"Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us" (Psalm 62:8 KJV).
This is the scripture that was sent to me this morning. It has been an encouragement to me throughout the day and it served as an amazing reminder. God cares about what is happening in our lives. He cares about what we are feeling and what we are facing. We need to trust him no matter what the situation is. God is always faithful. We can lean on him, even if things aren't going the way we have planned or the way we feel they should. He is always trustworthy and has never given a reason not to trust him. He has always been my refuge. I can always count on him. Bless you all and I hope you find encouragement in this verse!

He made the storm be still, and the waves of the sea were hushed.
Then they were glad that the waters were quiet,
and He brought them to their desired haven.
(Psalm 107:29-30)

Amen, another great verse from psalms. Makes we thank about the song What A Friend We Have In Jesus. Jesus will never leave us nor forsake us, that is the best kind friend to have.

Psalm 37:

39 But the salvation of the righteous is of the LORD: he is their strength in the time of trouble.

40 And the LORD shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.
