It is important to note that while many Muslims remain as ignorant to the Quran as most Christians are to the Bible, the Quran specifically prohibits Muslims from even making friends with Christians.
Quran Sura 5:51:
YUSUFALI: O ye who believe!
take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors: They are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship)
is of them. Verily Allah guideth not a people unjust.
PICKTHAL: O ye who believe!
Take not the Jews and the Christians for friends. They are friends one to another. He among you who taketh them for friends
is (one) of them. Lo! Allah guideth not wrongdoing folk.
SHAKIR: O you who believe! do not
take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other; and whoever amongst you takes them for a friend, then surely he
is one of them; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people.
ALL THREE OF THESE VERSIONS TRANSLATE IT AS "FRIENDS".
The problem is that Islam is not a religion, but a 7th century
cult that follows the false Muhammad alone, because they are compelled to
DISBELIEVE the crucifixion of Christ,
DENY the Son of God, and
REJECT His shed blood
as articles of faith in Muhammad alone.
The WHOLE SUBJECT of the Gospel. Indeed of the whole of scripture.
Islam is to Christianity as the negative is to a photograph. The only anti-a-specific-religion cult on earth. Thus no surprise that Muhammad's followers are compelled to conquer all kingdoms and subjugate all people to disbelieving the crucifixion, denying the Son of God, and rejecting His shed blood. To prostrating to the Quraish pagan's black stone idol in Mecca five times a day, while praying in the "vain repetitions of the heathen" in the names of the pagan Arabian deity "Allah" and his "messenger" Muhammad.

The only way you can help those poor deluded folks overcome Sa is in truth. Particularly since Jesus IS truth. Muhammad's followers must reject the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the 1600 year record of the one true God YHWH, as revealed through ALL of His prophets and messengers, that His people have followed through two covenants for 3500 years, to believe the EXACT OPPOSITE - to deny those scriptures - to follow Muhammad alone, through his stand-alone, 23 year, 7th century record and thinly veneered Quraish pagan ritual.
Here's some Christians that got duped into interfaith pluralism. Anything with Islam is always a one-way street. Look at how it backfired on the Christians who participated in the "International Interfaith Council" at

.....where we find listed the "Qur'an" "Torah" and "Bible", which is peculiar enough, since the Torah is included in the Christian's Bible. Jews and Christians share our Old Testament Scriptures, and believe them to be the inspired Word of God, while Muhammad's followers 21st century followers are compelled to proclaim them to have been "corrupted". When we click on the "Bible" link we find a page that begins like this:

Now that certainly looks peculiar to a Scripture-literate Christian, particularly when announced as the "opening" of the "Bible". When we copy and paste the above verse into a search engine we find it is "The Gospel of Barnabas". So the International Interfaith Council "Bible" page was deceptively titled "Bible", rather than having been honestly titled, "The Gospel of Barnabas".
Of course not only does this Gospel of Barnabas not constitute the "Bible", but there is no Gospel of Barnabas to be found anywhere in the bible because it is a 16th century Muhammadan fictional forgery. It is nothing more than an exercise in Islamic religious dissimulation or taqiyyah, that embarrasses any Muslim that has been foolish enough to tout it, prior to actually reading it or investigating it.
So why would the "International Interfaith Council" provide that false gospel as representing the "Bible" rather than link to a Gospel in an actual Bible, such as the most widely recognized and respected King James Version, as presented on many websites such as at Blue Letter Bible? Could it be they fear that folks browsing their website would then have access to truth? If they had chosen the Gospel of Mark to represent the "Bible", rather than the phony gospel of Barnabas, this is how their page would have started:

The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God;
Of course that would have spoiled the "interfaith party", because followers of Muhammad suggest that to believe and confess that Jesus is the Son or God, or even to pray in Jesus name, is to commit the most egregious, and only unforgivable sin of "shirk". As compared to child rape or cold-blooded mass murder which may be forgiven. Yet the Gospel proclaims:

Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.
Matthew 18:20
For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
Thus it would seem that according to Muhammad's followers, each and every Christian throughout a period of nearly 2,000 years, has lived and died, in a state of committing Muhammad's only unforgivable sin. Would Muhammad's seem to be a just God, when raping a little girl or cold-blooded mass-murder may constitute forgivable sins, while praying in Jesus' name is unforgivable? Can we begin to understand who such a Jesus-hating, jealous, opposite being would be?
2Corinthians 11:14
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
Yet not only does the website of the International Interfaith Council select a preposterous 16th century demonstrable fraud to represent the "Bible", here is what that abomination teaches, in chapter 97:

Then said the priest: `How shall the Messiah be called, and what sign shall reveal his coming?'
Jesus answered: `The name of the Messiah is admirable, for God himself gave him the name when he had created his soul, and placed it in a celestial splendour. God said: "Wait Mohammed; for thy sake I will to create paradise, the world, and a great multitude of creatures, whereof I make thee a present, insomuch that whoso bless thee shall be blessed, and whoso shall curse thee shall be accursed. When I shall send thee into the world I shall send thee as my messenger of salvation, and thy word shall be true, insomuch that heaven and earth shall fail, but thy faith shall never fail." Mohammed is his blessed name.'
Then the crowd lifted up their voices, saying: `O God, send us thy messenger: O Mohammed, come quickly for the salvation of the world!'"
Pure raw unadulterated blasphemy! Indeed that 16th century abomination, should be recognized as pure blasphemy even by a follower of the false prophet Muhammad, as they are taught that Jesus is the Messiah.
This is what apostate interfaith Christian's efforts to reconcile the EXACT OPPOSITE of the Gospel WITH the Gospel must necessarily result in.
Here is G.J.O. Moshay, author of "Who is This Allah" on the subject of playing interfaith footsie, a Nigerian who has seen first hand how Islam works:
""Oh you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as 'Auliya' (friends, protectors, helpers etc.), they are but 'Auliya' to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as 'Auliya' then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust)" (Surah 5:51 Al Hilali, Verse 54, Yusuf Ali).
In other words, any Muslim who becomes a Christian or even befriends a Christian leaves the leadership and control of Allah.
So, all Islamic leaders who come to British and American Church leaders for inter-faith co-operation are either defying the instructions of Allah or they have a hidden agenda. The Islam of the 7th century AD is the same today, probably under new guises as the situation demands. It is the same tactic of "No compulsion in religion" that Mohammed first adapted to Christians and Jews, that Muslims are using in the Western world today. Migrate to Christian areas because they are tolerant. Pretend to be peaceful, friendly and hospitable; begin to clamor for religious, political and social rights and privileges that you will not allow to Christians in an Islamic country; breed fast there and settle down; there should be no Christian activities in your community; you may speak or write to discredit their religion, but they must not talk about Islam; begin to expand your community; Christian activities should be restricted in all the places you expand to; the moment you have enough military might against these 'disbelievers', these Trinitarian kaferis, go ahead and eliminate them or suppress them as much as you can, and be in control. Where immediate invasion is not possible, that has always been the policy.
There are so many incitements against Christians and non-Muslims running through the pages of the Quran that we find it hard to believe that anybody can be a real practicing Muslim now or then and not hate Christians. It is impossible. Any Muslim who is not violent (secretly or openly) is hardly a real Muslim, at least not in the Quranic sense. It means he has not got the spirit of Islam. A typical practicing Muslim must be violent, especially if he expects to get any reward in the in the Muslim heaven:
"Let those who fight in the way of Allah who sell the life of this world for the other. Who fighteth in the way of Allah, be he slain or be he victorious, on him We shall bestow a vast reward ... Hast thou not seen those unto whom it was said: Withold your hands, establish worship and pay the poor-due, but when fighting was prescribed for them behold! a party of them fear mankind even as their fear of Allah or with greater fear," (Surah 4:74,77 Picthall).""
