I believe in the theology of the reformers. The doctrines of grace, also known as Calvinism. The main problem I have is infant baptism. I see that throughout the bible , people believed then were baptized. I have seen that most Calvinist believe in covenant theology. I am a Calvinist baptist. A reformed baptist.

If I teach Sunday school from a Calvinist point of view , most people think I am crazy in the southern baptist churches I have been to. Most of the time it is probably better to just be generic.

Sorry, but what is the purpose of this thread? To receive virtual pats on your back? I don't get it.

In Australia, I don't think we have Calvinists, Reformed or otherwise.

I have noticed that you sir tend to be a very whiney person. You complain when people post about something to much. Now you are complaining about this thread. If you have nothing positive to say why do you have to chime in? Honestly I thought it might to be nice to talk with other reformed persons.

Australia: This is the order of most common to least common.

Keep in mind this is from the 2006 census (I don't know how accurate it is, because there are a lot of Lutheran churches in South Australia).

Catholic (40%)
Anglican (29.3%)
Uniting Church (9.0%)
Presbyterian and Reformed Churches (4.7%)
Eastern Orthodox (4.3%)
Other Christians (3.7%)
Baptist (2.5%)
Lutheran 2.0%
Pentecostal (1.7%)
Smaller denominations

I realise I've let my frustration at people on the forums get the better of me and I apologise. That said, I'm not a 'very whiney person'. I like people to use the search function on forums. Also, discussion thread need a question to be posed or something similar. Your original post reads like a comment. I'm not having a go at you.

There used to be plenty of Calvinists in Australia, but Russell Crowe ate them all.

"He must kill your theology before he kills you."

That is what Juba originally said to Maximus in the movie Gladiator, but it was removed by the Arminian Elite that control Hollywood!!!

I like to see myself as 'Reformational' holding to the Solas of the Reformation and not 'majoring' in the other dividing points.

1.Scripture Alone
2.Through Faith alone
3. By Grace Alone
4. Through Christ Alone
To the Glory of God Alone

My inside source is Eric Bana, who happens to be a 1-point Calvinist (he doesn't actually believe in Calvinism, but he likes Tulips, so I give him a point for that!!!).

You can have the tulips then. I wouldn't want to 'clog' up the reformed system.
