Why is everyone so anxious about revelations? I understand the story and all, but the heart ache pain suffering and countless loved ones being judged before God. It makes me want it not to come for another 1000 years, not for my sake but for everyone who hasn't come to God...

Revelation tells you tomorrows news paper. It prepares you as a Christian, that God can use to help His lost children; in those times, and bless .And the happiness that God brings. Once you understand what Revelation is about , then you'll see the blessings it brings to to Christian that understands it. It is the answers the the big test that is coming .

This is very true, but it's not like everyone wants it to happen for the wrong reasons. It's just a longing to go home, this longing is a call from god. It's his way of saying it's finally time, and believe me when all this goes down that is going to be the time of the harvest. Jesus said the harvest is great but the workers are few, he was talking about what he was doing, what his deciples were and were going to do. But he was also talking about what is about to happen. there will be great sorrow, pain, darkness and hunger but there will also be a mass break out of people being saved like none since Jesus and his teaching. People will be looking for hope, something to live for and Jesus is going to use us to show them this hope. The harvest is already ripe for the taking, Jesus is just collecting his workers.

I am not trying to be over dramatic about this, but it honestly makes me want to cry. Yes, I want to see God "in person" more then anything in this world. And I can say that with my full honesty. But at the expense of even the worst of humans to be sent to suffering and torment... It just doesn't seem fair, idk why I feel like this. But, anytime I think of this I think of Billions suffering for 'our' early home coming.

Oh no worries what you are feeling is a good thing-I mean you feeling sad about his lost people. I sometimes wonder if i am being selfish in wanting the rapture to happen, but i also know that regardless it's about to happen.

Going to come sooner or later. And if heartache and pain has to come some time down the road in order for perfection to come, then perfection might as well come sooner rather than later. Still living in a fallen world after all.

Figures of speech and symbolism is used in Revelation and in all the Bible. you have to be willing, to take time out of your day to study.

Study to show yourself approved by God, etc. as written. ..

What the Bible teaches is more that, those who have had one, "fair" chance at the truth, if they chose themselves to fight against God at the end, will be blotted out of existence; Not that they will be actually burning forever... to know that, you have to study. But your going on assumptions and half truths of others, I can only assume.

Matthew 10:28

King James Version (KJV)

28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Destroy the soul it says, Not torture the soul... All other places you read of a burning forever, are figures of speech, that you have to learn to recognize . 9 burning, forever, means that the soul will die in its sins, forever. Forever meaning, that there is no coming back from that... Not that they are in fire forever. Figure of speech . That's all I can tell you. People may disagree with that. but your going to have to decide on your own what is the truth. I say study what is written, and learn what it means.

At the expense of sounding callous (which is nothing new for me) in 1000 years things will only be worse.
This Scripture says a mouthful ......

Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil. (Ecc 8:11)
