Revelation 3:9

New King James Version (NKJV)

[SUP]9 [/SUP]Indeed I will make those of the synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews and are not, but lie—indeed I will make them come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you.

What Jesus is saying through john? Those who are living Jew commandments! and are not Jews! (Sabbaths? Tithing? ) are apostates.

So if you making a living selling the blood of Jesus using teachings of the OT by asking tithing (levites function), repent! leave this sin! and came to Christ.

How more clear do you need?

I want you to consider the scripture in revelation 3.9 with philipenses 3.2 and revelation 22:15-17.
Who are those "DOGS"?...Dogs=The Judaizants!, and what Jesus said in revelation 22:17 (Free of charge).

This verse revelation 3:9 is spoken to the gentile church in the asian city of philadelfia, Who was Paul fighting in his ministry? He was fighting the Christian Jews, that wanted to impose Moses law to the gentiles, acts 15, acts 21 and myriads of scriptures of Paul.

In our days there are groups who have re-established jew practices for personal benefit (tithing), they are usurping levite rigths, How will Jesus see this practice if He did not intended it for his church?, will see it as false jews!

Why is that Paul no even raised donations/not to mention tithe for his personal benefit? He claims to have supported his ministry with the work of his hands, so he will not have taught tithing.
How Paul will fight against the judaizants and teach tithing at the same time?
So tithing is judaizant in disguise!
Please meditate about this issues, (There is People who are making a living, out of teaching tithing!, Grace means freedom, tithing means law and compulsion......malakias 3.... curse you are....will men steal from God......? if you tithe see and research about this practice, no room here for that)

Eh not too sure on this one. I suppose it is plausible, but it could also be plausible this is a church yet to come, or a different sort of church than you are thinking. I will have to think on this to get a better understanding.

Either way though, lol, of all the parts of Revelations you think this is the scariest?

I was more of the opinion that you know, the bottomless pit being opened with all sorts of hell flying out of it, comets and stars falling, and Satan himself and his angels being thrown down to the face of the Earth might just be a little more crazy among other things.

Then again perhaps this is not so scary seeing as this earth and the heavens will finally be dissolved by fire and the LORD promised Resurrection and the creation of the new earth and new heaven. So really, perhaps there is actually nothing to be scared of.

I would disagree with you on tithing. Paul teaches that giving is not wrong still, but that we are not held by the 10% rule any more. The false usage of tithing is saying we must still give 10%, or some one using the tithe for their personal gain. That part is wrong. However the new testament says to still give, but to give from your heart. Another example is 2 Corinthians 9:2 - 9:7. Paul speaks a lot about giving, and even though the word tithe is not mentioned it is the same pretense. We must give not grudgingly, but out of love. Question: If you tithe to your local church, and they use that money to help the less fortunate how is that wrong ? It is not, and God would be pleased with that.

Tithing is a matter of Christian conscience and has nothing, no nothing, to do with Rev. 3:9.

Nothing wrong with tithing mate, what is wrong is how leaders and churhes use it as a way to tax the members of thier church. I have not given a penny of physical money to my church for a long time, instead I give money to other people and organisations when I am prompted, I also
give to God in other ways, that is tithing.

Proof of the pudding is in the eating, When God provides me with food or whatever, I give stuff back, as I keep saying in other threads on this subject, God has given you abilities to do certain jobs, God allows you to work in certain places, God provides, therefore its only right to give God back something as a thank you.

If you gave someone £100 each week and they took it and you did not get so much as a thank you, wouldnt you stop giving? Same with God. Take take take, that is our Western culture, treat God as a vending machine, really? That is what is wrong, not tithing.

God loves a cheerful giver and it is more blessed to give than to receive! All I know is the fact that I have been blessed by God the more I give and the following has rang true...

1. When I had enough money on paper to pay bills, but didn't give I never had enough money and always seemed to scrape by.

2. When I gave the Lord more than 10% I never had enough on paper to pay my bills and my bills always got paid, we got raises, bonuses etc. and after four years of giving and being blessed I went from making (chicken feed $6.50 and hour) which is $13520 a year to 3 times that average pay in Arkansas to over $40000 a year and this was in the early 90's.

I have not been able to out give the Lord.....Give unto to the Lord what is due and every increase that comes into your house bless the Lord with a percentage cheerfully and God will pour it out upon you that you will not have room enough to receive it!

The church has NEVER said they are Jews. The Ashkenazis claim to be Jews, but are gentiles that have converted to Judaism.

Jews that migrated to Europe. The charge is just a hallow echo from the Third Reich.
The other group of Jews is Sephardic. Both groups are Jewish.

I wouldn't trust Wikipedia on this one...... Check multiple sites. They weren't originally Jews.

Wikipedia also dissassociates the famous Rothchild family from Ashkenazis Rothchilds.....strange, since the original Rothchild, Mayer Amschel Rothchild, was the first one because he changed his name.... before him, no Rothchilds ever existed.

What does the bible say?

Malachi 3:6-10

New King James Version (NKJV)

[SUP]6 [/SUP]“For I am the Lord, I do not change;
Therefore you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob.
[SUP]7 [/SUP]Yet from the days of your fathers
You have gone away from My ordinances
And have not kept them.
Return to Me, and I will return to you,”
Says the Lord of hosts.
“But you said,
‘In what way shall we return?’

Do Not Rob God

[SUP]8 [/SUP]“Will a man rob God?
Yet you have robbed Me!
But you say,
‘In what way have we robbed You?’
In tithes and offerings.
[SUP]9 [/SUP]You are cursed with a curse,
For you have robbed Me,
Even this whole nation.
[SUP]10 [/SUP]Bring all the tithes into the storehouse,
That there may be food in My house,
And try Me now in this,”
Says the Lord of hosts,
“If I will not open for you the windows of heaven
And pour out for you such blessing

That there will not be room enough to receive it.

God even asks to be tested in this area, we can never out give God, tithing is a blessing - not tithing and giving is cursed. God also says If you love Me keep My Commandments.

John 14:14-16
New King James Version (NKJV)

[SUP]14 [/SUP]If you ask[SUP][a][/SUP] anything in My name, I will do it.
Jesus Promises Another Helper

[SUP]15 [/SUP]“If you love Me, keep[SUP][b][/SUP] My commandments. [SUP]16 [/SUP]And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever—

Scary is not knowing what the bible really says.
