I appreciate krma gurl's passion. She's young, and a fairly new believer I think, so cut her some slack and appreciate that she's into the Bible. I think it's really cool for a lady (especially a young lady) to defend what the Bible says about role of women in the church. I think this topic stands out to her, just as it does to me, mainly because it's so compromised/twisted nowadays.
We need to teach all the Bible, not just the less controversial parts. If anything, the controversial parts need to be taught more, not less. (I mean controversial parts that are actually clear, and have practical significance.)
And the same topics will arise over and over in this forum, and I think that's okay. People don't come to Christian chat just to search for static information or old posts. They come to chat
and interact, via the chat rooms and this forum. And if anyone doesn't want to join a particular thread that has been started, well they don't have to even click on it if they're not interested in discussing it and interacting within it.
Anyway I think Joyce Meyer could learn an important Bible lesson from our sister Krma gurl.
