[h=3]And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.’ – Genesis 3 vs 2
[/h]

Hello Dearly Beloved, this message is out to set you rightly to begin to obey the voice of the Spirit and chart your way out of trouble and regrets. Be Blessed.

Beloved, have you been in a point in your life where you wanna do something or take a step, and here comes a strong disagreement in your heart, such strong force opposing you not to do it or compelling you to do it, and most of the times, you go against such force and find out you’ve done the wrong thing. Have you ever been in such situation? – Selah

From our opening scripture, the LORD made a vow to Himself before man, and He said, ‘My spirit shall not always strive with man’. The word ALWAYS in that scripture is translated as FOREVER. So God said that His Spirit shall no more strive with man forever. That word is so significant.

When ever there is a voice or a force leading you on the inside to do something you are not convenient with, as a Child of God, you must recognize that that is the leading of the Spirit, and if you go the opposite of that leading, suddenly, that voice will trouble you no more. Never think that because that voice or force has stopped, then God ha agreed to your choice, never! Remember HIS vow, ‘My Spirit will no more strive with man.’ And God will never go against His words. Surely, when you oppose HIM for too long, He will remember His word, and will not strive with you anymore. Under such circumstance, you are strictly on your own, and you may land yourself into trouble. – Selah

‘And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.’ – Isaiah 30 vs 21 {KJV}

Beloved, when you hear that voice of direction, walk ye in it, walk ye in it, walk ye in it, and you will be secured.

God Bless You.

I agree with most of your post but are you suggesting that through past mistakes God's Holy Spirit will no longer prompt us?don't believe that God would ever give up on us.

see in Scripture who Jesus did not go after to try to keep as disciples. Disciples who had been walking daily with Him, like the others who STAYED WITH HIM (Peter, John, James.... and the women)....
there
were MANY who said "these (Jesus') directions, words, instruction, are too hard for us" and THEY WALKED AWAY!

so many walked away from Jesus, who had been His followers/ disciples/ for a time...
Jesus asked, as ABBA directed Jesus,

will you also leave Me ? and those who remained said, where would we go Master? who else has eternal life to give?

so, when and where Yahweh the Creator and Giver of all Life, "lets someone go" (their own way)", is not always if ever ours to know, although it is quite clear , or apparently clear, sometimes...

Yes and Amein, Yahweh is Perfect and Yahshua is completely Perfect and Faithful,

but men still have a right to walk away from Life, forever...... and from Revelation and Noah especially, most men do not ever receive either forgiveness (as theynever seek to repent), or eternal life (whether they had it and lost it, or just end up in the lake of fire due to Yahweh's Perfect Judgment) .....

(btw, the most obvious, heartbreaking sorrow today that i've seen, is people being deceived away from Jesus, the Author and Completer of our faith IN HIM(JESUS), to any other spirit, religious, biblically 'correct' by some 'letter' but not in truth, or any pagan demon or spirit in the gentile nations....

there is only one name that is above every other name (why watchman's cry forum is so completely deceived i have no idea! they banned me for posting HIS NAME ! ? ! @ ).

there is one and only one name under heaven, given among men, by which anyone may be saved. little children call Him variously Jesus, Yeshua, Yahshua, Yahushua, and so on... all referring to one and the same (when in living faith). the shepherd knows HIS SHEEP, and HIS SHEEP know HIS VOICE. no one of the world(who loves the world and refuses the savior, or doesn't seek the creator) knows,, nor can even grasp nor comprehend such pure and perfect love, justice, mercy and grace.

Yes I believe if we walk away from God we may well walk away from salvation but I believe the OP was more about not listening to the voice of the Holy Spirit and making our own decisions - ignoring the prompting. An entirely different thing? I think so, I think as we remain Christians God will never give up prompting us. I certainly hope He never gives up prompting me even though at times I haven't listened. A resolution for the new year maybe...;)

the Name that is above every name. the One Name that salvation is available through, is Jesus

"holy" is always and adjective. never a name, in Scripture.
