“And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.”

Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God, (which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,) concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh; and declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead: by whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name: among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ:”

‭‭Acts‬ ‭28:23, 30-31‬ ‭KJV‬‬

when Paul is talking about the gospel of grace the gospel of peace the gospel of salvstion the gospel of God the gospel of Christ ect he’s always talking about the same gospel that began when Jesus was born and came into the world and ended when he left the world having delivered mankind from sin and death who repent and believe

It’s full of grace and truth and peace with god love and joy and promises salvation and deliverance healing and hope for life everlasting as Christian’s we have to be careful not to let anyone convince us of things that aren’t true concerning Our Lord and the truth of the gospel he told us those things would come from itching ears

there’s only one gospel it was preached hy Jesus to the Jews first and by those who believed him was preached unto gentiles. Paul was one of Jesus chosen apostles and witnesses to carry out the great commission of preaching the true gospel to the world

In Psalms 119:29, he wanted God to be gracious to him by teaching him to obey the Law of Moses, and in Psalms 119:142, the Law of Moses is truth, so grace and truth came through Jesus because he spent his ministry teaching is followers to obey the Law of Moses by word and by example.

When Jesus called for his audience to repent, the Mosaic Law is how his audience knew what sin is, so repenting from our disobedience to it is a central part of the Gospel of the Kingdom, which Jesus commissioned his disciples to bring to all nations.

And when they had appointed him a day, there came many to him into his lodging; to whom he expounded and testified the kingdom of God, persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and out of the prophets, from morning till evening.
This again connects the Gospel of the Kingdom with the Law of Moses. In Romans 15:4, Paul said that OT Scripture was written for our instructions, and in 15:18-19, Paul's Gospel involved binging Gentile to obedience in word and in deed, so his Gospel was on the same page in regard teaching to repent from what the Law of Moses reveals to be sin. It is a Gospel that doesn't call for the repentance of what the Law of Moses reveals to be sin that is another Gospel.

If someone considers the Psalms to be Scripture and therefore has the same view of obeying the Law of Moses as is expressed in the Psalms, then they will consider the Gospel of the Kingdom calling for us to repent and obey the Law of Moses to be very good news.

The Law God gave to Moses was for the Jewish Nation, not for the Christian Church today. The 1st Covenant was surely the Law. However the Law was to make the Jews aware of their sinfulness, and not intended for eternal salvation.

The New Covenant, Grace, is intended to bring salvation to all who believe! Jesus "fulfilled" the Law of the 1st Covenant, and established the Law of the New Covenant, the Law of Faith! The Apostle Paul declared this himself.

Romans, Chapter 3:
19Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

20Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin...

24Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

25Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

26To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

27Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.

28Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

29Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:

30Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.

31Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

Those who chose to remain under the Law of the 1st Covenant, will be judged by that Law, and, God have mercy on them, for none can be saved by that Law; for none can keep "all of the Law!"

moses law has nothing to do with a post about the gospel
In Matthew 4:15-23, Jesus began his ministry with the Gospel message to repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand, and the Mosaic Law was how his audience knew what sin is, so repenting from our disobedience to it is a central part of the Gospel of the Kingdom, which is in accordance with Jesus being sent in fulfillment of the promise to bless us by turning us from our wickedness (Acts 3:25-26), which is the Gospel that was made known in advance to Abraham in accordance with the promise (Galatians 3:8), which he taught to Gentiles in Haran in accordance with the promise.

In Genesis 18:19, God knew Abraham that he would teach His children and those of His household to walk in God’s way by doing righteousness and justice that the Lord might bring to him all that He has promised. In Genesis 26:4-5, God will multiply Abraham’s children as the stars in the heaven, to his children He will give all of the lands, and through his children all of the nations of the earth will be blessed because he heard God’s voice and guarded His charge, His commandments, His statues, and His laws. In Deuteronomy 30:16, if the children of Abraham will walk in God’s way in obedience to His commandments, statues, and laws, then they will live and multiply and God will bless them in the land that they God to possess. So the promise was made to Abraham and brought about because he walked in God’s way in obedience to His law, he taught his children and those of his household to do that in accordance with spreading the Gospel of the Kingdom, and because they did that in obedience to the Mosaic Law.

In John 8:39, Jesus said that if they were children of Abraham, then they would be doing the same works as him, and in Psalms 119:1-3, the Mosaic Law is how the children of Abraham know how to be blessed, so the way that the children are multiplied and are a blessing to the nations through faith in the promise is by turning the nations from their wickedness and teaching them to do the same works as Abraham way walking in God’s way in obedience to His law. So the Mosaic Law has everything to do in a post about the Gospel.

Yeah Jesus was talking to a Jewish people all born under the law and circumcised which is the sign of the covenant agreeing to obey every command found in Moses law that’s what they did and were obligated from the eighth day dedicated to that law of course jesus isn’t going to tell the Jews born inder the law and sworn to keep it , not to obey it before he has fulfilled it d nailed it to his cross ……

yoy are 100 percent stuck here my friend on this same boat

“and not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished: ( you can’t see it either )

(because )but their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3:13-15‬ ‭

Your trying to insist that Christian’s who’s faith is in God through Jesus Christ repent of that and turn to this

“For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.

