Does anyone do this too? I love to close my eyes and open the bible...and point to a scripture and open my eyes to read it. Its beautiful...Jesus never fails me! I told a girl at work once how a few times in my life...I'd point to the same verse....honestly she said to me "That would freak me out!". Lol, and I told her " It don't freak me out...its just Jesus.". :)

Its beautiful how all us Christians are touched by Jesus so much! We know He is there. But others that are not saved would be freaked out by things we feel and see from Jesus in times in our lives. You know what I'm saying? That's how the Holy Spirit works I believe! :)

People study scriptures in different ways. Your heart can call you to a scripture study....your mind may be interested in a particular chapter! Its all good! And its all beautiful! Honestly my way of studies...is I just sometimes open the bible...and study where it leads me.

Well done young man...being you are a blond too you understand Blondese perfectly...Good job in translation of Blondese....and if you aren't a blond now you were at some point in your life....lol

I did that the day after they laid me off from work and it was like God was talking out loud to me.... Hebrews 13 part of verse 5 amplified version, I will not, I will not, I will not leave you without support. It was exactly what I needed to hear/read....I have not worried since and He has been taking care of me for almost 2 years with no job....

I never was blond, I am just used to understanding different ways of saying things.....I used to translate in highschool, there was one that said things in ways most didn't understand....the teacher always looked to me to explain...

The story is told of a man who like to just open his Bible and read the first verse that came to him. The first verse he happened to turn to was Matthew 27:5 which says Judas "went and hanged himself." Since he was not sure how this verse applied to himself, he flipped to another passage and the Bible fell open to Luke 10:37: "Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise." The man was quite upset and he did not know how he could ever obey that, so he decided to turn to one more place. Again he opened the Bible at random and to his horror his finger fell upon John 13:27: "Then said Jesus unto him, That thou doest, do quickly."

Whoever left me that last rep .. thank you. While I do know that you want whats best for me, I can't wait to meet you in Heaven also .. but please don't question it and say "C'mon; be there please?". It should not be in a question form since I have repented of my sins and live for God now. It should have read along the lines of "I can hardly wait until we meet there!!"

Sorry ... but I am extremely sensitive and analytical.

sure, but I would need to visit you and investigate....just check to see which items you have on the list..... If that doesn't work, then use both, because you must need all those items...lol

Thank you Willie, I was trying to remember that story....I was told it after the grace story...the new member of the choir named grace, have you heard that one?
