He also says of His sheep: "they hear my voice" - so i know He does not speak in vain.
He says "heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away" - so i know His purpose stands.
this is the Word of the Father, and the Son does nothing except the work of His Father, and this is the same Word of Isaiah.

Jesus is that Word, enfleshed, and He does not fail to accomplish the will of the Father who sent Him!