But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:10-12‬ ‭KJV‬‬

You’re doing this in truth you just don’t understand you’re doing it …which is …to me understandable (oddly ) because I’ve been there before

“forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law:

to whom we gave no such commandment:”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭15:24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Yet you’re still at it right ?

“For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.”
‭‭James‬ ‭2:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

why is it that way ? Because it has a purpose

“Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭3:19-20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Yet the law saves souls though by holding everyone guilty of sin ? If I serve fid but then sin once …I’m a sinner now and guilty of all ? Wow seems like the law has some different ordination on it

“Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made;

and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Added because of sin ? Until the seed of Abraham would come ? ordained by angels ? Meant to hold us guilt before God with no excuse ? The seeds of the lee cannot justify ? Those of the works of the law under the curse huh ? It is evident ? Really ?

“Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God. For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death. But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭7:4-6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

It instead get right back under that law that holds all men guilty and imparts death ?

We want this word of Jesus in the gospel

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭6:63‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

((We don’t want this however it’s the opposite )But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away:”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3:6-7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The old testement is a different mediation it’s not Father son and Holy Ghost

It is God giving the ordination and authority to this guy because of the peoples trsnfgreseion with the calf see adds chapter 7

Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.
Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him.

But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries.”
‭‭Exodus‬ ‭23:21-22‬ ‭KJV‬‬

awe can’t be saved by the ordination of angels nor the intercession of Moses upon Sinai when he saved israel and became tbier mediation between they and gods angel and God

“And the LORD said unto Moses, Go, get thee down; for thy people, which thou broughtest out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted themselves: they have turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them: they have made them a molten calf, and have worshipped it, and have sacrificed thereunto, and said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which have brought thee up out of the land of Egypt. And the LORD said unto Moses, I have seen this people, and, behold, it is a stiffnecked people: now therefore let me alone, that my wrath may wax hot against them, and that I may consume them: and I will make of thee a great nation.

And Moses besought the LORD his God, and said, LORD, why doth thy wrath wax hot against thy people, which thou hast brought forth out of the land of Egypt with great power, and with a mighty hand? ….( Moses makes his intercession and God accepts it ) And the LORD repented of the evil which he thought to do unto his people.

( moses then judges then slaughters 3000 random men with the priests makes them grind up and drink the gold idol then goes to make atonement for them )

….And it came to pass on the morrow, that Moses said unto the people, Ye have sinned a great sin: and now I will go up unto the LORD; peradventure I shall make an atonement for your sin. And Moses returned unto the LORD, and said, Oh, this people have sinned a great sin, and have made them gods of gold. Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin–; and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy book which thou hast written.”
‭‭Exodus‬ ‭32:7-11, 14, 30-32‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Moses has interceded and offered his own life for the forgivness of the peoples sin to save them from destruction

At this point the ordination is given to his angel the meditation and rule of the people to Moses and the levites and God leaves off and swears to come and visits thier sins one day upon them

Therefore now go, lead the people unto the place of which I have spoken unto thee: behold, mine Angel shall go before thee: nevertheless in the day when I visit I will visit their sin upon them. And the LORD plagued the people, because they made the calf, which Aaron made.”
‭‭Exodus‬ ‭32:34-35‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The law of Moses is not the gospel it’s a different covenant with a different people because they were idolaters this happened

“And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice unto the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands. Then God turned, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices By the space of forty years in the wilderness? Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, And the star of your god Remphan, Figures which ye made to worship them: And I will carry you away beyond Babylon.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭7:41-43‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Your missing it man because you won’t remove the vail of Moses law from your eyes it’s time the lord has come and spoken now and said believe me and be saved

It’s not eye for an eye like Moses taught it’s turn the other cheek like Jesus taught

itnisnt shew no pity execute the sinners anong you , it is forgive and restore the repentance sinners pardon iniquity embrace those with flaws because you all have them too ….

its simply a different covenant and it’s like you can’t inderrrsnd there are two covenants one was based on Moses mediation to jacobs natural children the other is mediated by Jesus Christ ordained of God and giving his own living spirit as promised in his words not Moses words but his

its hard to see with a blindfold

The Law and the Prophets point to Jesus Yeshua. Hear Jesus fully on both and you will know what and why.

So the Mosaic Law has everything to do in a post about the Gospel.
If this were true. we would not have this verse: For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. (John 1:17). And we would not have the epistle to the Hebrews either.

Indeed.
And more specifically, only with the Jews who attended the Sinai gathering.

"The LORD did not make this covenant with our fathers, but with us, those who are here today, all of us who are alive."

In Genesis 18:19, God knew Abraham that he would teach His children and those of His household to walk in God’s way by doing righteousness and justice that the Lord might bring to him all that He has promised.
That's some bull.

You do not understand covenants or the law.

The promises to Abraham was secured by God alone.

