Was Jerimiah and John the baptise born lost ?
In the Old Testament... you have believers in Jesus. Still believed in Jesus. Jesus was around before He was in human flesh. The Yahweh of the Old Testament.. Yahweh is the same name as Jehovah which is the same name as Jesus.

So Abraham believed in the Redeemer, Jeremiah believed in the Redeemer, John the baptist believed in the Redeemer.

Where do you think Adam and Eve got their clothes to cover their nakedness. Animal skins. How do you get animal skins.. ?

Slaying an animal.

The slaying of an animal covering the nakedness of Adam and Eve? Sounds an awful lot like a symbolic representation of Jesus' covering of mankind sin.

The tabernacle- is a picture of a New Testament church.. and also has symbols for Jesus' payment.

There are numerous others pictures of salvation through Jesus in the Old Testament.

People were converted the same way as in the OT as the NT .. but they had different methods of serving God. OT.. animal sacrifices.. burnt offerings.. the Law of Moses.. none of these things actually got someone converted.

It was belief in the Redeemer that converted an OT believer.

'I know my Redeemer lives' - written before NT
