patterns of deception, adam, eve and the serpent

why did God say to adam " the ground is cursed because of you"? again, what caused eve to eat the fruit? are you saying she had no choice? she did. she had Gods commandment first, the choice, came when the serpent offered the other word. free will was made from the beginning. man and woman were both made in Gods image. it makes good sense to me lol but as I have said, no one has to agree...... or read or like ect.... just some thoughts as I had assumed I made pretty clear. yeah I do disagree with that statement of paul I think, as of right now, yeah I do disagree with that.

I also see paul contradict things he says, I see him speak of no man boasting and he goes on in different letters to boast even acknowledging himself in the letters ( I'm oiut of my mind to talk like this) ect....paul admits His own faults in more than one place. he also says ( ive made a fool of myself, but you drove me to it.) paul had flaws like all of us do, this doesn't discredit His writings and I think there is a purpose in those things.

but explain the difference to me, because I see it this way

eve knew the commandment not to eat the fruit. adam did also. eve heard the lie, and ate. are we assuming that adam was unaware that she was giving him the forbidden fruit? or did adam know what he was doing, just like eve did and both chose to disobey? to me. ever knew Gods word, chose to follow the serpents. adam knew Gods word, chose to transgress it. are you saying eve had no choice in the matter? it sounds like that. eve ate knowing the truth, adam ate knowing the truth. explain how there is a difference that makes adams choice willful and eves not willful is m,y question, and honestly, if I'm missing it, id like to know.....

the scripture says he was with her is why I think that. kjv, niv.

You're living on dangerous ground by dismissing Paul's writings willy nilly. That's more dangerous than the friendly disagreement we have on Gen 3:6
God handed His blame to Adam because Adam deliberately (whereas Eve was deceived) sinned. I hope you grasp the difference.
Some see Adam's transgression included a willing partaking not willing his wife should die alone...a fuzzy type of Christ dying for His Church.

so the argument that eve was deceived and sinned not willfully, but adam willfully sinned. ? sorry but my own thinking is that they were equal in the transgression, whether he was with her or not, the deception came to eve, and then to adam. neither was made to transgress, both chose, willfully. no difference. paul teaches full submission, but yet makes many statements about there being no difference between male and female in Christ.

1 Corinthians 11:11-12 Nevertheless, in the Lord woman is not independent of man, nor is man independent of woman. For as woman came from man, so also man is born of woman. But everything comes from God."

this is a statememnbt he repeats in different wording. paul was a Pharisee before, and Pharisees had very strict authority over women. I think some things were showing through from his old thinking here and there. but just my opinion lol

eve knew the command, my point is, everything wasn't written that God told them, or that adam told eve. it makes sense to me that He would have said don't even touch the fruit. after all it was the only source of death at that point. but I definitely don't want to get into another huge debate with the same group. its not healthy for anyones spirit the way things operate on this site. this isn't at all like when I'm saying Jesus words are the truth. on that I will always stand approved as will anyone who holds the truth of His gospel.

this subject as I have repeated is mt thought, and opinion. open for discussion, and honestly open to correction. pauls statement that blames eve for the fall of man, I do not agree with. there is a spirit of discernement given to us. and paul was not perfect, he says it himself. and absolutely contradicts Himself a few times, which I find purpose in that, to show even a man such as paul, can err in His words. I lo=ve Paul and all of His words, next to Jesus hes my personal hero. but that statement I do not agree with the wording. We know the cuffufle happened, who did what and why. The point to myself with this whole mess, for that is what it is, a real mess of emotions and feelings that ultimately led to the fall of mankind, is the rescue plan God had in mind when it did happen and to me, this the whole point of everything that is recorded here;

This is the end result, besides God cursing the ground and woman's childbirth pain, it is the introduction of "enmity" between what is of God and what has become of humankind's acceptance of the enemies lies, between satan and man. It is the first mention of the Christ, the first stitch of the rescue thread sewn throughout all of the scriptures we have been given.

The bruise on the heel is excruciatingly painful to bear, but not fatal, the bruise on the head is numbingly sickening and leads ultimately to death. The end of which is the death of death itself and the home of God with man.

Brother, can you explain why most translations say 'bruise' and not 'crush'. I would think that 'crush' would be fatal.

---One woman named Victoria, to make "double sure" her sins were forgiven, would repeatedly confess the same sin. It occurred to Roger Morneau that she was, "in a way actually insulting God every time she did that, adding to her problem..the Bible tells us that we are saved by grace through faith. So if people have a hard time believing that God has forgiven their old sins,.. their request to have them forgiven again shows a terrible lack of confidence in God, a lack of faith in His Word." p.51 1John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

A number of times I heard of almost unbelievable things that satan's angels started to do against God's people, but suddenly they became paralyzed and the Creator prevented them from carrying them out." pgs 58,59

--Spirits would take on the features of known individuals living in an area. He speaks of an incident in Papua, New Guinea.." Such chaotic incidents against a church group are... another sign that the great conflict between Christ and satan will soon end." p.61 And what of virtual identities, or which reported stories will be authentic, or even of those claiming to be Bible-believers? With every faithful follower of God, from Jesus, to Stephen, to today's remnant, there has been and will be the determination to lie in order to destroy and discourage souls.

