do you ever go through moments like this ? asking yourself what if i am just wasting my time and wasting my life with all this bible stuff ? what if it wasnt real and we really all just emerged from some primordial soup ? what if the bible was put together but some devious person with an agenda to control people and everything in it wasnt true. you ever think like that ? i know i have and the only thing that kept bringing me back to it was the fear of eternal roasting in the lake of fire. now i dont know about you but i dont fancy getting bbqed in fire forever. thats not my idea of a nice time. so this fear was the only sustaining factor guilted me into picking up the bible. what if i am living this holy life for nothing while all my mates are partying it up just to find out that i was being holy for nothing ? even the great prophets asked these questions. the prophet malachi in chapter 3 asked this exact question. king david asked this exact questions in psalms 73rd chapter. job asked this question in the 21st chapter. the prophet habbakuk asked this question. the point is even the great prophets asked these questions so its nothing to feel guilty about. well unfortunately for those prophets they did not have the valid prophesies that have come to pass, that we have today to completely eradicate this line of thinking. there is an emphatic prophesy that would totally wipe out your doubt about the validity of the bible and then maybe you can serve the lord with 100 percent surety as opposed to having small doubts. we all need that certainty because this would be the platform for total commitment dedication and assurance. here is the prophesy >>>>>> the lord said he would send an enemy against israel in the last days and the enemy would enslave them and put a yoke of iron around their neck untile he has destroyed them >>>> deuteronomy 28 vs 48 Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee.

now this prophesy came to pass during the trans-atlantic slave trade. here are the pictures. THE YOKE OF IRON AROUND THE NECK. AINT THAT BEAUTIFUL ? SCRIPTURAL PROPHESY IN PICTURES ?

The "dog pack" ...........The tactics of the "dog pack" is to condition the christians to doubt Gods Holy Word, by planting Satanic seeds of doubt. The end - game of a dog packer is to shipwreck the faith of the christian. Hand me my bible and my dog whistle.

Right OBADIAH, every single word of Deuteronomy 28 came upon Israel. No way anyone can deny the Bible, just from reading that chapter alone.

No because I've experienced the supernatural and rationally qualified it.

As Ageofknowlege said above, having seen the supernatural in action, no, there's no doubt in my mind. But I can see (from your other posts) how you might. Here's a suggestion, drop the idea that in God's eye it's all been said and done, and that we're just waiting on Him now, and embrace the idea that He still has things to do that involve us.

you are right. black israelism is a racist cult. they peddle falsehood. we can both agree on that

and there is no such thing as african. these are man made names. these names are after the fact. we all have biblical names. i am sure you would not find caucasian hispanic or chinese in the bible either

i am what you folks around here call a partial-preterist. as such it cannot all have been said and done

This is what God told Job:
Job 38:4
Where were you when I established the earth? Tell Me, if you have understanding.
Job 38:5
Who fixed its dimensions? Certainly you know! Who stretched a measuring line across it?
Job 38:6
What supports its foundations? Or who laid its cornerstone
Job 38:7
while the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy?
Job 38:8
Who enclosed the sea behind doors when it burst from the womb,
Job 38:9
when I made the clouds its garment and thick darkness its blanket,
Job 38:10
when I determined its boundaries and put its bars and doors in place,
Job 38:11
when I declared: "You may come this far, but no farther; your proud waves stop here"?
Job 38:12
Have you ever in your life commanded the morning or assigned the dawn its place,
Job 38:13
so it may seize the edges of the earth and shake the wicked out of it?
Job 38:14
The earth is changed as clay is by a seal; its hills stand out like the folds of a garment.
Job 38:15
Light is withheld from the wicked, and the arm raised in violence is broken.
Job 38:16
Have you traveled to the sources of the sea or walked in the depths of the oceans?
Job 38:17
Have the gates of death been revealed to you? Have you seen the gates of deep darkness?
Job 38:18
Have you comprehended the extent of the earth? Tell Me, if you know all this.

I do Not agree with you OBADIAH777 ...

That the scripture your talking about is to Israel , and about the Assyrian captivity that took the 12 tribes and dispersed them.

NOT African slaves and American History .....

Your given the Assyrian history there. Why not just read that. ?

