Sir I use scriptures and the one you gave is very important. Some people have no idea their will for God and as administers or others who can help we should help them realize it. It's what family does bro...

No one has a complete understanding of the will of God. A Spiritual gift can be a one time event that serves the will of God, or it can be a lifetime gift. God uses the most unlikely people to do His work. Those who do think they know God's will are those who know the least.

I never said I knew the full will of God sir. But here is this scripture that our administrators should help us in the church develop it, "and He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors, and some as teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to build up of the body of Christ" - Ephesians 4:11-12 NASB

Eph 4:12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ;

This verse does not imply to narrow down a person’s spiritual gifts by creating personality tests. Today’s church is on a quest to replace the need for the Holy Spirit.
A.T. Robertson:
Ephesians 4:12For the perfecting (
pros ton katartismon). Late and rare word (in Galen in medical sense, in papyri for house-furnishing), only here in N.T., though katartisis in 2Co_13:9, both from katartizō, to mend (Mat_4:21; Gal_6:1). "For the mending (repair) of the saints." Unto the building up (eis oikodomēn). See note on Eph_2:21. This is the ultimate goal in all these varied gifts, "building up."
