well, when Montana and North Dakota (and parts of 'Canadia'!) are warmer than the Hudson Valley...

Had a nice day here. Upper 50* 's (F). Low 60's tomorrow. Snow's pretty much out of sight. The youngest arrived safely (thanks for the prayers :) ). Told us to visualize the worst slum you've ever seen .. and then drop a bomb on it. Fortunately, that was only a one night layover :)

Sunday mornings prayer breakfast fare. We had a full house and a powerful time of prayer.

It's a beautiful day here. Mama and I are going to spend the late afternoon in swing.
"Just-a-swangin'.........." :D

Oh, wait! That is a different scenario. :p Sorry...

I found out that I have a UFO in my lungs; So, I stay focused on things I like to share. This is a legitimate biblical question that has only been asked one time. So, I'll ask it a second time. If a fish could speak, what would it talk about? Remember, it is a biblical question, but this thread allows what ever is on your mind.

I'm really tired -- and "punchy", I guess... I am only trying to be humorous.

yaright: I did not mean to make fun of your condition. I apologize.

I guess that I would think and ponder the 'why'?
maybe , I would ask myself why would something so
foreign be so threatened by myself????

They called it a node. I'm not worried. While I'm here, I'm constantly pointed in the direction of the kingdom of heaven. I look at that as a bonus no matter what state I'm in. Thank you, prayers are always good.
The fish? Some find this personally interesting. The first evidence I saw were the words ask a fish and it will tell you what God has done by His own hands. I asked God to teach me the things I couldn't possibly know without Him. Have you ever seen the image of the christian fish on the back of a car? Some call that a Jesus fish, but do not know how to apply this personally to their own lives. Have you ever heard the expression, don't go there. Well, it's true, we went there; but God made that place so that we could be redeemed. I did not know to say it that way until my own salvation and two places in the bible. In the Old Testament a prophet named Habakkuk asked God, "Why do You make me like fish of the sea; like creatures who wonder as if they have no ruler over them." These are the lost Jesus speaks of when He said, "Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men." This is the fulfillment of words of the prophet, but there are other Old Testament prophets that used similar language. This story continues into the parable of a coin in the fish's mouth, which is also about you (and me). It is the fulfillment of an Old Testament law, which Jesus revealed in parable, the meaning of that law. It would take another couple minutes to share that, but I don't want to push this. If you are interested, I will continue.

oh! i feel like one of the kids just came home!! :)

hi, kiddo. ♥
Yeah,.....I'm sorry about that.
I AM like a kid, huh?

Here you are in the middle of a serious conversation....and I'm throwing basketballs against the lamps, smearing my ice cream sandwich on the new 1000$ micro suede ottoman, running around the house screaming..

"Hey Mom!!...look at me!!.....look at me!!"

Sorry.
Is it okay to crack a joke?
