our position is based on Christ and what He did, our identity/security is in our choices.. it's as tho you want people to sleep and just take it easy, there there.. Much more action is needed than what comes across to me in your posts.. if I am wrong then I'll have to apologize

Not the least bit true about the identity/security is based on us..... Our identity/security is in Christ Himself - not what we do or don't do. That is the wrong gospel of works which nullifies the grace of God in our lives.

As we rely on His grace - then His life produces good fruit. The fruit does not produce identity. Good fruit if given the proper nutrients of the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness will be manifested in the Christian's lives.

The action comes from believing in Christ's finished work. Right believing produces right actions governed by the Holy Spirit within us.

Paul said that the grace of God worked through him and he did more than any other apostle. The revelation of Christ's finished work does not produce lazy people - it does the complete opposite.

Man's interpretation of someone's intent when quoting good Bible truth, is never going to win out those who see it for what it is... You guys are dividing.. God doesn't divide.. or 'if' he is off and you being 'led' haven't reached him, let it go.. Bible says to move along from those who reject and trample.. flesh seems to be too proud

Matthew 11:28-30

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. [SUP]29 [/SUP]Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. [SUP]30 [/SUP]For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

we find rest by resting in Jesus,, Resting in jesus means you depend on HIM to serve you. Not on others, or yourself.

There will never be rest for a person who feels he has to satisfy his own desires because he does not trust God to take care of his needs.

All I can say to this is to look at the fruit of the thread not the op of the thread, the fruit of the heart sprouts from the seed that was planted

The law in the OT is works.. following the commands for the new or the way to operate now, is not the same as those works.. example, he that lets his love, agape love, wax cold and hasn't endured til the end, won't be saved.. that is up to the individual.. we have points where we can miss out if we don't adhere...

How do you know it's not the holy spirit speaking through me to you? This is after all one of the most common ways God speaks to his children the only thing is the receiver has to have a heart to be able to listen and recognize his voice
Because I do have the Holy Spirit and Christ working in me, as I have been anointed by God to be an able minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Which is why I know and understand all the scriptures the way I do by the Spirit of wisdom given me in Christ. But here's the difference between you and me Blain, you very seldom quote the words of God, you just tell everyone how gifted you are but all you do is talk fluff FROM YOUR OWN WORDS, but not according to the words of God.

And the fact that you constantly rebel against the words of God I quote also proves to me you are in error.

1 John 4:6
We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

Those who are of God's Spirit will speak the Truth according to the written words of God, not from their own imagination.

The endure to the end passage is talking about people duing great tribulation, Jesus walk talking about the time of the end right before his return, He said he who would endure until he returned will be saved (By his return) and is not talking about the eternal life of one person.

Any command is a law. And is works. It does not matter if it is mosaic law or not. If someone gives you a command, and says do this and you will get a reward (say like salvation) Or if you do not do this (sin) you will have your reward taken away (in this case, a loss of salvation) it is a work.

we are saved by Grace, Not works.. period.

Again, the pharisee quoted scripture. Many pastors quote scripture.

Quoting scripture does not make you a pastor. or show you are speaking from god. Learning how to propherly interpret. teach and discern the word does.

And as you can see from here, Most people have NO IDEA what your tryifn to teach, BECAUSE you refuse to tell anyone, You think you post scripture. we should know what you mean.

If your a pastor, I pray God you do not do this with your congregation.

Whether what you say about me is true or not should not be decided between you and I, for God and others who have known me and what I say everyday on these forums are more suited to judge that.

It is his past and his reputation which precedes him..

