism, Fear, Greed, and need for Power his or her own emotions seem to erupt in a sence of anger.

Sanhedrin Moves to Establish Council For Noahides

Until now, Noahide communities and organization had been scattered around the globe, with a particular concentration centered around the southern United States. The communities themselves are a relatively recent phenomenon bolstered by the fact that the Internet has allowed individuals sharing Noahide beliefs to get in touch with one another.

The court of 71 rabbis, known as the Sanhedrin, which was reestablished last October in Tiberius following the reinstitution of rabbinic semikha, decided, after numerous requests from the Noahide community, to assist the movement in forming a leadership council.

Rabbi Michael Bar-Ron, with the Sanhedrin's blessing, travelled to the United States to meet with representatives of the Noahide movement and select members for the High Council. Bar-Ron, an ordained student, talmid samukh, who currently sits on the Sanhedrin, is also one of the Sanhedrin's spokesmen

Brief description: To follow the rules as set down by the Jewish rabbinical authorities. Under G-d’s direct instructions, Moses first established the Sanhedrin, the Jewish supreme court of 71 rabbis, in the year 1312 BCE (Ex. 18:13-26; Num. 11:16-29). The Sanhedrin functioned continuously for over 1,600 years, throughout the times of the ancient Israeli kingdom and the first two Jerusalem Temples, until it was forcibly suppressed by the Roman Christians in about the year 363; at that time, the Sanhedrin delegated its G-d-given authority to all orthodox rabbis throughout the world, complete with the power to reconstitute the Sanhedrin upon the arrival of the Messiah, the Jewish king who will restore the Israeli theocracy and rebuild the Jerusalem Temple (an illegitimate organization calling itself the “Sanhedrin” was recently established in Israel under the control of “rabbis” who work directly with the Soviet Russian secret police and various Communist-front organizations and who are active in subverting the Torah, making that “Sanhedrin” entirely invalid; the true Sanhedrin will be established by legitimate orthodox rabbis in the near future, and they will undoubtedly prosecute and execute the members of the phony “Sanhedrin” as traitors).

The Sanhedrin, and the orthodox rabbis since its closure, have preserved the entire body of G-d’s Law. This includes all commandments and their details as instructed by G-d to Moses, plus all additional rabbinical enactments. Jews are required to obey every single rule, whether from the Torah of Moses or by rabbinical decree. Gentiles, on the other hand, are bound only by the Noahide Laws as found in the Torah of Moses, and do not need to follow any other Torah rules or any of the rabbinical enactments except as they choose optionally for extra reward. In any case, a gentile who reinterprets the details of the Noahide Laws in a way that diverges from the traditions taught by the rabbis is subject to death by the hands of G-d.

What are we to look for in the coming antichrist system?

What are we to look for? We are to look for a rise in Jewishism via a revival of law-keeping by Gentiles. These Gentiles will be used and promoted to attack at the very core of the Christian faith. First, these will deny and recant the name of Jesus. Then they will deny and recant that Jesus replaced the laws of Moses with his New Covenant.

Then they will renounce the name of Jesus as being the name of a false God. Many thousands will flock to these Concision groups and by them the name of the Lord Jesus will be blasphemed. Then these will reject totally the New Covenant and become Noahides, keeping the seven Talmudic laws allegedly of Noah, a Gentile. And these are found no where except within the Talmud, the most dangerous antichrist book ever written by men. When antichrist comes, he will have a great ready army to slash, kill, and burn Christians who reject the laws of Moses for salvation.

There is absolutely NO MISTAKE! The first antichrist against Jesus used the law of Moses to carry out their hideous and blood deed upon the Messiah. The high priest sat in the temple as God, having the power of life and death, the authority of his cult to demand a person be put to death or to be set free. Why would we think it should be any different in the endtime? Why should we think there will be some other antichrist from some other place or religion? We want to have an non-Jewish antichrist, because we have been deceived that the Jews do not hate Jesus any longer; that they do not hate Christians any longer; and that the Jews now love Jesus and his Apostles.

With all of this head-in-the-sand mentality, the facts are soon to be revealed that the Jews will arise in a massive world-wide thrust through several mechanisms in countries throughout the world, to attack Christianity, the New Testament, the Apostles, and any Christian who confesses that Jesus is the Messiah of Israel already come in the flesh.

When Jesus came, it was the divine plan of God that the believing Jews merge into the Kingdom of God. They would have to depart out of the Judaism of the present antichrist and themselves be converted into the Messiah's Kingdom. Gentiles would also be converted into the Kingdom of Messiah. For Messiah would transfer the throne of David to his Israel of God, the Church, and in it he would reign as Lord. The Jews and the Gentiles who rejected to come into the Kingdom would continue through the ages and in the endtime unite into a world federation of nations.

And these will be the beast system. And the whore of Babylon, the whore who was carried to Babylon, the same whore will sit upon the Mount of Moriah and in Jerusalem on the seven ancient mountains, and from thence she will run the nations.

The nations will become her children and at the right time, and by laws enacted, the whore will wreak vengeance upon Christians and turning her attention to the immediate appearance of the Messiah, she will summon the nations through the agency of the Antichrist, to Armageddon, and there they will make battle against the Lamb. But the Lamb shall overcome them. And he shall destroy them with the brightness of his appearing.

Jesus said: "The Law and the Prophets were until John, since then the kingdom of God is preached and all men presseth into it."

We are not to press back into the Law Covenant or any part of it. We are to press into the Kingdom of God. And it is in John 3:3-5 that Jesus tells us that a person must be born again of water and of Spirit in order to enter the Kingdom. In Mark 16:16 Jesus preached to the Jews: "He that believeth and in baptized shall be saved, but he that believeth not shall be ****ed."

And in Acts 2:38, when asked of the Apostles how to be saved, Peter did not tell them to keep the law, to go the the temple and offer more animal sacrifices, or to keep the ten commandments. He told them to "repent" and to "be baptized" in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and a person would receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Peter had the keys to the Kingdom of God and this verse holds the three keys of faith to enter in by grace into the Kingdom of God.

But the Concisions and the Law Keepers will not have it. They feel compelled that they must try to keep the laws of Moses for salvation, justification, and sanctification.

Antichrist are arising from all denominations denying that salvation is through Jesus Messiah alone. This is that spirit of antichrist that will join forces with Jewish rabbis and then with other Jewish-Gentile groups to begin a systematic destruction of Christianity. First they will accuse us of being antisemetic for rejecting Pharisee-Talmudic Judaism, then antisemetic for rejecting that the Laws of Moses are still in effect for Jews and Gentiles for salvation, and then antisemetic because we dare write something that opposes and or exposes their agenda. The antichrist are herein exposed.

What will we see in the endtime?

We will see a revival of Judaism law-keeping and a denial by so-called Christians of the New Covenant. If you observe any person saying that the New Testament is not the New Covenant of Jeremiah 31:31-34, you have just met an antichrist, a Concision, a person who has fallen from grace and are severed from Christ. These cannot be saved once they deny the fulfillment by the Messiah of the New Covenant. These will deny the Lord's Passover Memorial Cup and thereby crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and thereby count his blood an unholy thing.
