It would seem to me that we have to make a choice—heaven or hell. There is nothing in between. That means we need to repent of our sin. It’s worth the effort.

It's more of a choice to believe or not to believe. If the non-believer actually knew the truth do you think they would actually choose Hell, separation from true Love? Well some may, but I think the majority would chose life and love. But then again many people choose not to believe because they don't want to abide by God's Word.

It's easier to explain it as a choice between living our life in the Kingdom of God or in the kingdom of this world. Heaven or hell is where the two choices end up.

Did you ever look closely at 2 TIm 3:17, the part that says "that the man of God may be...." I'm not sure non-believers can understand directly from Scripture. That's why how easy it is to explain, depends on whether we can point to a fair number of Christians who are living enough in the Kingdom of God to be showing the fruit.

If ther is no in Between: Please explain the following scriptures.

Job. 19:25,26. For I know that my Redeemer liveth, and that He shall stand at the Latter day upon the earth: And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God.

Deut. 4:40. Thou shalt keep therefore His statutes, and His commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the Lord thy God giveth thee for ever.

Psa. 37:9. For evildoers shall be cut off: But those that wait upon the Lord, they shall inherit the earth. Verse 11. But the meek shall inherit the earth; And shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace. Verse 22. For such as be blessed of Him shall inherit the earth; And they that be cursed of Him shall be cut off.

Psa. 46:10. Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

Psa. 115:16. The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord's: But the earth hath He given to the children of men.

Matt. 5:5. Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

11 Pet. 3:13. Nevertheless we, according to HIS PROMISE, look for NEW HEAVENS AND A NEW EARTH, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

Rev. 21:1-4. And I saw a NEW HEAVEN AND A NEW EARTH: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out ofn heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, " Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and THEY shall be HIS PEOPLE, and GOD HIMSELF shall be with them, and be their god. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

Rev. 21:22-27. And I saw no TEMPLE therein: for the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY AND THE LAMB ARE THE TEMPLE OF IT. And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the GLORY OF GOD did lighten it, and THE LAMB is the light thereof. And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the KINGS OF THE EARTH do bring their glory and honour into it. And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there. And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it. And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the LAMB'S BOOK OF LIFE.

Now how can anyone say: HEAVEN OR HELL ( There's No in Between ).?

Onoma, you have opened a can of worms. I will jump in with you. Heaven is a state which will be eventually lived on a new earth that will last forever and for which we will have a new body. There will be a place in the new creation reserved for those who do not die in Jesus, where there will be eternal fire. Eventually, everyone will be in one or the other. In the meantime, there are several other places, as God's agenda needs 1000 years to get completed, and that's after we are raptured.

Thanks for all the confirming Scriptures. I got to this result using almost none of the ones you provided, a few weeks ago, when I was asked for a teaching on what happens when you die. Took almost 2000 others though to get it sorted out.
