We are in the times of the Gentiles. We are in the church age. Israel has been blinded at least in part. Is God done with Israel? Will God fulfill His promises to Israel?

Israel looks for an earthly kingdom. The church looks for a heavenly kingdom. Both are fulfilled in Christ at the end of the age. Israel is wedded to Jehovah while the church is the bride of Christ.

Wasn't it old Herbert Armstrong who got this replacement theology thing going?

It is heretical to teach that the church has replaced Israel. The church has received the blessing promised to Israel but God will bring Israel back as He has done before. The tribulation will be the last chastisement for Israel afterwards she will receive the blessings promised to her.

How do you see this verse, in such case?

1 Thessalonians 2:16

"...with the result that they [Jews] always fill up the measure of their sins. But wrath has come upon them to the end."

I could not find any English translations which says "to the end", I do not know why. They use "utmost" which I do not understand what it is.

But you can verify that in Greek there is "to the end".

Strong's Greek: 5056. τέλος (telos) -- an end, a toll

the ultimate replacement:

Galatians (Gentiles) 4
Sons and Heirs

1I mean that the heir, as long as he is a child, is no different from a slave,a though he is the owner of everything, 2but he is under guardians and managers until the date set by his father. 3In the same way we also, when we were children, were enslaved to the elementary principlesb of the world. 4But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, 5to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons. 6And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” 7So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God.

Paul’s Concern for the Galatians

8Formerly, when you did not know God, you were enslaved to those that by nature are not gods. 9But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, how can you turn back again to the weak and worthless elementary principles of the world, whose slaves you want to be once more? 10You observe days and months and seasons and years! 11I am afraid I may have labored over you in vain.

12Brothers,c I entreat you, become as I am, for I also have become as you are. You did me no wrong. 13You know it was because of a bodily ailment that I preached the gospel to you at first, 14and though my condition was a trial to you, you did not scorn or despise me, but received me as an angel of God, as Christ Jesus. 15What then has become of your blessedness? For I testify to you that, if possible, you would have gouged out your eyes and given them to me. 16Have I then become your enemy by telling you the truth?d 17They make much of you, but for no good purpose. They want to shut you out, that you may make much of them. 18It is always good to be made much of for a good purpose, and not only when I am present with you, 19my little children, for whom I am again in the anguish of childbirth until Christ is formed in you! 20I wish I could be present with you now and change my tone, for I am perplexed about you.

Example of Hagar and Sarah

21Tell me, you who desire to be under the law, do you not listen to the law? 22For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by a slave woman and one by a free woman. 23But the son of the slave was born according to the flesh, while the son of the free woman was born through promise.

24Now this may be interpreted allegorically: these women are two covenants.

One is from Mount Sinai, bearing children for slavery; she is Hagar. 25Now Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia;e she corresponds to the present Jerusalem, for she is in slavery with her children. 26But the Jerusalem above is free, and she is our mother. 27For it is written,

“Rejoice, O barren one who does not bear;
break forth and cry aloud, you who are not in labor!
For the children of the desolate one will be more
than those of the one who has a husband.”

28Now you,f brothers, like Isaac, are children of promise. 29But just as at that time he who was born according to the flesh persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, so also it is now. 30But what does the Scripture say? “Cast out the slave woman and her son, for the son of the slave woman shall not inherit with the son of the free woman.” 31So, brothers, we are not children of the slave but of the free woman.

-

One is [covenant with its children] from Mount Sinai, bearing children for slavery; she is Hagar. 25Now Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia;e she corresponds to the present Jerusalem, for she is in slavery with her children.

Replacement theology now in the body of Christ seems to be - "I will replace my spouse with another one".

This isn't a replacement. Hagar's son was never Gods chosen.

Genesis 17:5 KJV
Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.

1) Arab Nation
2) Jewish Nation
3) Nation of the children of promise - Jews and Gentiles saved grace.

Those aren't promises KJV - that is the Covenant.

The Covenants and The Promises are two different things.

It's nations that came out of Abraham. The chosen ones are the ones that are saved by grace. These are the children of the promises made to Abraham.

The Promise(s) to Abraham and The Covenant with Abraham are two different things.

Galatians 3: 17 My point is this: the law, which came four hundred thirty years later, does not annul a covenant previously ratified by God, so as to nullify the promise.

I haven't got a clue what is meant by "promises to Israel", and "Promises to the Jews".
As none of the people who use these expressions can explain them, I am more sure than ever that they are totally meaningless.

There was a covenant made with the Jews but it was conditional they had to do everything God told Moses.

I find it later and post it, you probably know what I'm talking about.

Well you can do, but then you have veered off course because that is the Mosaic Covenant, and that was added because of transgressions, and was made with Israel, not the Jews. (These facts are available in a plethora of different translations)

The Abrahamic Covenant is described in Genesis 17. It is related to the Promises, but the two are quite separate matters.

I am afraid unless people like Kayla and PennEd can substantiate what they are referring too, or at least address the questions, then I don't really feel they have much credibility.

Maybe you personally don't believe that they don't have 'much credibility' ZEEK, but do you
have enough discernment to understand that they Love their Lord and Master and are on
their own individual journey, just as you are?

may Jesus be our judge, amen..

So you believe the church has replaced Israel? Disappointed. :(
I didn't hear of replacement theology until now. But yes, the spiritual has replaced the physical. Physical Israel has become spiritual Israel. If you are not physically an Israelite, you must be baptized into Christ to be God's people. If you are physically an Israelite, you must be baptized in Christ to be God's people again. Being physically an Israelite no longer saves you, and no longer makes you God's people.

(John chapter one) Jesus came to His own people (Israelites/ Jews) and His own people would not receive Him, so He disowned them and switched to adoption- by which any nationality can become Gods people- even those who were once God's people because they were physically Israelites- they can become God's people again, just like anyone else can.
