then why do you not quote, scripture to back up your claim,

and quote in the correct context ,it dont matter ,when two or 3 gather , salvation is from god, so is context of the bible from god.

2 Let me ask you only this: Did you receive the Spirit by works of the law or by hearing with faith?3 Are you so foolish? Having begun by the Spirit, are you now being perfected by the fleshGalatians 3
Exactly.....we have been quoting it from day one...only to be swept under the table or flat denied.....

I fully understand growth and maturity or a lack thereof either hindering and or enabling one to understand deep truth...I also understand the bible is spiritual in origin and spiritually understood, so it stands to reason that one who is not saved cannot understand the word and those who are immature in the faith have a hard time understanding deeper truths...but what blows my mind is how many basic scriptures get swept under the table and denied....such as...

It pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. <---HOW simple a truth to grasp and embrace...or..

He that believes on the SON is having everlasting life........or the verses that state PLAINLY that it is NOT BY WORKS but out of FAITH......

Blue you have really gone over to the slander, polarisation and accusation.
We understand your ideas and our own, we just disagree.

Getting a free gift from God and entry in heaven, no conditions is just a drug
induced high. To know God is to know holiness, love and purity.

So my friend do you know this and the difference between the passions of the flesh and
the gift of the Spirit. If this issue is not in your life, then you have not understood the
kingdom or life in God. Ofcourse much of scripture will be closed to you, because this is
Paul talking to people who have the same spiritual background, and they know the reference
points.

Now in theory we know the same Lord, but the antagonism suggests not.

Love has to touch your heart, and turn a heart of stone into a heart of flesh.
Now just based on how some talk, they know in certain situations they are soft and kind,
but in others as hard as rock. Jesus calls us to love in all situations and to learn how
to dwell in Him no matter the situation.

You either know this though have trouble expressing it or it is alien to you.
I had hoped this experience was more common that it appears, but we need the light
to see where we are, praise the Lord. God bless and Amen.

It's not slander or accusation. It is a cold, hard fact. I'm sorry if you disagree. Truth is a commodity that doesn't grow in everyone's hearts, Peter.. And I'm getting really tired of people that they know me.. :/ You know absolutely nothing about me, so don't presume to. Maybe if people assumed alot less, they'd stop making donkeys out of themselves..

you can take your theory and answer your own rant. and since you reject , gods son, take you theory to death, and when the resurrection comes, you can ask, your theory and the torah , why there was need, to send a saviour in the first place. and when was the torah and the rest of the bible wrote just for you, and your theory, yet have no scripture to back up your theory.

now ask the torah , when did it ask,you to believe in gods son.

so how, do you claim to know a god. when did the torah introduce you to god.

and when did the jewish , get to confess there sin, (without believing in a saviour,) if they had to take animal to the temple for forgiveness.

we don t have the same lord, you need to believe all of the bible in context, or it is just theory.

For God So Loved the World
16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.

My friends, and I mean this sincerely. We cannot give sight to those who cannot see,
or make hearts that are unmoved move. We can though empathise and share and see
who lights up.

Jesus was only ever going to make an impact on hearts that desired the change He is
offering. Now I am sharing just my life experience in Christ. It is obvious to me some
will respond with open arms and others not.

If the issues of the heart are too much, a no go area, the language is now cold hard facts.
This probably feels safe, leaves one secure, and secure in Christ.

The sad thing is like in the Grenfell Tower fire, staying put maybe the worst thing one can
do. Our hearts are who we are, and Jesus is where we need to be, life. He declared
a gate to the path that leads to life, which we need to walk.

I can but share with a sorrow heart, in mourning at those who will not listen, build your
life on Him and you will stand strong, fail to do the things He said, and great will be your
fall.

Because we know the words does not make the way, following does.
Jesus preached to His audience at how sinners were entering in, repenting of their sins,
confessing them, while others stood by in silence assuming they had already arrived.

That is the problem in CC, Everyone wants the bickering to stop. But they will do nothing about it, As long as people Like Peter, Fran and Steven are continually allowed to slander people they are apposed to. There will never be peace on CC.

Many people disagree yet have civil conversations, They do not lie about the others, They just discuss what they believe (not what they believe the others think, but what they themselves think) and someone else gives their view, hopefully they both learn from it, and if they can not come to an agreement, walk away,

we all will get heated from time to time, Thats the nature of these discussions, But to continue to lie after you have been told over ad over, and it is proven that others do not believe a certain thing, is for the birds.

we must remember to them it is truth,, And we can be that way ourselves on certain things, thats why we always need an open heart. and never think we have it all figured out.

it seems that the one with an immovable heart is you. you have had it explained to you 100's of times that you do not know others hearts on this site. now, folks you know in person, that might be a slightly different story.

not only do you know, you have also been asked many, many times not to say you know folks, yet you keep right on doing so.

saying you know things you do not, and continuing to do things you have been asked not to do is not very much Christian behavior.

And that is why it is best not to interact with these types that do this because anyone of us can get caught doing the same thing back to them out of frustration. We can post what is believed and leave it all in the hands of the Holy Spirit to reveal the things of Christ to us. That is one of His roles in us.

Some people believe they must save themselves by their good works that they do. Others believe they must do the Sabbath in a certain way or we are sinning. There are many such beliefs.

We can't force others to believe but we can give the word of Christ Himself and His finished work out and let the seed of the word do it's job on all of us.

Paul says that see through a glass darkly and we have this treasure ( Christ in us ) in an earthen vessel. We all see "in part" and "know in part" and we all manifest Christ "in part" only because of these earth suits.

