QUOTE=HeRoseFromTheDead;2481045]The spiritual truth behind that verse has nothing to do with law. It pertains to those who claim to speak in GOD's name, yet are hypocrites and liars, and thereby bring shame to his name among unbelievers.
Heres a spiritual truth.

I never really watched Prince before but I made it a point to watch him yesterday and today and I am thankful to have given Prince an opportunity to speak for himself

I decided to watch him BECAUSE of the fuss YOU and several others have made and the vitriol, mocking, derision and hatred. ..yes...HATRED..you and the same several others, have shown in your replies to Willie and others AND towards Joseph Prince

Yesterday he spoke about praying in tongues and today he spoke about the love and grace of God.

Praise God...I will keep on watching him!

I started watching Joyce Meyer for the same reason and well hallelujah glory to God I watch her regularly now...not every day, but pretty often

I have pretty good discernment and I trust God will keep me by His Spirit

This thread was created to bring dishonor but I would like to testify that God has used it for His own purposes!

I'm not pentecostal but I have used some time worn familiar phrases they use just for the fun of it

So yeah...Glory to God ![/QUOTE]

It is obvious there is a divide here, but it is not hatred. On our side it is astonishment. Our position is just to point out what is happening and its consequences.

Now what is plain is you love these teachers and like their message. I am not sure you quite understand the Lords ways.
He created a world where we choose our roots, what feeds us and what twist we accept on words and reality. It is so that innocence is never the plea, I did not know.

Joseph Prince turning the narrow gate and the broad path leads to destruction.

So few find life on earth and life in heaven. This is not everyone is going to heaven, and this comment is just who prospers on earth. Everyone can work out few prosper on earth and most are poor, that is not news.

But Jesus is summarising the sermon on the mount, to walk in the way of Jesus is hard. As righteousness is the key, little wonder this is true as most do not believe righteousness is possible.

The great thing about witnessing is you will find the end of your road, and those who do not take heed will regret this for eternity, and those who do, to eternal life.

May the divide become more obvious so people know what we stand for, and who the Lord actually is.

"I have pretty good discernment and I trust God will keep me by His Spirit"

Quote of the year.

Now if someone takes a simple verse of scripture which obviously addresses the difficulty of finding reality and life in Christ and turns it into universalism and prosperity, and you call this wisdom, there is little hope for you.

Jesus said this
"Truly I tell you, it is hard for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of heaven."
Matt 19:23

Now if the church is full only of the rich, how many do you think really know Christ and how many will just run after preachers who say, keep you wealth, it is Gods blessing to say everything is ok when it actually is not.

I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth.

You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see.
Rev 3:15-18

Peter...you told the entire forum God told you to deal with me...whatever that means

God told me that He told you no such thing

However, He has shown me how you will post scripture that you actually are using AGAINST people...like you just did above

You very badly need to understand that is NOT God's Spirit...The Holy Spirit does not mock nor does He attack Christians

Please examine your desire to harm me here....you know what I'm talking about, especially since you publicly stated very hateful things against me including attacking my marriage

you also stated I need a demon cast out

From your actions here, one might draw a different conclusion

Sometimes the poison is in the words and not the snake

Ember, what are you looking for?

You obviously believe you have a mission and are guided by the Lord. It is little surprise you do not like what I am posting.
I wonder why? Have I upset you in some way?

I am posting scripture to use against people? Are you suggesting the Lord likes lukewarm people who claim to follow Christ, who say they are happy in their wealth and sin, and do not want to walk in righteousness or follow His ways?

Which God do you actually follow?

Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest and repent. Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.
Rev 3:19-20

It is odd that clear command and encouragement from scripture to follow Christ, to walk in His ways you regard as an attack. If you understood Jesus, you would say Amen, glory to God.

I have not attacked you or your marriage, which I know nothing about.

All I can testify to, is you seem to oppose things I regard as from the Lord, love, transformation, preaching repentance and His word, so I do not know you. You have a choice like I do, before the Lord. I can only testify to my leading.

So Praise the Lord, and I pray you find your way to Jesus Christ and His love.

Ember, the problem with statements like this, is like your advice, "I am right, you need to do what I tell you."

Now I praise the Lord at how he has blessed me and led me. Now what you have set up is the idea either you are led by the Spirit or I am? You have anointed in your blessing both Joseph Prince and Joyce Meyer.

That is enough for me, to know where your heart is. I obey my leading. It is obvious many agree with you, and in the end the Lord will decide between these different loyalties. The joke is from your point of view, I can still be saved and walk in the Lord, because your road is broad and ill defined. From my point of view, the road is narrow and few find life.

I can say and share no more, you have sealed your fate. By the way your answer is not I was wrong, it was I asked my spirit and he said ...

Which God do I follow?

Do you hear yourself?

