Gotta stay relevant. Use The Manga Bible!

Nah, I find the KJV fairly easy to read, but I read quite a bit of stuff from that time period.

I always find it poinient to ask why people aren't regularly exposed to older literature in the first place. Sure shakespere is given to every student, but thats it, and even then it isn't often taught well. Elementary language studies should acquaint people with this kind of thing and make some efforts to keep some meanings of words more static. New words are fine, but reinventing old ones just causes issues.

is it time to say good bye to the KJV? It has served us well for 400 years. It will eventually be unreadable, as it is to most of the world now.
It's very readable . And the Strong's Concordance is keyed to the KJV. The English is the same "English" meanings, in all the new Bible translations. Not one of them clear up the language back to the Hebrew.

Using a Strong's E Concordance of the bible with the KJV, Allows the reader to translate back to what it says in the Manuscripts the Bible was translated from. You just can't do that with the new versions . Everyone can read what they like. But if you want to translate back in the Hebrew & Greek you might want a KJV w A Strong's.

( Just to note: The A.V , "KJV" Comparable to the 1611- we have today is, updated.. It is not real old English.>> This is the real 1611 old English > 1611 First Edition King James Bible