When you have a habit of doing things, You sort of LOSE you defectiveness and trustworthiness.
Maybe you shouldn't look at his past behaviors but what he is saying and how he is acting now. Hasn't he grown in grace and virtue just as we all have since we joined this forum? :)

I would say we all have grown simply by being on this forum even in the heated war debates some only a little some much but power that words have are proven true by how it has affected all of us. However I also must say that some have been damaged and grown in a not so good way

He follows that hyper grace doctrine, which explains why you are seeing that in his posts. I have debated that till I'm blue in the face, which is why I hardly ever respond to it anymore. If you will notice most of his posts are copy pasted over and over, as he used to copy paste the hyper grace doctrine and videos on here till the mods finally stepped in. Just so you know. :)

Not the truth at all - no one said to stop posting videos or posting what I and others believe about the wonderful grace of God.

The mods came in because of the "behavior" of the people. It's lies like this that makes us ask questions about your "personal application" of some scriptures.

You have violated the requests of the mods by your post here.

Quote:

BUT maturity and not attacking those is what is needed. here is what we get when the "hyper grace" topic is brought up:

1. your not saved
2. attacks
3. false teacher
4. infraction submitted
5. request for account to be closed
6. name calling
7. "hyper grace" brought into every post when not even the topic of origin

I have given you 7 reasons why this topic is not good for CC Thread and I have yet to find one reason for it.
Admin and the moderators will no longer allow this to continue . And appropriate action will be taken if a member or guest starts a topic on "hyper grace " or Preachers who teach it. remember those who attack each other many of them call themselves christians yet we eat and devour each other. enough is enough

The violation has been reported and I'm sure the mods will deal with this infraction. This only causes strife and division which is why CS1 had posted the warning - to stop behavior as has been exhibited here in post #53.

If you abide in Adam you abide in the flesh………………………….If you abide in Christ you abide in the Spirit
If you abide in Adam you abide in sin………………………… If you abide in Christ you abide in righteousness.

If you abide in Adam you are carnally minded
……………… If you abide in Christ you are spiritually minded.
If you abide in Adam you are of the world……………………… if you abide in Christ you are not of this world.
If you abide in Adam you abide in darkness………………………..if you abide in Christ you abide in the Light.

If you abide in Adam you are conformed to the image of the god of this world
….if you abide in Christ you are transformed into image of God’s Son in heaven.

If you abide in Adam you are taught understanding in God’s words by men……If you abide in Christ you are taught understanding in God’s words by God.

If you abide in Adam you are of the spirit of this world
….if you abide in Christ you are of the Spirit of God.

If you abide in Adam you walk after the lusts of the flesh….if you abide in Christ you walk after the Spirit of God in holiness and righteousness.

If you abide in Adam you receive the mark of the beast
………………. if you abide in Christ you are sealed by God’s Spirit.

If you abide in Adam you abide in the words of men and speak them……. if you abide in Christ you abide in the words of God and speak them.

If you abide in Adam you abide in the corruptible seed…….
if you abide in Christ you abide in the incorruptible seed.

If you abide in Adam you abide in Death…………………………….if you abide in Christ you abide in Eternal life.

1 Corinthians 15:22
For as in Adam all die, …………… even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

In Adam = unbelievers. In Christ = believers.

In Adam = dead. In Christ = made alive.

But surely you can't think it would be damaging to point out the verses that tell us if we have trust in His promises, we will see great victories in our lives? If we abide in Him we do not sin doesn't make me want to argue. It makes me want to abide (trust) and to press forward!

By the way, I don't know if you caught my post yesterday about the 1 Peter verse I thought would encourage you and give you some strength. :)

If there is one thing I know it's that a single scripture has more power in it than a nuke, a verse that reminds us of this can give life to the dead and can empower the weakest of people. Also no I was not online yesterday so I missed that post of yours where can I find it?

You have stated over and over again how you are going to start ignoring those you think are causing divisions, but then you never do it. There was a man in here last year that chased you around and harassed you and now it is starting to look like the very thing you are doing to this man. I hear the term hyper grace from the men who believe they are hyper grace more than I do from this man's mouth. And I have seen him posting a lot of verses that should thrill us and give us hope of victories instead of cause argument...
