love the pic.....shows a flat earth and a round globe sun and moon........
shows sun and moon as the same size (which isn't a globe belief). Flat earthers do not believe the sun and moon are flat, idk what your point is.

I suppose that NIV is a decent translation, I just never did like their add campaign that it was better then the KJV simply because they used some manuscripts that were older, all manuscripts are far from the originals so somewhat older does not necessarily mean better. Also, the dynamic thought concept brings into the scenario a possible removable of the actual scriptural words in some places and replacing them with what an individual believes is better for us to understand. You clearly have human opinion replacing scripture is some cases.

There are a few fire ant beds around here. Anyone want to make some red hot chocolate covered ants?

Just what I said is my point...Enoch states that the sun and moon are in appearance the same size even though the sun is larger....

I'm still confused. Are you for or against a literal interpretation of The Bible leading to a flat earth model?

And you don't need Enoch, something I haven't taken on as Gospel, to tell you the sun and moon "appear" to be the same size. Your senses can detect that.

Obviously to the Enoch statement....all I did was make two statements....Like the pic, what it pictured and what Enoch said....never implied one thing about what I believe or where I stand.....

Out of curiosity....which verse exactly states that the earth is flat?

Yeah make sure you NEVER imply what you believe or where you stand, you wouldn't want to do something like that.

I'll give you two:

Revelation 7:1

And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.

Isaiah 40:22

It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:

These curtains and tent is the firmament dome thingy flat earthers believe in rather than "outer space"

Notice elsewhere in Isaiah the word/term ball is used to describe:
Isaiah 22:18

He will surely violently turn and toss thee like a ball into a large country: there shalt thou die, and there the chariots of thy glory shall be the shame of thy lord's house.
