1 peter 2:24 "Who his own self BARE OUR SINS in his own body on THE TREE, that WE, being DEAD TO SINS, should LIVE UNTO RIGHTEOUSNESS: by whose stripes YE WERE HEALED."
Matthew 26:56 "But all this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all the disciples FORSOOK HIM, and fled....And they that had laid hold on Jesus led him away to Caiaphas the high priest, where the scribes and the elders were assembled. Now the chief priests, and elders, and all the council, sought false witness against Jesus, to put him to death; But found none: yea, though many false witnesses came, yet found they none...."But he held his peace, and answered nothing. Again the high priest asked him, and said unto him, Art thou THE CHRIST, the SON OF THE BLESSED? And Jesus said, I AM: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the RIGHT HAND of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.....And they all condemned him to be guilty of death. And some began to SPIT ON HIM, and to cover his face, and to BUFFET HIM, and to say unto him, Prophesy: and the servants did STRIKE HIM with the palms of their hands.
"And the whole multitude of them arose, and led him unto Pilate...... and he sent him to Herod, who himself also was at Jerusalem at that time. And the chief priests and scribes stood and vehemently ACCUSED HIM. And Herod with his men of war SET HIM AT NOUGHT, and MOCKED HIM, and arrayed him in a gorgeous robe, and sent him again to Pilate."
"Then Pilate entered into the judgment hall again, and called Jesus, and said unto him, Art thou the King of the Jews?.........Jesus answered, My kingdom is NOT OF THIS WORLD...... Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. TO THIS END was I born, and for THIS CAUSE came I into the world, that I SHOULD BEAR WITNESS UNTO THE TRUTH. Every one that is of the TRUTH HEARETH MY VOICE. ..."Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? They all say unto him, Let him be crucified. And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified."
"Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the common hall, and gathered unto him the whole band of soldiers. And they STRIPPED HIM, and put on him a scarlet robe. And when they had platted a CROWN OF THORNES, they put it upon his head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him, and MOCKED HIM, saying, Hail, King of the Jews! And they SPIT ON HIM, and TOOK THE REED, and SMOTE HIM ON THE HEAD. And after that they had MOCKED HIM, they took the robe off from him, and put his own raiment on him, and led him away TO CRUCIFY HIM."
"And he bearing his cross went forth into a place called the place of a skull, which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha......Then were there two thieves crucified with him, one on the right hand, and another on the left. And they that passed by REVILED HIM, wagging their heads, And saying, Thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, save thyself. If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross. Likewise also the chief priests MOCKING HIM, with the scribes and elders, said, HE SAVED OTHERS; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him. He trusted in God; let him deliver him now, if he will have him: for he said, I am the Son of God."
"Then said Jesus, FATHER, FORGIVE THEM; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots. And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also with them derided him, saying, He saved others; let him save himself, if he be Christ, the chosen of God. And the soldiers also MOCKED HIM, coming to him, and offering him vinegar" Now from the sixth hour there was FARKNESS over all the land unto the ninth hour. And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, MY GOD, MY GOD, why hast thou forsaken me?"
Some of them that stood there, when they heard that, said, This man calleth for Elias. And straightway one of them ran, and took a spunge, and filled it with vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink. The rest said, Let be, let us see whether Elias will come to save him. Jesus, when he had CRIED AGAIN with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. And, behold, the VEIL OF THE TEMPLE WAS RENT IN TWAIN FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM ; and the earth did QUAKES, and THE ROCKS RENT; And THE GRAVES WERE OPENED; and many bodies of the SAINTS which slept arose, And came OUT OF THE GRAVES after HIS RESURRECTION, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God."
2 corinthains 5:14-15 "For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: And that he died for all, that they which live should NOT henceforth live unto themselves, but UNTO HIM which died for them, and rose again."
