What I am saying is there are multiple Bibles. So that word means different things to different people. Also, it is clearly open to interpretation, just look at this forum and the thousands of denominations that exist. My earlier post on "trust in the lord with all your heart" evoked different interpretations as to what it means.
Do you know that "interpretations" were the totality of what was taught to almost all the Jewish people when they sat under a rabbinical teacher... it was this way for thousands of years. Later, the individual interpretations of the various teachers (rabbis) were called Targums, and even had the particular Rabbi's names given to each of them.

There are some on CC who seem to believe if a transgresion is not specifically named in the bible it is not a transgresion or sin.
So as long as they are not guily of a transgression named in the bible they are sinless.
When confronted with their false belief of being sinless, thay say
" If it's not in the bible its not sin."

Paul said All Scripture is inspired by God, apparently Paul, Peter, John and Matthew not quote from the Apocrypha either, but all together they profusely quoted from other books. You'd think at least one of the 7 apocrypha books would have been quoted from if they were considered Scripture. Anyhow decide for yourself.
I dont think the Apocrypha as a whole is inspired but on the other hand I dont believe that god restricts himself to the protestant cannon either. An example can be given with the letter of Jude where he quotes from the book of Enoch which
is only recognized today as scripture by the Orthodox church of Ethiopia and Syria both also recognize the books of Jubilees and the first epistle of Clement as well. The book of Jasher is also mentioned in the Bible but is not considered Scripture.
I believe that God is free to reveal truth wherever he chooses.

I believe the book of Enoch quoted in Jude is different than the Psedopigrapha copy we have today.

Did Jude quote from the book of Enoch

A copy was found among the Dead sea scrolls. I have no idea whether its the same as the Psedopigrapha copy or not.
Rumour has it that it is in possession of a private collector and is written in Aramaic.

Let me correct myself (I was being interrupted when I wrote the above.)
I meant to say, 'I believe Jude quoted Enoch out of Divine inspiration and not from the pseudopigrapha Book of Enoch'. There, whew.