If you take into account the History recorded in the Bible and in Revelation, its more talking about the AntiChrist in prophecy then anything, That has Not happened yet. Or at least, look at the History given of the 12 tribes recorded in scripture.

Study, and rightly divide the word....

Deuteronomy 28:46 "And they shall be upon thee for a sign and for a wonder, and upon thy seed for ever."

When you see that the curses are on you, God is telling you to take that curse as a sign that He means business. These signs will exist forever and where ever you happen to be. When you see them, it is time to make a change in your life. God is trying to get your attention any way that He can, and when one of the curses takes place, wake up and pay attention. Get back into His Word and find out where things went wrong. These curses that come over God's people are given for our benefit, to wake us up. Isaiah talks about this sign in Isaiah 10:22.

Isaiah 10:22 "For though Thy people Israel be as the sand of the sea, yet a remnant of them shall return: the consumption decreed shall overflow with righteousness."

The consumption that would come upon man as a sign is when the curses are changed to blessings. the decree is what we have been studying in Deuteronomy by Moses.

Isaiah 10:23 "For the Lord God of hosts shall make a consumption, even determined, in the midst of all the land.

Isaiah 10:24 "Therefore thus saith the Lord God of hosts, "O My people that dwellest in Zion, be not afraid of the Assyrian: he shall smite thee with a rod, and shall lift up his staff against thee, after the manner of Egypt."

The "Assyrian" is a type of the Antichrist. God is telling us that one of the signs of our end times is when we go into captivity just like our forefather were in Egypt. Instead of literal bondage, it will be in a form of deception. Though you won't be building the buildings and monuments, you will be working, and what you make will slip right through your fingers. Our Companion Bible documents that the Assyrian was a type of Satan the Antichrist. Even in the correcting God will be speaking to us through these signs.

Deuteronomy 28:47 "Because thou servedst not the Lord thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things;"

If life seems like it is a drudge, and things never seem to go right, if you think that you may be under a curse, that is the time to repent of any and all things that are not right between you and God. Many times when the blessing come in we forget to thank God for the blessings and our mind become focused on the good things and wealth that we have gained, rather than the God who gave it.

Deuteronomy 28:48 "Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the Lord shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee."

For all those that will be stubborn and resist God's ways, to drift into the ways of the world, God is warning those that he has a way of turning the yoke of the world back on your own neck. You are the one that selects how God is going to treat and provide for you by your obedience to His commandments and keeping His Word. If you want to side with the enemy, than God is going to treat you like the enemy. In the end of this earth age, which is not that far away, this world and the evil rudiments of this world will be done away with, and those of the world and it's ways are going to account for their aid to God's enemies.

Deuteronomy 28:49 "The Lord shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; and nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand;"

To the OP. I can tell this to be true statement. I was about 14 or 15 years old and was attending church with my parents on a Sunday night. As the pastor closed and began the altar call ( wow do they even do that anymore) I was thinking to myself " how could all this be true, I mean it sounds like some mystic fairy tale". Then immediately the pastor said " some of you may think that this is some mystic fairy tale". That hit me like a ton of bricks. I did not go forward that day, but I never forgot it. The Lord is true and His word is true.

Genesis 18
13 Then the Lord said to Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh and say, ‘Will I really have a child, now that I am old?’ 14 Is anything too hard for the Lord? I will return to you at the appointed time next year, and Sarah will have a son.”

Genesis 16:4
He slept with Hagar, and she conceived. When she knew she was pregnant, she began to despise her mistress.

John 20:27
Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe.”

Job 1:9
“Does Job fear God for nothing?” Satan replied.

Luke 22:31

“Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift all of you as wheat.

Romans 1:17
For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed—a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.”

Matthew 4:4
Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”

Romans 10:17

Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.

I used to doubt till God touched my spirit and then from that moment I no longer doubt. People can have a shallow experience with God and some have a deep experience (baptism of the holy ghost) I've had a shallow and deep experience so I know now for a fact that God is real. He changed me 100% and it was nothing I did or could do on my own.
Don't let the devil sike u out Cuz that's his goal...continue to seek God and he will reveal himself unto to. God is no respect of persons. Draw nigh to him and he will draw nigh unto you.

I could not doubt the Bible even if I tried because it was the living Word of God that led me to know Christ in a miraculous way.