To continue to interact with them is useless and just leads to strife and further division and we carry on with the same "merry-go-round".

It is a complete waste of time - only the Holy Spirit can illuminate the truth of Christ's work on the cross and resurrection to us. Until that time - we are held prisoner in our un-renewed minds by our religious beliefs which nullify the word of God and the grace of God from operating in our lives like it was meant to.

The Lord will be faithful to reveal to all of us His true self and all that He has already done for us.

Sometimes people like to use some quotes from those that were Christians years ago. Here is a sort 6 minute video talking about this issue.

It didn't take long for the gospel to be distorted even with the apostles themselves were there. Acts 21:20 speaks to this issue. Even when Paul proclaimed Christ to the Galatians - it didn't even take a year before those came in to distort the gospel by "works".

Here is the link for the short 6 minute video explaining about the so-called "church fathers". It turns out that they were just like us - men/women with differing views on some subjects.

https://andrewfarley.org/highlights...ail&utm_term=0_3a34478b3a-cb653f9d89-30308017

Here is the description of the talk.

"Some put a great deal of confidence in the so-called "church fathers" who arrived on the scene hundreds of years after Christ. While some of them contributed significantly to the Christian faith, many disagreed with each other and from them many errors were birthed.

So what is a healthy perspective on the so-called "church fathers"? And what about their apparent failure to believe in the eternal security of the Christian?"

In this short video clip, I address these questions. Enjoy

Lol. So let me tell you what I know. You do not like what I share, how I share,
and what it means.

Do you follow Jesus? Do you obey His words? Do you praise His name and bring glory
to the throne? Then welcome christian brother. If you do not, then I do not know you.

There is a kind of irony here about knowledge and knowing. Jesus said this

All things have been handed over to me by my Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.
Matt 11:27

Jesus answered, “You know neither me nor my Father. If you knew me, you would know my Father also.”
John 8:19

If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.
John 8:31-32

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. 37 I know that you are offspring of Abraham; yet you seek to kill me because my word finds no place in you.
John 8:36-37

I speak of what I have seen with my Father, and you do what you have heard from your father.
John 8:38

Tactics. Windup, accuse the others of malice, slander and lying, and hope they get angry
and start doing exactly that in response. Trouble is when they love you back.
As long as people Like Peter, Fran and Steven are continually allowed to slander people they are apposed to. There will never be peace on CC.
I hope I have not slandered and lied about anyone. Please forgive me if I have, it has never
been my intention to do this. To be honest if this was a court case I know who would be
thrown out without evidence. The worst I have done is label people
with their actions. But labels do not work, because they miss the point.

We are talking about Jesus and His love through the cross. What glory and gift He gave us.
Now if anyone speaks well of this, I will support them and say amen.

Following Jesus and walking in His ways, Halleluyah, let me embrace and call you brother.
But to disown believers as unbelievers, to heap evil on them, to cause antagonism and
judgementalism on the church and good brothers and sisters who are innocent of sin
that is evil and sinful.

It is this poison which we stand against, which is typified by the sentence quoted.
A wolf comes to destroy and rip things apart. A wolf looks like a sheep until it bares
its teeth and starts laying into people.

Now the flat earth supporters show this is not a point of truth or reality, but delusion
and unstable people. And Jesus calls us to do one thing, unto death to speak the truth
and stand for His love and reality. So liars and deceivers will always come as sheep and
then try to destroy the very foundations of the faith.

Just looking at the number of atheists pastors in churches shows how successfully this
has been done. But Gods truth is still the truth.

And the funny point about all of this, is it is Gods way of testing us, and seeing who really
knows His reality and who does not. And yes it hurts, but it is also a relief to understand.

Sinners will always be convinced they are justified and ok, up to the point of judgement.
And so it will be always.

Jesus calls His people simply to listen and follow. As you follow, you will be changed.
The first step is to believe and have faith in Christ, to exalt Him as your saviour and Lord.
And as your Lord then to obey Him. Why would you not as He is God?

so we just excuse their sin, And move on.

This is not a case of two people disagreeing, If that is all it was, it would be like most people, they agree to disagree, and maybe once in a while they will post their thoughts on what they think the gospel is,

This is a case of people bearing false witness against other people, while professing to be speaking for God, And instead people calling them out for their sin, they act as if it is not even there..

The war that started months on Hypergrace, and all those who defend grace has gotten out of hand, The attack, the slander the lies about people and continue insistence of what they are doing, and and the tactics used to attack those they disagree with has got to be brought out. It should be be allowed to continue.

It is sad.

if you want to defend that, Well, that just a shame

gb9 opened my eyes to something. I do not know the people here because they do not
know the Lord like I do. It is true I made an assumption that we shared the same Lord and
love, the same revelation and heart of dedication to His love and Spirit.

But I do know them, and I do know their struggles, because they are just like mine, a sinner
called to be saint, not quite understanding what cleansing, holiness and purity really means.

Their dilemma is they cannot hate me and reject my words without denying I know them
and am speaking the truth. It is how you reject Christ and walk away from Him and keep ones
hearts defended and hard. It is also why to walk in Jesus's ways takes a broken open heart
in humbleness and repentance.

So I understand the words they are speaking, I do not know them. But when you walk with the
Lord you know all men. It is because the spiritual issues are always the same, to Him we must
bow as servants who need His love as our life blood, it glorious praise and adoration to our King.
I wish there was a mystery, or something other than the obvious, because then I could be rebuked
humbled and know I have learn something new. It gives me no pleasure to be right, or to talk about
pain and hurt and deep need. This place we never want to go, but there is not other way.