"For when God made promise to Abraham, because He could swear by no greater, He swore by himself, saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee. And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise."

Abraham was a 3rd party beneficiary of the covenant between God and God. Abraham had no responsibility to uphold the covenant. He only had to believe what God told him.

"Abraham believed God and it was counted to him as righteousness."

This covenant, between God and God, required belief to enter into it. BY THAT, righteousness is imparted. This is the substance of the promises secured by God's word to God identical to the righteousness of a son following a father's council.

This covenant, between God and God, required belief to enter into it. BY THAT, righteousness is imparted. This is the substance of the promises secured by God's word to God identical to the righteousness of a son following a father's council.
The promises to Abraham was secured by God alone.

"For when God made promise to Abraham, because He could swear by no greater, He swore by himself, saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee. And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise."

“And the angel of the LORD called unto Abraham out of heaven the second time, and said, By myself have I sworn, saith the LORD, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son: that in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭22:15-18‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?

And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.”
‭‭James‬ ‭2:21-23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.

Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:7-9, 16, 26-29‬ ‭KJV‬‬

moses law has nothing to do with a post about the gospel
No kidding! Jesus told the Jews that Moses allowed certain things due to the hardness of their hearts; Jesus said you have heard that it was written, and followed up by saying unto them something different than what was written. So Soyeong is a false teacher, who even says the 613 mitzvot are written on our hearts, which is one of the most ridiculous things I have heard.

I’m not sure if it’s false teaching or blindness due to not grasping the simplicity that there are two covenants one mediated by Moses for the children of Israel which they broke and then another better covenant promised from beforehand to Abraham for all families and peoples of the earth

but indeed how someone could read Jesus speaking about Moses words and then saying but I the Lord am saying this contrary thing

Im not sure how we can try to make them the same thing or even the same function and purpose one puts sinners to death one calls then to repentance and saves thier everlasting soul

No one has ever said “ preach the law of Moses to every person and whoever believes and keeps it will be saved” because it’s meant to hold them all guilty without any excuse

There is a great deal of blindness involved, to be sure, since they have put themselves under the law and fallen from grace/been severed from Christ. Jesus brought the temple system and the relevance of Judaism to an end, but some such as S think that we should practice a dead thing, and that we should walk as Jesus did, as if they can and do, showing us how delusional they really are, since I doubt very much that they calm violent storms, heal leapers, give sight to the blind, restore hearing and speech to the deaf and mute, turn water to wine, raise the dead, etc, etc. They pretend to follow Jesus while ignoring His teaching about putting new wine into an old wine skin. They ignore that Jesus said not to sew a new patch onto old cloth. They lack understanding and teach their falseness instead of Truth.

If this were true. we would not have this verse: For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. (John 1:17). And we would not have the epistle to the Hebrews either.
There is no "but" in the Greek in John 1:17, rather John 1:16 says grace upon grace, so it using a parallel statement to speak about one example of grace being added upon another. In Psalms 119:29, he wanted God to be gracious to him by teaching him to obey the Mosaic Law, and in Psalms 119:142, the Mosaic Law is truth, so grace and truth came through Jesus because he spent his ministry teaching his followers to obey the Mosaic Law by word and by example.

indeed dear wise sister and so what is the answer ?

“And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, in meekness instructing those that oppose themselves;

if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; and that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.”
‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭2:24-26‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Let my people go ….

“Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
‭‭John‬ ‭8:31-32‬ ‭KJV‬‬

So we land together sister and brother on a firm foundation regarding this I feel as if we are here

“Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free,

and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law. Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5:1-4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

I feel as if the problem becomes when we refuse to hear Jesus words of the new covenant because that’s very important part of it some take grace and remove his words too . But those words are where the grace and truth actually are given to those who believe

If we put our faith in Jesus according to the gospel we’re simply and sirely going to be saved . If we put a heavy yoke upon our neck that no one but Jesus could ever bear even Moses the law giver failed and died ……we’re really making things hard on ourselves and I’m not sure we’re going to be the one to finally solve the riddle of man’s plight and live by the law which brought every man death who ever sinned again even Moses who died and we never saw him again until Jesus came preaching the gospel

“The law and the prophets were until John:

since that time the kingdom of God is preached, ( grace and truth came by Jesus ) and every man presseth into it.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭16:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬
Those who have the motive to rebel against God will have no problems with finding ways to interpret God's word as promoting rebellion against him while those who have the motive of promoting obedience to God through faith will have no problems with correctly interpreting God's word as promoting obedience to Him.

Neither Jesus nor John taught people to stop repenting because the Mosaic Law has ended, but rather they taught to repent from our sins for the Kingdom of God is at hand, so Jesus was speaking about the Mosaic Law still being taught after John. In addition, in John 16:17, Jesus said that it would be easier for heaven and earth to disappear than for the least part to disappear from the Mosaic Law, so he was not speaking about something that he thought had already ended. Moreover, in John 16:18, Jesus proceeded to teach how to obey the Mosaic Law.
