I believe that when we fall asleep, our souls separate from the body and it travels through many dimension exploring different levels and which these levels are call heavens. And as our souls separate itself from the body and which we are at the bottom dimension, but our souls still believe it is still awake in the body, but it is not, it has separated from its body but thinking it is still in the body and which we are all surrounded by these dark entities and which our bodies can't see them while we are awake, but they await for you at your first stage of separation to attack your soul that believe that it is still in the body, and so it make an illusion that you are being attacked in your body, but you are not. But if you truly believe in God, then there will be a guardian awaiting there for you while you separate from your body at the lowest level where darkness resides.
