I think it was Cessna (who else, of course) who really did a smart thing when they pushed their "Right Seat" training program.

I'm gonna think of something controversial, then I'm gonna place a stake in the moral high ground concerning it, isolate myself by being critical and judgmental of all of you "lesser" souls and then I'm gonna condemn all who don't come around to my point of view to the down there place.
