In 2nd Thessalonians, chapter 2, Paul said that prior to the 2nd coming of Christ an apostasy or falling away would have to occur first...followed by the exaltation and revealing of the man of lawlessness. And in conjunction with the falling away and the exaltation of the man of lawlessness, Paul mentioned something called "the mystery of iniquity".

What Paul described, and what Daniel and John the Revelator described, was that of the apostasy of present-day white Americans, and the exaltation of present-day black Americans. The "mystery of iniquity" that Paul referred to, is that of interracial marriage that's occurring in the white Evangelical churches today.

In reference to his second coming, Jesus said, "When ye therefore shall see that abomination of desolation, ie that mystery of iniquity, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, ie in the churches.

The sad fact is that America's present-day white churches will not believe the true interpretation of these prophetic scriptures. And as the result God has sent them strong delusion to believe that race-mixing is ok.

The bible only condemns being yoked together with unbelievers such as marriage between believers and nonbelievers (2 Cor 14-18), not interracial marriage. There is absolutely no scriptural proof whatsoever to support your claim. There is neither bond nor free, Jews nor Greek, male nor female, all are one in Christ.

God's looks at the heart of man, not physical appearance: 1 Samuel 16:7 But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.

"There is neither bond nor free, Jews nor Greek, male nor female. all are one in Christ."

That scripture refers to salvation and to the fact that all people, male and female are able to be saved through the blood of Christ. But you cannot apply it to black/white interracial marriage. Nor can you apply it to same-sex marriage.

wow talk about blasphemy! You do not want to stay here do long do you? there were many intermixed marraiges in the OT. King davids grandmother was a gentile Did she sin by mixing her race?

while same sex marraige is a sin because it is sexual sin. Intermarriage is not sin. Can't find it in scripture. it is a racist comment.

You have no right to distort 2 Thessalonians 2 to support your ludicrous ideology. There is danger in adding to God's Holy word.

By the way, do you attend Westboro Baptist Church?

As far as I know God only created one race...humans...I suppose ther will also be a section in heaven for baptists, methodists, etc.?

I believe this was in reference to once "committed" believers falling away fro the faith. God does not care about the color of a person's skin. The really sad thing is that you believe what you say. FYI...Jesus was of Jewish descent and was not a lilly white caucasian. I WAS a racist before I met Him and feel sorry for people who are. He took that out of my heart...immediately. You should pray about this attitude.

How can anyone think that way? People should remember that Jesus was not a lilly white man. He was most likely just like anyone from the middle east.

Paul is Not, I repeat is Not talking about race relations or anything related to that nor has he ever.

He is talking about Satan.,

The son of perdition if you take it to its meaning in Greek means the fallen cherub Satan. .

Stop adding things into Paul's teachings that is not there.

Don't mingle your personal hang ups into his teachings.

Nope, Paul was talking about present-day white Americans, and the fact that we white Americans have "fallen away" from the beliefs once held by our ancestors about interracial marriage.

How could you possibly come up with this theory? Basically, it sounds like you think whites are supreme? My aplogies if that is not what you are saying. I am white. But, noway do I consider myself superior to anyone. Please explain why or how you come up with this.

These statements are quite racially inflammatory. In my opinion, they belong in the church where Rev. Jeremiah Wright preaches his message of hate, and no place else. Perhaps this is the message our president, having spent 20 years listening to such hate, would agree with. But, no Christian will agree with such a misinterpretation of the teachings of Paul.
Will put you in my prayers

I have heard of gun wielding Christians that would kill to protect their rice, and fly the Christian flag.

I have heard of Christians, right-wing nationalistic nation lovers that fly the Christian flag

I have heard friends of this world that fly the Christian flag.

And now I have heard of racists that fly the Christian flag.

All we need now is a Christian that would deliver up brother to death for speaking against the powers that be, and then I would have seen everything.

Do you not know that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God?
