The amazing beauty of it all...when was the last time you stopped to just look at the person your with without them knowing..... Treasure your moments, treasure the small things you usually don't think about..... And say a prayer..... Amen

Well.... It's midnight.... I know this thread will be around for a little.... 108 views.... That's 108 prayers, in my eyes anyway.....

Lord, I bow my head and I thank you. Thank you for every person that looked at these words and let a prayer have gone with them when they left... Thank you Lord for being who you are and doing what your doing for every single person in here and their friends and families. You work in all kinds of ways and it's amazing what it takes for our lives and bodies to be healed, for the love we have in our hearts to reach the folks we want and need for it to reach, for us to make it through every day and every way. Amazing to know how easy it is just to talk to you..... A prayer. Thank you Lord. It's my prayer that every person in here is able to have an intimate relationship with you... Let them seek your face.... In your holy mighty name we pray....... Amen.....

Father In Heaven

We need you so very much in every way and for total control in our lives. I have been slip sliding away as of late, not that I don't appreciate all You do, just feel as though my hands are slipping from the rope holding me to You. Help me hang on to Jesus and not let go. Remember our two Daughters... M with the Boyfriend troubles and J with the physical problems, please work out these situations and bring peace and healing to our girls.

All of us need you - the ones who know You and the ones who don't... We need you to forgive our sins we have committed against You and please help us to become humble servants that You can use to help others find their way to You.

Everyone on this site has something they need Your help with whether it is health related, job related, family related, financial issues. Please help us to always come to You with our needs and lay them at Your feet. Help us to give You our trust and faith to believe that You are in control and will handle our needs for what is best for us according to Your will.

Would also like to praise You for all the blessings You freely give and help us to appreciate and love You as we should.

Thank You for the plan of salvation and thank You Jesus for the sacrifices You made for us paying the price for our sins. In Your Holy Name Amen.

An hour later, and not quite 11 pm! Yes, the Pacific Time zone exists.

First, some praise! I've been having a terrible time breathing the last 6 or 8 months. Three days ago, we went into the wilderness, and I can finally breath! I rode my bike 1/2 hour today, and wasn't out of breath once! I am just so delighted God touched my lungs!

And the usual prayer! I really need for the RA flares to stop in my hands. The pain is burning crazy right now. I don't know if it was from riding my bike, or if it would have happened anyway. Still not sure about changing biologics, but I want these flares to stop, because if the pain, and because the deformities are increasing at an alarming rate. I need to use my hands for everything from playing flute and gardening to typing and cooking meals. All prayer gratefully accepted!

One other thing is that I have felt God telling me to be accepting of the things that are happening, and I am much happier, and I am going to start volunteering as a chaplain again, once I am finished Greek. Please pray I will remember all the new vocabulary and grammar for my test in 3 weeks. It has been amazing learning more Greek, even if it has kept me busier than expected!

I am am also preaching again, and I have been given the passage and there is not a lot to work with. Pray God will show me the message I am to deliver to his people.

Thanks to everyone, and for bringing prayer to the BDF, there is no doubt we can use it here. I hope more people will post prayers, answers to prayer, and pray for one another!

Lord, you know what we're facing this week. You know what we're facing in the next couple of weeks and in the next six weeks. Hold us tight because I'm terrified of making the wrong decisions. And I'm terrified he will too. And I'm terrified I can't do what needs to be done. So get your decisions through to us, hold on tight, and give strength for what has to be done.

Thank you.

Thank you to coby, Angela, psychomom, JesusLives, Lynn, T2, oldthenew and the 200 views this thread has received. In my eyes that's 200 prayers. Thank you all for your prayers that you posted in here. I don't know if folks will realize what I think this does but for God to see so many prayers come from a place that they just wouldn't normally come from, its gotta put a smile on his face to see how far his children's faith has gone and how it's pulled together so many people from so many different places. That's what this was all about, to show we all have one powerful thing in common that NO ONE can disagree about. So many together doing the exact same thing.... There's gotta be a special blessing in it.........

