The wrath of God is announced as here at the sounding of the 7th trump in Revelation, which commences the viols or bowls of God's wrath that will be poured out upon the unbelieving world that has rejected the call to worship God and in rebellion have taken the mark of the beast. God shall send strong delusion that they should believe "the" lie that they ALL might be dammed because they would not RECEIVE THE LOVE OF THE TRUTH.
Are The seven trumpets and vials the same ?

What is not the wrath of God the plagues and the battle of armaggedoon

Nonbelievers suffer the wrath (judgment/destruction, not tribulation) at the 7th trump of Rev.

Rev 11:15-18 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned. And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

If you believe the last trump of 1Cor15:52 and the 7th trump of Rev are different trumps then please address post 71 of this thread and show where it is in error. Tthanks in advance.

The rewarding of the Saints for the things they have done as found in Corinthians. Some have works of wood, hay and stubble I.E. saved "yet so as by fire" and then there are those who's work is of gold, silver and precious stones I.E. saved with a multitude of righteous works.
I was asking in regard to the resurrection.

I would imagine soon enough we'll be able to tell by personal experience which of the many doctrines is right. Don't ya think so? If we do find ourselves here for the reign of the antichrist, people loosing their heads...I would have to conclude that a pre-tribulation rapture was not the right one...not that it ever was...

Awesome and good to see your stand on the last trump stand as it allows all teaching to fall into place and commences the day of the Lord, the day of Christ and the day of God.
1. Day of the Lord as he seizes control over all earthly kingdoms
2. Day of Christ as he resurrects the dead in Christ and changes those who are alive and remain and calls them up to heaven
3. Day of God as he pours out his wrath upon the unbelieving world under the beast/false prophet of Revelation
A post tribulation pre-wrath snatching away as we are appointed unto tribulation, but not to obtain wrath.
I was pre-tribber for a long time. My basis for that? It is what I was taught...I just trusted what the TV preachers with all the fancy shmancy titles and letters behind their names. That is until I read the word for myself. It does sell a lot of books and makes for some cheesy movies...like the Left Behind books and movies...

And what is He, or better, what does He simultaneously do to the kingdom of heaven and the kingdom in the heavenly places, well, He has filled the positions, with who, well, those whom have obtained an inheritance in the plan of glory. There is a reason for the shout as Christ is appearing, it is the voice of the trumpet. This is the first resurrection... if there is a first, there is a last or a second. The last trump of this trumpet, changes the pre-trib saints. What is the voice of the archangel doing, well there is a lot going on here. Also, there is a reason for saints meeting Him in the clouds. And, there are different judgement seats.

There are tribulation saints, beginning with maybe the two witnesses now resurrected. Thrones were now being occupied in the kingdom of heaven, but souls were still evidently waiting for their bodies? Just looking at the verses in Rev 20.

Interesting stuff. I want to look at prophesy in my studying, but I'm not ready. I have enjoyed the thread.

Yes and that is exactly why heretical teaching continues to permeate all areas of life as most people regurgitate what they have been taught without a dedicated study to see if those things are true or not.

I am convinced it will be one of the reasons most will apostate from the truth. That is, when they find out the immanent return was a false teaching and if it was wrong, what else was the preacher wrong on....

That could be...in the past I was never fully convinced about rapture, but thinking it might be was a nice fantasy. After more deliberate study and seeking I think God has shown us He saves through the trials, not from the trials. We better be strengthening our faith every moment.

God saves in many ways. Through trials, like Noah saved within the ark when all around him died, within the trials but without being touched, like the land of Goshen, escaping the trials, like Lot and his daughters, literally through trials, like the wilderness generation and the captivity of the Southern kingdom.

God also saves through Rapture, like with Enoch, who walked with God and was not, like Elijah, who was caught up to God in a chariot of fire, and like those who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord, 1 Thess.
