Wouldn't that also apply to Noah, Shem and Arphaxad, for there would be no Savior without them either?

Jesus acknowledged his Jewish heritage, and Christians should rejoice in this fact as well.
Christians are not linked to unbelieving Jews, and neither is Jesus.

A "remnant" of the Jews will be saved (Romans 9:27; 11:5). We need to remember that.
Yes, they are our brothers in the one body of Christ, the church, the one people of God,
along with all Gentile believers in Christ Jesus, the Savior.

That's what the actual verse says (KJV)

Romans 11:29King James Version (KJV) "For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance."
I got it! It means God has no regrets. I didn't catch that at first.
