I was not sure if I was going to post anything tonight. I found this verse from Hebrews 13:8. It got me thanking about the many changes that has taken place in my life over the years. The one thing that has not changed is Jesus in my life. No matter the change that may take place, Jesus will always be there.

Hebrews 13:8

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

amen to that !! i too was reflecting on all the changes accomplished in Him and for Him and through Him in my own life. its really a good hope builder when we are facing challenges, and find obsatacles in our path to reflect on all the changes and victories He has given to those who Love Him. There is a season when He carries us, and then we walk and stumble and fall, and He sets us on our feet and teaches us the steps of Life, somehow and some amazing way He ALWAYS comes through and we are better because we have such a dependable Hero and guide, savior and teacher, Gentle yet firm. He really is amazing

Thanks Von,
... it's good to dwell there......
that the Lord never changes.

He's the same today as He was yesterday
and tomorrow we won't wake up and
find that He's changed.

It brings great comfort.

Seems people know that neither God nor Jesus change. They are the FOUNDATION and CORNERSTONE ESSENTIAL for us to BUILD ON !!!

Yet what do people do ? They move them around like pawns on a chessboard - everyone to where they want them to be...instead of moving themselves into God's/JESUS' position. They have it all back to front and scripture admonishes them to REPENT and TURN...to face the right way !

We sing a Hymn sometimes that says I shall not be moved. Your words made me think of that.

Is being born again not when we change? The old man changes into the new man? Repent means to change our old ways and follow the ways of God right? That is why I like the Scripture I use as my Signature.
