Yes his anger is very real however there is a difference between anger and righteous anger. Hid anger and wrath is never simply because of emotion and is normally based on the love and protection of his people, I mean it's hard to make me angry but if you want to make me angry the second you start attacking others who are innocent it flares up. in this sense I can see why would be so angry at times

The question was "do you believe there is a god who gets angry then?"

I KNOW that my God is an angry God, for Scripture tells us He is.

Righteous anger is STILL anger............while it is also JUSTIFIED anger, and not born from hate, it is still ANGER, and Scripture tells us that............it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the Living God..........Hebrews 10:31.

So, if someone asked me that question.......I would quickly state YES, I know that My God, the Living God, is an Angry God. He is also many other things........Loving, Kind, Merciful, Jealous and many more........

Do you think people are saved if they don't like to pray?
why would a person want to be saved but not want to pray? Scriptures and Christianity is all about prayer and reading the bible.

Because sometimes it's really hard to learn how to pray and it feels more like a chore rather than a joy. I was the same way at first because it just felt like i was talking to thin air there was no connection and it just seemed like prayer was becoming a chore instead of a joy kind of like how some people know reading the bible is what a christian does but if you don't love reading the word of God it feels like a chore more than anything not a joy

It is difficult to pray because God doesn't seem present/real/knowable. I ask solid Christians what God is like. They must know what he's like if they are saved and are telling me I need to have a relationship w/ him. They don't seem to want to describe what he's like. They just shut down and don't say much at all. It makes me question how much of a relationship someone can have with God.
if you want to learn about God read some scripture in the king James bible online it has a way you can sort verses by topic it is wonderful. God is a creator he is a forgiving father, he is also a person who will shed a horrible wrath on non believers in his second coming. So he is forgiving but also will be angry with the people who choose to ignore his words. He sent his son to earth in human form to live among the people. to tell the world about him and his second coming. He had his own son die on a cross to take the sins of all mankind if they just believe that Jesus died on the cross to save them. It is hard to believe in something you can not see but that is where faith comes in to play. In order to really understand your best bet is to study some scriptures and see what you feel. asking what God is like from normal everyday people is not a bad thing but there is no bettter way then to read and learn on your own. Everyone has their own special relationship with God.

If the holy spirit is truly dwelling within a person they will desire to pray to get closer to God & grow their personal relationship. God loves us more than we can imagine so I don't know why anyone wouldn't like to pray to him. If a person is saved they should always thank God for the blessings he has gave them. There are people who take their blessings for granted & that can hurt their prayer life.

It is a good thought. I tend to think about how God get's very angry though and it makes me question what He is really thinking or like. Idk.
i just osted a bit about how God gets angry. He does And it is like others have explained God is like our father lets say he is like our father that has passed away. He is looking down us and watching us from above. He watches us cry he cry's he watches us laugh he is happy. He watches us when we are in fear he is worried. He watches us struggle and he is sad and tries to send us guidance through our prayers and scripture. He gets angry also when we do things we know hurt ourselves or other people. Just like your real father would tan your hide if you beat some one up or stole something he God the father gets angry when he sees you being bad. But he forgives us being bad just like our father would. so think of God as your real dad but God is just bigger then your real dad better then your real dad and just not visible. He hears your cries your pain your sorrow your anger. The tools to help you along the way are prayer and scripture. Also Christian friends.

When you say 'feel bad' which bible passage are you looking at?
Nothing specific. Just a general summary of what I've read before (dont remember exactly sorry) and what people have said.

Feel bad = repentance

What about the gospel? What about Jesus on the cross and being born again by His Holy Spirit?

That is not the determining factor----- what do you like to do for God...? Sometimes you need to hang with praying prople---- it will rub off on you---- find a way to Catch the Fire...

well, sometimes things can get mixed up in generalizing... how about this particular passage?

9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=rom+10&version=niv

so, the Jesus is Lord part... would you agree that Jesus is God?

I don't think I can really do anything for him.
