Just as Paul did not allow the Judaizers to compromise the gospel of Christ by deserting Christ to follow the law of Moses - as in this case circumcision.
There are some today that will not allow it even for one hour - so that they truth of the gospel will remain with those that trust in Christ.
Galatians 2:3-5 (NASB)

The law never justifys us, however, it IS good and it IS God's standard but we know only Jesus can meet it's expectations.
WE are to love God and our brothers and sisters, if we operate in love then we won't have to worry about being under law because the Holy Spirit speaks wisdom into our hearts.
He's that ounce of prevention that saves us from a pound of cure, yielding to Him first we don't have rely on our own efforts.

When you law observers understand what happened on Calvary then you will understand what's being said.
I asked this before in another thread and not one person saint or ain't could or did answer. What is God's desire.
Answer that question and your eyes will be opened. It is in the milk of the word that this is taught but all rather chew and choke on meat. If you really think that God created man to build him a a big beautiful temple to follow a set of perfect rules to stumble and fall, to have that temple rebuilt and rebuilt, to follow the rules to stumble and fall again, etc etc, or that the church gets a bigger building to listen to the pastor , to go home in there little community to be recluse from the world , to reject those in the world, to pray for themself, to curse there government, to sit back and wait for Jesus to come and fix what's wrong. My gosh what's wrong with this picture.

I do apologize for not staying on topic here, I just grow weary of those who don't even take the time to even try to see why we believe the way we do... it gets old being falsely accused of being Judaeisers or try to draw folks from the work done on the cross, seems to me if what they claim be true why are they so threatened? if what we believe be false it wont stand anyway... I know the lies that have been taught from many a pulpit seemingly serve to lead many astray but they really do not, our Father arm is not shortened that he cannot save. those who have a love of the truth will surely find it, when they seek after it from a sincere heart of loving the one who freed us all from the bondage of sin.

With great respect to you I say this. If you could keep the law there would be no reason for the suffering messiah.
Israel was no closer to God in Malachi than they were 2steps out of Egypt.
They Vail was not torn untill Jesus offered himself and died. The law did not save . It has no power. According to Jesus the saints of old could not go any further than Abrahams bosom.
You see Jesus did not die for himself he died for you and I. He kept the law perfectly for you and I. He is all the Sabbaths all the feast. The volume of the book is about him. He is the kinsmen redeemer, the scapegoat, the lamb. The whole package. The Lord said this is my son hear him. We abide in him not with or around but in him. The last feast day he will fulfill is the feast of trumpets. In the book of revelation John said I heard a voice as if it were a trumpet.
See if you can keep the law 24/7 untill your last breath on earth. Not just the ones that are your choosing all of it. For if you break one you break all. But the Lord God said all of them so amuse me do it. I don't have to its been done for me. My salvation is in Christ and him alone. I am that new creature, of the new creation, of the new covenant, that new thing God talked about. The old things have passed away. All things become new.
I love God's law it shows me how perfect and holy and true he is...and what a disgusting person I am..but the best part is I did not have to stay that way....Jesus came into me and made me a new creature.

HE didn't do what the written law required regarding a woman caught in adultery
