Again if to love your neighbor as you would yourself is the fulfillment of the law, how then is what they did a sin? Murder is not out of love.
HAHAHAHA! Read the law. Particularly the laws of sexual morality, it very clearly that is shameful and sinful to not be a virgin before your married. It also says do not sleep with your neighbour's wife (one of David's sins). Abraham wasn't even married to Hagar and thus committed fornication. I could go on, but the bible will speak for itself, fornication (sex outside of the context of marriage is wrong), polygamy (being married to more than one woman at the same time) is also wrong.

If you are both committed to one and other, then Yahweh will know your hearts. He does not require a piece of paper to verify the marriage.

Taking a woman to be your wife is a commitment, and no amount of paper will enhance that commitment in front of Yahweh our Heavenly Father.
We are required by man's law to obtain a legal certificate.

Two virgins could come together as one and be fully committed. The certificate is a worldly thing.

Really though if you live in the US theres no reason you shouldn't have a marriage certificate, since the minister/priest issues the marriage certificate.

First off.... AVINU!!!!! How ya doin sweetheart??

Also, What about the customs of where a person live? Is it not "law" to unite in marriage? How about obeying the law of the land? That is the legal part, but how is someone united as one under God if they are just living together?

Living with someone without marrying them is just common law marriage.
Shalom Liz, how are ya? Long time no talk. Staying out of trouble?:)

I agree with your statement here. Plus Moses told them if they divorce, to give a paper of it, that would make me to believe that there was someone kind of paper for the marriage, in what ever form it would be.

If a couple live together for the rest of their lives can be considered as marriage according with bible or is it necesary the legal document?
I think people should be married by someone in a position of authority to do so.
