How can stars fall into the earth, since many stars are much larger than Earth?

Well meteors and asteroids were also seen as stars and it isn't to far fetched to consider the possibility of a giant storm of meteors crashing down on earth. Not only are they considered stars symbolically but they also are seen as mountains of fire crashing down on earth. Much of bible prophecy is linked with symbolic meanings

Weird factoid that lives in my head:
Once an object from space hits earth's atmosphere it becomes a meteorite. It doesn't matter if it was a meteor, an asteroid, or a comet, once it hits our atmosphere, it's a meteorite.

Even today we call then shooting or falling stars when we are talking amount meteorites falling into the earths atmosphere and burning up... Why is it so hard for people to work this simple thing out for themselves..

I believe in the days of the return of the LORD Jesus Christ a Large Meteor will impact the earth in a sea / ocean and the impact will be so great that it will cause the greatest earthquake mankind has ever felt.. It's after affects will cause a massive amount of acid rain to fall on the earth and people will call this meteor woomwood because it will cause the waters to become bitter.. When this meteor impacts the impact will cause debris to be ejected into the lower earth orbit. probably many thousands or hundreds of thousands of tons of rocks that will then re- enter the earths atmosphere all at about the same time causing the sky to be filled with ""falling stars"" and this will also be the rain of fire and brimstone also talked about in end time prophecy as the same that hit Sodom in the OT..

The Meteor wormwood will cause massive destruction to 1/3rd of the earths surface and the millions of tons of dust in the atmosphere will cause the Sun to be darkened 1/3rd and the Moon to appear Blood red as people look through our now contaminated atmosphere at it as if looking through rose coloured glasses..