--Superstition-

"..satan had led much of the world to conclude that he and his demons do not exist. satan..introduced new beliefs that attempted to nullify the Bible, while at the same time he placed restrictions on the activities of the fallen angels (pp 46-48). From then on, they would no longer be allowed to play with superstitious people. For instance, for centuries in certain parts of the world demonic spirits had led people to believe that it was bad luck to sleep in a room numbered 13, and made sure that many who did would meet with some misfortune. The inhabitants of rural districts of northern Europe still stir batter in a clockwise direction even to this day, and housewives firmly believe that to reverse directions will surely bring bad luck.. things people "laugh about today, such as stirring batter counterclockwise, was serious business 300 years ago when satan's angels reinforced superstitions held by their elders. He described also how the spirits at times gave power to certain objects and amazed people as they realized that some supernatural force lurked behind it all. In many instances they actually appeared to people as beautiful angels, and at other times,..as human beings. In that way strong beliefs and fears held people in a constant state of uncertainty about life, and in a condition of willing obedience." Satan's use of trances and - plans to convince of materialization and out of body experiences-

In addition, proponents teach that both good and evil angels have names that describe their function." "Another account tells of foreign persons from places such as China, France, Ireland, and South America who have been supernaturally transported to the United States homes of some believers...claiming ..Angels and Jesus Himself arranged for the meetings..(demonic spirits). Evil angels, lying signs and wonders, or possible genetic manipulations are the only professed other world "aliens" this world will encounter in its fallen state, and they will not promote Bible truth. 2Thessalonians 2:8-10. God created many other beings, but this sinful world is restricted to ministering angels, (guardians and messengers), as well as evil angels, which were given dominion over the earth when Adam forfeited his dominion to satan. "Nephilim," as the world views as human/angel hybrid, is myth.
Evil angels are spirits, which possess, and are created, Ezekiel 28:13 They do not create/procreate, as man does. Goliath was not a descendant of "nephilim" True, Adam was a giant and lived to 930 years Genesis 5:5, and the sons of Cain were giants as well,..and no angels are our ancestors, nor even history's bloodlines of royaltys' ancestors. Even Goliath, who some claim was among the last nephilim, came from Noah's line, ..no angels. As do all humans alive today...every one of Judea, Israel, Bethlehem, and unbelievers as well. Genesis 7:21-23 Genesis 7:23 "And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark.” Satan was left out of creation, and is still making up his own.
Would Jesus’ be the root of David as well as the seed of satan? Certainly not, though satan
would relishes the lie. he is only the father of lies and can father those given up to disbelief. John 8:44(KJV)

Jesus tells us plainly that angels do not marry. "Marriage is a uniquely human institution, reserved for mankind. Matthew 22:30 "For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven."
Luke 20:36 "Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God. (Some translations render it "sons of God") Notice here that Jesus makes a distinction between angels and sons of God. Genesis 6 referred to flesh and that which is reserved for mankind.
Genesis 61:2 "And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they took of them wives of all which they chose." John 1:12 "but as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name." The sons of God in Genesis 6 refers to the righteous children of God"... Genesis 4:16-18 Before the flood, Cain, who was banished, settled in the land of Nod, and his offspring being more carnal, daughters of men, were separated from the children of Seth, followers (sons of God). 2 Cor 6:14-18 Deuteronony 7:3,4
Judges 14:3 Too often, hardship is the result, ..unequally yoked, the believer will be taken off course by the unbeliever, and not vice versa.

Isaiah 1:18 "Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD"
Some use mortal reasoning to disbelieve Noah brought all the animals into the ark- Noah brought representative pairs and sevens and twos of infant animals into the ark with design instructions assisted by God..the same God who created the rule of geometry that allows by only a shifting of squares of the area of a shape, to somehow increase or decrease the perimeter of the shape. Some don't believe there was a global flood, yet can agree that there's geographical evidence which voids evolution religion theory, as well as knows and can agree that most of the world is covered by water, ..feasible to think there was a flood at some point. Maintaining confidence in Christ and the it is written, while calling upon the Lord provides help in time of trouble, --avoid conversation with satan when possible.
--tactic to destroy confidence in Christ- to convince Christians that various lists of ailments, allergies and even worry,.. are demon possession,..and then to offer an unnecessary exorcism. "Imagine for a few moments someone experiencing any of those difficulties, perhaps struggling with them for many years.. .The individual has often prayed about the problem. He or she then comes to the church to receive some encouragement and a brighter vision of good things to come, but is instead met with the bad news that demons have been operating in his or her life however they wished. That means the person's prayers to Christ have gone unanswered. Consider how shocking such news would be. It is sad to say, but when one's confidence in Christ, one's faith in Christ, vanishes, then demon spirits can move in and possess... Some of the Adventist Church leaders who sensed to danger of such exorcisms lost no time in responding to such ideas." pp. 79,80.

Kept in occult by threats-

A: "Otherwise they would get out and come and kill us"
Q: "So, besides the fear of becoming totaled if you didn't do this, do I understand you that also you felt that you had to do these things to keep satan...from getting to you?"
A: "Yes.."
Often times, those who dabble in witchcraft and the occult, have tales of how satan does not allow them to escape easily.

Strong Deceptions-
- They were instructed to steal from the lost or "totaled," and save the spoils for preparation for difficult times-
The Halstead sisters were told that the objects would be invisible to their victims as they stole from them, and no one would stop them. "And sure enough, the little group did the most unbelievable things with the help of supernatural beings. It convinced them beyond the shadow of a doubt that they were completely under the care of God's angels. What a terrible shock they experienced a few months later when satan's angels double-crossed them. Arrested, the two sisters found themselves incarcerated." -Some "gifts" seemed almost to imitate those gifts that have been of the Spirit, and in that sense, weren’t so random.

False Ideas-
