You give Satan too much power, but it's a common mistake for folks who believe Satan is god of this world and has not recognized that God gave the Earth to Jesus.

Jesus is currently sitting on His throne in Heaven and God allowed Satan to test Job.

Satan was stopped by the hedge that was around Job. It was like a walk around a city.

Satan couldn't get through until God removed the hedge.

I wonder how many people notice the hedge around their lives and if they have ever had it removed or walked away from God beyond the hedge?

an interesting observation about Satan the accuser...Who do we see that he accuses? its a righteous man obedient to God, and one who fears God. These are the ones that Satan accuses before God...he doesn't need to accuse sinners because he already has them in his sway..
