To all of those out there who are not so superstitious as to bar Christmas from their form of honoring and recalling the Birth of our Savior I pray you all have a Holy and a
Merry Christmas!
I do not observe it so much, but I am with any and all who honor our Savior. God bless you, each and all who are using this day to say thank You to Him for enduring birth, life and His most Holy Gift to us all, the Cross and Salvation. Praise Christ.

I always thought the best way to honor God is to make a rock solid stand on the word of God and set your face like flint toward a biblical walk. NOT TO ACCUSE ANYONE OF WORSHIPPING OR NOT WORSHIPPING GOD<----emphatic not yelling

If we research days of the calendar we will find every day has to do with one or another pagan custom. This kind of thinking, that people are consciously observing a satanic ritual, is just what the enemy wants, and I am certain he is tickeled pink right now.

We must worship and share as best we are given to keep united in the Holy Spirit in Jesus Christ, Yeshua. People celebrate the reseurrection on the day of the Sun, yet there is great debate on what day it really occurred. My faith tells me these events occurred, and my intellect does not tell me much at all about dates, so whenever I wish to observe anything Holy in the sight of Yahweh, it is just fine with Him, you see Jesus Christ made me His child, and He's my Pop.

Let's qualify this a bit, SOME people celebrate the resurreciton on Sunday, some of us know the truth.

yet there is great debate on what day it really occurred.
Not in my mind.

My faith tells me these events occurred, and my intellect does not tell me much at all about dates,
Most of those dates are discoverable by intellect.

so whenever I wish to observe anything Holy in the sight of Yahweh, it is just fine with Him, you see Jesus Christ made me His child, and He's my Pop.
On that one we disagree my friend.

Have you seen the endless debating by intellectuals and laity on dates in this forum alone? Now go online and do some searches, and you will find disagreement among intellectuals to nth power.

"Most of those dates are discoverable by intellect." from your response.

Now, all this flac, already about saying Merry Christmas to those
who observe the Birth of our Savior? This is not even necessary, but it is enlightening.

Luke 2:15-16 (KJV)
[SUP]15 [/SUP]And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.
[SUP]16 [/SUP]And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.

This verse might indicate that the shepherds were near the town. If that is the case, by studying the growing season, and pasture lands in, and around Bethlehem, the shepherds would have to take there flocks further away from town as the year progressed. This could cause one to muse about the possibility that Christ Jesus might have been born on Passover.

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Talk about a GREAT CHRISTMAS GIFT!

at least the Samaritans are consistent with their Law & feast keeping.
perhaps you long to join them.

you take the easy way out - compromising Mosaic Law to suit your lifestyle; and ignoring New Testament liberty.
