Those verses are taken very much out of context. As an example, Ezekiel plays during the dispensation of the Law. And those in 2nd Peter were never truly regenerated.

"Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee." (Hebrews 13:5)

What is so hard to understand at the word "NEVER"?
God will never forsake the faithful.

It seems to be a fact of life that the bigger the error, the more fanatical that person becomes. I'm going to have to say goodbye and welcome to my ignore list.
Is it not OK to show scriptural proof? Sorry, but it's a bit controversial if you say salvation was by faith alone, but could be lost.

Nope. I have a free will, but if I decide no longer to believe this, God won't stop chastising me. I am born of God and do you think our Holy Father makes mistakes?

So then if you cease believing, God will let you into heaven as an unbeliever?

You may believe that once a person is saved, they will always be saved. That is up to you.

For myself, I believe that the person who is believing in Jesus Christ has eternal life. He has the downpayment of the Spirit and the testimony of the Spirit in his spirit testifying that He is a son of God. I believe in Jesus Christ and his death and his resurrection. He and He alone is my reason for living!

I do not believe in "once saved always saved" because I prefer to live with assurance of salvation.

Let's see who's taking verses out of context...

"Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee." (Hebrews 13:5)

What is so hard to understand at the word "NEVER"?
Hebrews 13:5 is a quote of Deuteronomy 31:8...

8The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you...-Deuteronomy 31:8

Now, IN CONTEXT, look what 'never' actually means:

“And in that day I will become angry with them and forsake them; I will hide my face from them, and they will be destroyed. Many disasters and calamities will come on them, and in that day they will ask, ‘Have not these disasters come on us because our God is not with us?’ 18And I will certainly hide my face in that day because of all their wickedness in turning to other gods."-Deuteronomy 31:17-18

God never leaving nor forsaking you is conditioned on you staying in him. As we can see, 'never' does not mean 'absolutely never no matter what'. That is the part of 'never' that the church does not understand.

Again, a man is only eternally secure because of God. Who do you think wanted that man to die? People or God? If God didn't prevent saved men (and women) from falling, they could lose their salvation easily. Do you not understand the power of God's chastisement? Read Hebrews 12:6-11.
You probably don't realize it, but you're saying that it is necessary for a believer to keep believing in order to be saved when Jesus comes back.

My, God kills christians to keep them saved.

You have to go waaaaaaaay out in heresy land to believe that one.
I was thinking the same thing. If someone can not lose their salvation, what is the purpose of God killing them?

Where am I saying that? :)

Deutoronomy is part of the Old Testament, not the new one.

Also, in the Greek it has a stronger meaning:
Original Word: οὐ
Part of Speech: Particle, Negative
Transliteration: ou, ouk, ouch
Phonetic Spelling: (oo)
Short Definition: no, not
Definition: no, not.

3756 ouno ("not"). 3756 (ou) objectively negates a statement, "ruling it out as fact."

It's about truly trusting, not believing. Even the demons believe :)

Because he gave them a free will and they truly were in danger of jumping off :)

First of all, please read the sticky about hyper grace, by the mods/admin Oncefallen and CS1. It specifically states that we are NOT to post anything on hyper grace.

Secondly, there is no such thing as HYPER grace. Grace is grace, pure and simple. It does not get any plainer than that.

What is hyper grace to you?