You are out right lying Mr Jens ...you made derogatory remarks and asked if I was divorced yet...hinting that no man would want to be with me

You viciously attack...I've seen you do the same to others here and when they call you on it you act innocent and say you don't know what they mean...just like you did just now

Do you actually believe you have authority over me or over others here that you can rebuke in the sense that Jesus Himself did in Revelation?

I get the sense you may actually think that very thing...which is a GROSS misapplication and a horrid understanding of the true understanding of biblical authority

My personal life and the personal lives of other members here are NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. If someone decides to make it your business that is THEIR business.

Your so called leading with regards to your PERSONAL remarks to me, are UNBIBLICAL

There is NO WAY God would ever ever ever tell you ANYTHING personal about me. So far, you have not said a true word about me
EXCEPT that I oppose this spirit you think is God whispering things in your ear about ME

I am married...my husband has first dibs on authority and Christ has authority over HIM

YOU, on the other hand, have NO authority in that relationship WHATSOEVER

You are doing what you are very adept at doing and what I have seen You do over and over to many...not just me

You are trying to twist the truth

YOU are the one that thinks they are on a mission...NOT me...your mission...according to your own words...which I am going to now find and post a link to...is to deal with me and GOD told you to do that...according to you

you don't upset me...you don't have the ability to affect me in any way. ..I object to the fact you try to give the impression you speak for God

you don't upset me...
Please forgive if I have sinned against you. I do not wish you harm, only that you walk in the narrow path that leads to life.

I have no authority, I am merely a servant of Christ and His word. I encourage you to read it and obey it, for in it is eternal life through faith in Jesus. I hope you believe this.

I know I fail in everything, but I praise the Lord he is my salvation, I boast in Christ crucified and the resurrection of the dead. I pray wherever you are you find peace in Him.

This quote by Peter Jens is from a thread I started some weeks back entitled Where do you Stand. It got ugly quick and I was already trying to ignore his personal remarks from other threads directed at me which is why I said what I did

Peter to me:
I would suggest you mind is a little carried away with spiritual analogies, and you are in danger of destroying the faith you claim to hold dear. If I remember rightly your "husband" is not like you, or was that ex-husband. End

Nothing is off limits to Mr Jens..

and here is the post wherein he states God told him..a virtual stranger...to 'take me on'

Jens to me...same thread:

Ember, thank you for finally declaring your stripes. You got to understand you have some serious personality issues, nothing to do with faith but who you are.

It does not help trying to justify it by making me out to be evil or some devil from the beyond.
I simply do not agree with you take on Jesus and spiritual maturity.

Is it possible in your mind the Lord has sent me to demonstrate to you, that He really loves you as you are, and you do not have to try so hard?

You are commanded to love your enemies. So please tell me how you can do that? I love you, though maybe not your spiritual teaching, but that comes from your odd take on faith, so I cannot blame you for that, it is not your fault.

By the way the Lord asked me to take you on, who am I to disagree with Him. End

So...God (in his mind) has told him to 'take me on' Only he knows what that means

However I DO know this directive us NOT from God..Jens has NO biblical directive to authoritatively address ANYONE on this forum

Now I notice he is stating that I have sealed my fate:

(I can say and share no more, you have sealed your fate. By the way your answer is not I was wrong, it was I asked my spirit and he said ...)

Seriously Jens? Just who is it that you think you actually are?

Bizarre

I'm done addressing anything else to you.

I'd be fine if you resolve to leave me alone as well. You constantly address things I post even though they are not addressed to you

I really do not care to have ANY exchange with you at all...I put you on ignore but of course you believe God wants you to deal with me and who are you to disagree with God

It isn't God and I'm done with your agenda

I am merely a follower of Jesus. You do not believe your behaviour has consequences and you believe you can just take people on, attack them, bring them down and it makes a difference.

It actually makes no difference because people are not the issue it is theology, truth, faith and love.

I am using you as an illustration of what absolute faith in their own judgment and ability leads you towards.
Now taking you on, is a challenge because you are 100% agressive and no limits to your approach. If I was vulnerable to any degree you would use it without hesitation.

But none of this matters to you, because it is innate in your makeup.

You complement me on being adept at something. Thankyou for that. The problem is I am merely adept at arguing points. The problem is theology matters, and the issues here are not innocent. So people do get hurt, but unfortunately this is grown up stuff and people die. Or maybe you think this is just a playground and Jesus's words do not matter.

Now that is a strange position to hold. Jesus came to bring a division between the Kingdom and the others.
You think this forum is tough, go to Syria and face ISIS. I know these guys and I know what is at stake, I do not think you do at all.

[SUP]34 [/SUP]A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

Further...

Love is an emotion, but it is also a choice. Was Jesus commanding us to experience a certain emotion or to make a certain choice?

God Bless.
