In the first place, you didnt have an encounter with satan himself. That was a demonic attack! Dont think so highly of yourself. There is a hierarchy of demons and satan isnt coming after a small fry such as yourself. He sent someone or you had a mental delusion. But, the fact that you claim that happened to you, it by no means makes you an expert or scholar of spiritual warfare who comes in to tell me that what I said was a "bit much". Smh.....
In the second place, if I am assuming to know a persons heart than that has to be true for you as well. You are talking foolishness. You need to learn when to speak and when to keep your mouth shut! You could have done well leaving off the "bit much" part. It is merely your opinion and it was hateful and uncalled for. You are young and you have alot to learn with your communication skills. I was trying to help the guy and your snide remark was based on ignorance. Satan plants doubt! Period! THAT IS SPIRITUAL WARFARE. Im done having this foolish exchange with you. Facepalm................

Who are you calling small fry? ... with an attitude like that your proving your fruit is microscopic ... its so small I thought you were a wiener ... you must be anointed in brine ...

God bless you brother

you think me being attacked by satan makes me think highly of myself? it is an honor to meet Jesus but it's no honor to meed satan. I may be young but wisdom is not bound by age nor is spiritually maturity, I apologize if I upset you but that is still no reason to respond with such anger. we are called to love and be love and while I agree fully that I have a lot of growing and maturing to do both as a person and a Christian that just means there is all the more exciting adventures with God:)

Well you see that the ignorance here towards the unseen is on a high level here. These christians like the one arguing here i just wish that the devil himself would stand infront of them so they know who theyre dealing with.
I would have to disagree, I want Jesus to stand in fron of them not the devil. It doesn't matter if ppl think ill of me from saying these things I want people to truly know God's heart to truly know who he is I only want to deepen the bonds and love between them and father satan appearing in front of them will not do that

Only responding in kindness and patience will do any good in this situation. If we respond rudely all we do is feed the fire, only patience and kindness can still the waters

Sometimes I try to use humor to cool down situations, or deflate aggressors, I have an issue with people who use their spirituality to belittle others, especially 16 year old girls, it's very condescending ...

But alas, your right - thanks bro :) I apologize God bless ya'll

Romans 8:28 must be a really good one for the discussion to disintegrate so fast...

Mark 4:3-4
[SUP]3 [/SUP]Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower to sow:
[SUP]4 [/SUP]And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up.

Mark 3:13-15

[SUP]13 [/SUP]And he said unto them, Know ye not this parable? and how then will ye know all parables?
[SUP]14 [/SUP]The sower soweth the word.
[SUP]15 [/SUP]And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.

This happens in lots of threads, most threads. Have you noticed?

Wow I made this thread hours ago and it looks like things got really heated when I was gone. Well I was gone I had another experience and it was wonderful and further confirmed everything. So my friend and I were watching a thing on youtube about the funniest death scenes in a slasher movie. But I didn't find it funny like I normally do. I actually thought it was kind of gross and I became very uncomfortable. I even asked him to shut it off. The change feel's great and I welcome it! The question is.....what am I going to do with all these horror movies I own lol

Its natural to butt heads If people are passionate about there beliefs. I believe its sooooo much worse on other sites. The good outweigh the bad on this site.

There are lots of demons. I'm sure the prince of darkness has a distinct feeling. If he believed it was Satan it probably was. I'm sure he makes house calls. He doesn't care how big you are or how famous you are. If you have a soul that he can ruin I'm sure he'll go for it. Thats what I believe at least.

What you went through is normal. When I first became saved on the very same day I was saved I no longer felt his presence it scared me. But something you will notice is that there will be times when you can fell him and when you can't, it is in the times you cannot feel him that you sould seek him out all the more however you can.Everyone has different ways of connecting to him and seeking him out, for me I like to go on walks and talk with him.

God's favorite game is hide and seek, he will sometimes hide his presence so you might seek him out
Blain, may God continue to bless you more and more, young lady, so you can continue to bless and help us!

Monnkai, here is something interesting.
Jesus is the true Bread from heaven and the Holy Spirit is our Water.
When our Bread and Water are removed (I am speaking of the Spirit of the matter, not human and physical fasting), this is the true Fast, which God Himself puts us on. The human fast is a picture of this that God does in us. So we become very hungry and thirsty.

A picture of this True Fast can be seen in the Exodus account. It says, God let them become very hungry in the desert TO SEE WHAT THEY WOULD DO.

So why does God remove our Bread and Water and cause us to not sense His Presence for some period of time?
TO SEE WHAT WE WILL DO.
It's a test for us and our faith, just as He was testing Israel.
Do we grumble and complain as they did that God had abandoned them?
No, because we know His promise to never abandon us and we believe Him.
We don't complain. We go LOOKING for Him!

You are entitled to your opinion which is obviously coming from someone who doesnt know a whole lot about spiritual warfare!
And that poisoned dart shows that you need to shine up your armor more. Pride goes before the fall. Better test those spirits again cuz you just listened to the wrong one.

I posted my comment before reading the rest....ouch..battle scars and lots of speaking before praying in this thread.

Grandpa, we just need to pray more and cover all in prayer and demons run and temper cool. See it all the time.

Monnakai, God is working on your heart. It will change how you view the entire world. Welcome to the family brother....I would donate the movies to a good charity yard sell or used store.

My suggestion is to read the whole Bible for yourself at least once.,or listen to it via audio Bible because it helps you, divide truth from lies if you have a firm ideas of what God says.

Everyone likes to tell me what God says but I am one of those read it for myself girls.

How do you know I dont young lady? Im older, wiser, and I have been a christian longer than you have been alive. That was a stupid comment wishing I had a demonic experience I rebuke that nasty demon behind your tongue in Jesus name!!Sit down and shut up!
Jesus rebuked Satan out of a bunch of people. He even rebuked Satan from Peter. The Word tells us Satan is our enemy, not his hierarchy or his minions. Satan himself is our enemy. He made a man cut himself with rocks and intensified his physical strength that they couldn't keep him in chains. Satan is the ruler of this world.

And please consider how you talk to young people of God. The Lord tells us as parents and guardians (which we older ones are in the family of God) not to provoke young people to anger. Not to frustrate them and not to hinder or prevent them from their walk in Jesus.

I have been encouraged reading posts by our young brothers & sisters and am so blessed and amazed how God shines His truth through them and gives them such deep love for Him. God uses whom the world calls "foolish" to confound the so-called wise. Glory to His name!!

You don't have the authority to demand they shut their mouths when they are testifying of Christ and exalting Him.

Matthew 11:25 At that time Jesus said, "I praise You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent and have revealed them to the young."
