No preparation actually. I came to my step mothers house and they were like we are going to climb the incline on Saturday do you want to come? And I was just like sure why not.

But yeah I legit had to take a step count to three and then take another step the whole way up. It took us 1 hour and 30 minutes to get up

I met a man this winter who was out walking. Straight as a board, walking as fast as me.
He told me he was nearing 90 and went for a walk every day :D

My grandfather is so old he went into a antique store and they kept him. He use to tell me about how he could go to the store and get flour,sugar and milk for a quarter.......then he said.....sighing........"then they installed security cameras" okay im just kidding.

Amen....I spent time with a lady yesterday who will be 101 in a couple months and she walks a mile day, is active and quick as a whip and I don't think she is old :)

thx guys.....i am just passing thru...but dont forget that life is about perspective...you can have everything and be not aligned with God as I was for so long...or lose everything and have God big time..lol...he does nothing small...he delights in our attempts to grasp his love...I cant comprehend it.....but as I said before...he has a purpose for you...your life is important...your choices will effect so many people...dont under estimate his creation... he has you in the palm of his hand...anyway i just wanted you to stop for 5 seconds and know that he is with you right now. You were never alone...God bless you...