Lord, I thank you with all my heart for these folks prayers, for all the ones who just read the words because even if they didn't post anything I gotta believe they took something with them... A piece of us and more importantly a piece of you. Lord I pray that your mercy, Grace, and love covers each and every one of the folks in here. I know you've heard all their prayers. I know you'll be there for each and every one of them. We love ya, and in your Holy mighty name we pray,........ Amen

Father..I bow my knees and pray for us all here in CC..the following and I agree with Paul that You will do as we have asked of You. Thank you for Your faithfulness, grace, mercy and love for us.

Ephesians 3:14-21 (NASB)
[SUP]14 [/SUP] For this reason I bow my knees before the Father,

[SUP]15 [/SUP] from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name,

[SUP]16 [/SUP] that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man,

[SUP]17 [/SUP] so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love,

[SUP]18 [/SUP] may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth,

[SUP]19 [/SUP] and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.

[SUP]20 [/SUP] Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us,

[SUP]21 [/SUP] to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.

Well..... I tell you what..... 238 views.... Now, I know that might not be much for a thread in here.... But I'm hopin that each one of those folks took something with them. Even if they didn't leave a post I pray that they read at least one of these prayers and said the word Amen. That in itself makes it all worth it....

I'm not sure that this is the right part of the forum to put this but it seems like more folks come in here than anywhere else. Maybe it's just me, but it seems all of a sudden there have been some serious post needing prayer. I'm glad these folks have come here. I know there are a lot of folks that come on this site. A lot of us have very different opinions on what we believe, but the one thing that brings every single one of us together... Is prayer.... These are the times that can try men's souls, they could if we didn't have a savior, but we do. And a wonderful, precious one at that.
This what I'm asking, everyone that bothers to read this post leave a prayer. Any kind for any one, for every one.. Doesn't have to be a big one.... Doesn't have to be along one... If all you want to do is just say Amen...

I say this prayer for every person here today, or will come into this site, those who desperately need prayer, for the prayer Warriors, for the strong, the weak, the humble, the lost, the searching... To every one who hurting, to those who have had enough, to all the undeserving for every heart that beats... You are not alone, HE who created the universe has you in the palm of HIS hand. Who did not spare HIS own Son, whose Son came at not only the will of His Father, but out of love for each one of us so that we would know "I am with you always". Where two or more come together He is there. Lord, may you show you love, strength, presence, intimacy, Grace and mercy to every person that reads this post, every person that places a post and to all those that need a prayer. You are what every single one of us have always looked for, prayed for and needed... We love you Lord........ Amen
This is a good thread....It's like a breath of fresh air to see God's children praying together....

The scripture says: Matthew 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. ...I thank God and know that he has heard all of our prayers....I pray that God will continue to bless each and everyone of you according to his good will.

I pray for all family and friends who are unsaved. Open the eyes of their heart Lord. Shine with Your Light in their heart. Open their ears, send Your servants to them to tell them the gospel. I claim every family member in the Name of Jesus. Wake us up Lord to intercede for them. I pray for all man, souls on the edge of eternity. Reveal Yourself to them in Jesus' Name. I pray for revival and that none shall perish. Revive me Lord.

Well, the weekend is almost officially over.... I haven't seen any urgent prayer requests since we all started this prayer rally.... You can't tell me prayer doesn't work..... All of you did a simply amazing job.... Thank you from all of us that you prayed for... From the bottom of our hearts...... I sincerely hope by God's grace the next time things get to that point we will pull together again, and maybe next time we can get even more folks involved when they see what everyone was able to accomplish here.......

Lord, we couldn't have done this without you and the Holy Spirit. He teaches us to pray and guides the way with all the right words and intentions. I know that our faith, our hearts, and our strength have more power than we could ever imagine because of you and the Holy Spirit. We thank you for moving within us the prompting to pray. May that desire only ever strengthen and strengthen us. May you give a special blessing to all those that came in here and prayed, and even those that just came in to view. Those that prayed truly showed the heart they have for you, bless them Lord as only you can. Thank you for allowing us to intercede for our brothers and sisters..... In Your Holy and mighty name... Truly, Amen
