The surrender that needs to take place isn't easy for some, I know I shared with my grandson to ask Him to give the words He desires be prayed, blank the mind and trust His action in this as he begins forming and speaking the words given him, and when he does, Holy Spirit will shower down upon him in acknowledgement and blessing.
I also imparted Holy Spirit to him that day, the next day as I was praying for him, he sent me a text asking if I was praying for him as he had just experienced Holy Spirit showering down on him.

Every gift He gives is a gift to be shared, I recall the verses, "Freely you were given, freely give".
I also followed the guidance in Acts as I took him by the right hand saying his name then "In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, be filled with the Holy Spirit", and then maintained our grip as Holy Spirit came in the repeating moves of His manifestation through me and to him.
He is still learning and growing in the Spirit.
Thank you Heavenly Father, Thank you Jesus, thankyou Holy Spirit.
