That is your choice. There is no sabbath commandment in the NT because Yahshua/Jesus introduced a new and living way for us to follow 'IN LOVE...no longer by command ! so it is now a choice...but don't be deceived (mat 24) into thinking it will lead you to the same destination as GOD's direction...it won't, and you will hear the words 'depart from me you who practice iniquity.'
No one who is disobedient (whether by order or by choice)will get into the Kgd of God,,see it in writing Mat 7v21.
There is no command or instruction or choice offered to celebrate resurrection...it just shows your own opinion.
"Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day.
These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ."

(Col 2:16-17)

So Paul was wrong when you said that it will lead somebody to be judged by God?

I truly believe you should meditaqte on this thought.

Our Maker went to the trouble to inscribe the Ten Commandments on stone tablets only to give us the same taken from the stone tablets by God, Himself, and inscribed on our hearts when the Holy Spirit entered into us, we who believe Jesus christ.

Is this not the truth? Have we not had this changed from the stone to the fleshy tablets of our hearts?

But which commandments? Not the ten to Israel. Rather His eternal commandments.

The Sabbath law was a command to Israel, not eternal.

God does not write anything on a person's heart that is not also written in HIS Book.
ps. I have an issue with being 'born again' we could discuss if you are interested.
Its quite plainly written:

“This is the covenant I will make with them
after that time, says the Lord.
I WILL put my laws in their hearts,
and I WILL write them on their minds.”[SUP][b][/SUP][SUP]17 [/SUP]Then he adds:
“Their sins and lawless acts
I will remember no more

God himself does it. What is in your mind, you in your mind must know. And the law in your heart must bring heartfelt conviction you sin when you wilfully transgress it, for:

Through the law we become conscious of sin

Thank you. I do but follow the early church (Acts 20.7)

That is strange. All the vital commandments were taught by Jesus. So that shows your hypocrisy.

.but don't be deceived (mat 24) into thinking it will lead you to the same destination as GOD's direction
Following Jesus' teaching will not lead me in God's direction? You're mad

Disobedient to Christ, not to you.

Acts 20.7? or don't you consider the breaking of bread celebrates Christ's resurrection?

Indeed, also:
One person considers one day more sacred/holy than another; another considers every day alike. Each of them should be fully convinced in their own mind

I am not altogether sure what you are trying to say...that those in Christ will NOT be judged by God ?
And why not ?
because Christ judges those who come to Him....and I have given scriptures that are spoken by Him to those who claim to be in Him...so if you are 'doing the will of God...no worries, you are safe...but if not you are in trouble.
My post was in reply to somebody who decided for himself what to do...to show him what Yahshua is saying to correct him from his awaiting fate...destruction Mat 7v21-23.
So who is doing the judging...me or Yahshua/Jesus ?

Where does God make mention of the Nine Commandments?

There were ten taken from stone and engraved on ur hearts, that is upon the hearts of those who have believed Jesus Christ and received the Holy Spirit...

And this is where christianity/sunday observers are being led astray...picking and choosing their own holy day over and above what GOD has decided and never changed ?
They are not doing GOD's Will but their own...would you say that is acceptable to God ? And Paul never gave anyone permission or instruction to choose their own day....all he was doing was saying that 'this is what some people do.'...but he also said ''follow me as I follow Christ' and we know Jesus/Yahshua kept the sabbath always.

Its quite plainly written. However, you either follow after the written code/law, or the Holy Spirit, it cannot be both:

But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code.

The Holy Spirit dwells in all born again believers. The law God desires them to follow is written in their minds and placed in their hearts. Their sins and lawless deeds will be remembered no more. In their hearts they overflow with gratitude for what Christ did for them at Calvary, seven days a week.. They have spiritual rest in Christs sacrifice seven days a week, not one day. They meditate on Father and Son seven days a week(including Friday sundown to Saturday sundown), For Father and Son dwell in born again believers through the Holy Spirit who resides in them(John17:21) You cannot help but meditate on him who lives in you.
The Spiritual requirement of the fourth commandment should be observed seven days a week in born again believers, not one specific day.
Therefore, the spiritual requirement of the fourth commandments is upheld seven days a week in born again believers

To Valiant

We should follow Christ...not the early church which was infiltrated by UNgodly men perverting the Word of God. Paul never tells us to follow the early church 1Cor 11v1.

The question is 'are you following Jesus teaching ? when did He teach to keep sunday or resurrection day or early church ?
If you followed Jesus as you claim you would keep sabbath as HE did as our living example...He would not have to command you.

When we quote scriptures spoken by God or Jesus it is they who correct and judge you...using people with whom you are presently inter-acting for best effect...and YOUR benefit !

You are confusing what is said about the 'works of the law in the OT with what Yahshua/Jesus says in the NT. Does not Jesus say HIS WORDS will never pass away....as did the old code He dealt with on the cross Eph 2v15; Col 2v14;
Wake up people from your sleep and arise from the dead-and Christ shall give you light Eph 5v14.

Christ IS the reality...what makes you think you need not walk with Him wherever He goes ? We don't just read about Him...we DO it...putting His Word into practice makes it real in our life. Hearing and reading, even believing is only a starter...it is not fulfilling/completing it Jas 1v22. we need to take the final step of doing it.

If Christ is the reality of Sabbath, why to return to Jewish old testament observance of the week day literally?

Like Yahshua Himself I have only your best interest at heart...not wishing that any should perish but all (as I did also) come to repentance from doing my own thing. God bless you !

For sin shall no longer be your master for you are not under law but under grace Rom 6:14

How true that statement is, but few sadly seem to understand it

Please note the Sabbath is not jewish or ever has been...it is GOD's Holy Time...and GOD wants us to remember it and keep it holy. It is all to please and honour GOD who has done so much for us ! We love Him !

Certainly we are 'under Grace...but why, for how long...what for ? we are like criminals/sinners that have been 'pardoned from the death-penalty and being re-habilitated/retrained/changed/converted/transformed NOT to re-offend...that's what Grace offers us...and it takes disciplene to walk a 'new way of life with Jesus now in this lifetime...don't waste it !
